The ladies at the front desk were mostly very kind to me. However my situation concerning my teeth and anxiety was not handled properly and ended up being a waste of my time and money. I did not feel the dentist wanted to work on my tooth because of the anxious state I was in and therefore I did not feel comfortable going back. I was in the middle of expressing my frustrations after sitting in the office for an hour only to be turned away and the dentist never even apologized to me and he got up and walked out of the room in the middle of my sentence. I understand they want their clients to be as relaxed as possible before they do any type of procedure in hopes of a successful experience. I respect that they wanted me to have a positive experience with them but I think it should have been handled a lot better. I hope this helps anyone with high levels of anxiety to make sure there is a legitamit plan in place to avoid any embarrassment and or frustration along with a rescheduled appointment. The ladies apologized to me that day and that I am thankful for.

In the past I have had some terrible experiences concerning my visits to a dentist. Unfortunately because of those experiences I have neglected going back to a dentist. I was aware that i had gum disease. I was starting to see that my gums were receding away from my teeth. My teeth were starting to become very sensitive and painful. I did a lot of research, via internet, and came across Dr. David DiGiallorenzo's website. I had my first visit yesterday and my expectations were very high. Everyone from the moment I walked in the door treated me like I was special and very important to them as a patient. The office's atmosphere and every room that I was taken to was so peaceful and calming. The staff and Dr. DiGiallorenzo are amazing.

I can;t say enough about the high quality of my experience at LANAP & Implant Center.Dr. D and the staff were wonderful. I am incredibly fearful of the dentist, and I went to the center with a great deal of anxiety and dread. However, from the moment I entered the office, I felt reassured and confident that all would be well. From the aroma therapy to the dark glasses and soft music to the encouraging and gentle attitude of everyone here at the Implant Center, the experience couldn't have been more perfect. My recovery was equally smooth, and I never had to take a single pain pill.

Little over 1 year of major work... They're not in my dental plan BUT Top Quality service on routine cleanings & checkups is well worth it. I definitely wouldn't let a dime store dentist under my plan (INSURANCE) play around with these. I'm not rich and most people I talk to say how wonderful I look now but cringe on why I go to an out of network dentist; and when I reply how they are doing and... They say Ooh this crown I had put in or this root canal, or this cavity that was filled is causing me problems, or and oh my gosh the X-Rays made me gag. Not with Dr D and his staff's super knowledge and expertise on how to make a patient calm. Hey, before Dr D I was super frantic to see a dentist. Now, I laugh and have fun there. I do have to mention that everyone I've talked to say that teeth xrays are the worst. Im not going to mention how I am able to get through teeth x-rays with TOTAL EASE. Pleasant, professional, and most of all extremely competent in their work. Before coming to the LANAP center I had suffered for years with dental pain. since seeing Dr. G I am pain free and for the first time in years confident that it's going to stay that way. I want to give special mention to my technician Joanne who simply put was the best technician who has ever worked with me, and I have seen a lot of them. She was an absolute pleasure and should be commended. Thanks to everyone there and look forward to my next visit.

After spending a significant amount of money and time over the past 60 years in OTHER dentists offices for a wide variety of services and procedures to retain my natural teeth, heredity finally triumphed. So I can say with some authority that my entire experience with with Dr. Digiallorenzo and his wonderful staff has been the best dental experience I have ever had, BY FAR! I live near Asheville, North Carolina, 600 miles from Collegeville. Asheville which has some wonderful dentists, but I wanted to be sure I was choosing the best implant dentist to replace my remaining lower teeth and partial denture. So I did a Google search and found Dr. D! Not only is he COMPLETELY HOLISTIC in his approach to his patients' well-being, but he is one of perhaps a dozen implant dentists in the United States to offer the latest nonmetallic implant material. This meant I was dealing with a dentist who truly ares about his patient's health AND I had access to one of the very few dentists in the country who IS so state-of-the-art that he could offer me an unbiased and informed choice. Furhermore, his fees are comparable to, and in many cases lower than, less knowledgeable alternatives. I love everything about my experience with Dr. D! The Dr. and his entire staff are a unique blend of entirely professional and delightful, caring human beings. The wonderfully fresh-smelling air, the soothing pale lavender walls, the vitamin-charged protein drink, and my choice of piped in music... plus the non-stop foot and hand massage throughout the procedure by an experienced reflexogist... made me feel like I was spending a few hours at a deluxe spa. The procedure itself was completely painless. Best of all, I left Dr. D's office smiling with a lower set of teeth which had been created by their skilled lab while the procedure was taking place. My new lower teeth EXACTLY matched in both color and bite my upper teeth. I also left with complete instructions and materials for my followup care. My healing has been remarkably uneventful and fast. My friends and family can scarcely believe their ears when I tell them that this was not only the best dental experience ever AND it was downright SENSUOUS. And between the music, the attentive staff, the aromatherapy and the non-stop reflexology massage, it was definitely that! A couple of them said "dentist' and 'sensuous' are two words they'd never heard in the same sentence! Dr D. and his staff are amazing! I went to multiple dentists before going to Dr. D . and no one came close to the relaxed feeling I got from this office. Other dentists I had seen, told me it would be a 2 year process for everything I needed done. The Lanap and implant work was completed within 7 months with Dr. D. When I had issues with the temps, their office would get me in right away. From my initial appointment to my last cleaning everyone has been fantastic to work with and the results are great! Vanessa at the desk is always available and professional, both Anne's are so kind, conforting and thorough, and Dr. D. is simply the best! Have no fear of this dentist!

VERY disappointed with The work done here. I had 16 teeth extracted, 7 implants placed and temporary teeth placed, which broke into several pieces within the first two weeks (twice!) I was sent a bill for almost $20,000 OVER the price quoted for removal of 25-30 teeth & 5 to 7 implants on the upper bridge & 5-7 implants on the lower bridge ($35,000). And that was just for the 4 hour initial treatment. Some of the staff were wonderful, however, the billing person & dentist were rude, evasive and lacked compassion. The billing issue is another story. Integrity, or lack there of. I also paid an additional $2,800 for anesthesia, which was never mentioned in the quote!

I went lanap for consultation I was were impress. With staff and there kindness. What bothered me was the part when came figuring the cost the price of 30,000 for upper permanent and 20,000 for lower was way over the top for me. I’m retire and that was almost impossible. Then 2,800 for a bridge for the top plus removing one tooth I have left on top. That was very Hugh for me. The part that really bothered me was after presentation Robert told that would be $190 fir consultation I told him that I had no money and I was never told before I game in or would not have made appt. or went. A totally bad experience

Dr D and the entire staff are professional in every aspect of delivering quality dental care. It is obviousthey really care about their patients well being . I went there 2 years ago with severe gum disease for the Lenap laser surgery. I couldn't be happier with the experience. They go out of their way to make you comfortable even providing a massage therapist during the surgery. That coupled with aromatherapy and calming music really took my fears away and made me very comfortable. highly recommended!

I’m nervous in the chair. Lose sleep over the thought of dental work. From the moment I walked into the practice i was met with comforting people doing what they love. It’s obvious and relaxing. Classical music, comfortable seating and Robert at the desk, does it get any better? Care and concern shown by Dr. David. A craftsman, and artist. A humanist. The work he did. I no longer look like I came off a farm. Which I did, but that’s another story. You don’t have to listen to anyone but yourself. My experience was really nicely done. I was in for a consultation. From the time I came in the office I was greeted by Robert who is very organized, polite and professional. He explained everything in detail and made for smooth documentation process. I then met Dr D, who almost immediately after Robert, welcomed me. I was then met by Anne to receive me to do the assessment and exam with Dr. D. Everything was explained and then when recommendation were given Dr D and Anne used a video to explain the Lanap process. I will follow up after my procedure but I was highly impressed on my first visit.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating with the hectic work schedule that I have. They were always very nice. When I came in I had to have my two front teeth extracted and an implant put in. I have to say that I am still very dissatisfied with the overall work/appearance that was done with a price tag of over $7000.00. I went back in with hopes to obtain a better result and the doctor ground here and there to try and shape the teeth better. I still do not care for the appearance. The teeth do not line up and now it looks as though there is a big black cavity on the inside of the teeth from grinding on them. I'm sorry but for what I paid I do not like the way my teeth look. I am a 27 year old who had bad broken teeth. I needed to get all the top teeth removed and a few from the bottom. I was petrified. But each and every visit I was given exceptional attention. The staff was very friendly and able to answer all the questions I had. They did do massage therapy to help me relax. My journey started June 1st with the 20 teeth extractions. Screws put in that will hold the implant arches. Laser of the bone structure to speed up healing. I was put asleep and only needed aspirins for minor pan the next day. I received temporary dentures until my gums healed. In September I received the temporary implant arches. I still needed a few more measurements and the final implants were put in October. They are perfect! Doctor DiGiallorenzo attention to detail and experience was evident. Each and every visit I was given compassionate attention. I can now smile and laugh without embarrassment. I proudly show off my new implants to anyone. This gives me a new and better outlook on life. I am satisfied and very grateful! Lisa Erickson

Where else can you get a shoulder massage while getting your teeth cleaned?
