I have been a patient here for about 9 months and i absolutely love it there. I had few procedures done. The staff is really great. Anybody that i have ever encountered there as always been wonderful. When my original dentist there, Dr. Moala left i was nervous because i really liked her. But, the dentist i have replace her, Dr. Orlendini is amazing. I honestly is a really great practice.

Horrible place to go, the staff is just so rude. I wouldn't waste my time going in there and the doctor including the staff are bunch of hypocrites they'll tell you like your insurance won't cover such thing just so, you can pay cash.

Maria needs to be fired. Every poor review is based on her. Not your dental work. I truly hope the dentists that own this practice see the awful reviews about her. So so sad.

Would you consider it bad luck on my part or poor dentistry when all of your three brand new cavity fillings fall out right after being done? I had to go right back today, have the teeth drilled out again and refilled. I am in pain...

Incredibly rude receptionist who answered the phone, as I’m looking at my schedule to see if the time she offered for the appointment is okay, she’s says “oh my godddd” and then I tell her that time doesn’t work. She says okay and hangs up the phone. If I was this dental practice owner, this receptionist would be fired instantly, bad look for your brand and she’s making you lose out on money.

This office is the worst dentist place in scranton. Staff people are ignorant. Stood there for 20 mins while the Blond sat on her ass on a "personal" phone call and had the dental assistant sign me out. The Hippa law was broke numerous times while i waited to be seen after 45 mins. They laughed at people who called for appointments, talked about people who came and left the office & i know peoples names, insurances, and birth dates just by listening because they cant have the decency to close the glass window. The Dr. (no names) is the rudest most inconsiderate doctor i have ever met. I was told i had to have 6 fillings.. it took 6 visits to get them done and i didn't go back after the 2nd. My mouth wasnt numb and felt him drill to my nerve. Told them i was having pain a day after and nothing was done. I called and cancelled all my up coming appt. Worst Doctors!!!

Dr.Mecadon, is the best dentist, I've ever went to in 30yrs. He spotted a fracture in my tooth from an xray, that 4 dentists prior, did not see or care about me. They all kept saying I needed a root canal. Drilled my tooth out, put In a temporary filling, and sent me home in alot of pain and more appointments. Luckily, but unfortunately, after several appointments in a few different places, the tooth got infected.I drove by Keystone Dental, and decided to try them out, what did I have to lose? I met Dr.Mecadon, and he decided that my tooth needed extracted. And that a root canal would be fine, but I could have more problems with it in the future. Something that other dentists failed to see, or tell me.. So he pulled the tooth, and No pain at all! I was shocked when he was done, because I didn't feel a thing! Great man, that really cares for his patients. He made me feel at ease, and comfortable, immediately, by just short conversation and his knowledge .And he did a Excellent job, it took alot of anxiety off my chest knowing that I found, a very smart, delicate dentist that cares about his patients and excels at his craft. I have alot more work to get done, and I'm not stressing or nervous anymore about it! I found my man, what a blessing, A Godsend. I highly recommend him and his staff!

This place will not stay in business very long. I have never been treated more rudely in my life. I can understand a bad day but these people are unprofessional and downright cruel. I would be terrified for anyone’s well being who steps foot through the door of this so-called establishment. God has no home there.

I’ve been going there about a month now going through the experience of getting dentures. Dr. Mecadon is awesome. He makes me laugh, is quick and efficient. My first time there I apologized for being nervous and he said you have nothing to be sorry about. I wound up with dry socket and they got me in an hour and fixed me up. My only recommendation is for the lady at the front to be a little nicer. Kindness goes a long way in any business. Maybe she was just having a bad day. But overall I would highly recommend this place and Dr. Mecadon

Staff was RUDE the lady told me i had missed two appointments when this was my second appt there i just had my first appt a week before DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND I WILL BE FINDING ANOTHER DENTIST!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE NICE WAY TO TREAT YOUR NEW PATIENTS!!!

Very rude reception! If i could I would give them zero stars. The woman who scheduled me didnt inform me of the policy about 24 hrs notice for cancellation, not to mention when I scheduled initially I expressed concern for the possibility of my prior appt running to long but the woman assured me it would be ok if i needed to changed it. So as soon as I was informed of the definite conflict i phoned to change it and a very inconsiderate woman handled my call. Wont be recommending this place to anyone.

I had the best dental experience I've ever had at Keystone Dental. The front desk staff was very helpful and patient when my insurance card was giving us issues. Once i got in the back, they made me feel comfortable and was very informative about my options. I saw Dr.Mecadon and his wonderful hygienist. I would highly recommend this practice! I saw some negative comments online and all I have to say is, don't let other ppl make you miss out on possibly one of the best dental experiences you could have!

I just went here for the first time on Tuesday and I was so happy when I walked in and saw how clean and nice the waiting area looked. I was seen a few minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment, which is always cool, and the woman who cleaned my teeth spent an hour thoroughly polishing these girls up! I hadn’t been to the dentist in four years before Tuesday and the woman I had did such an amazing job, she was super gentle but thorough and didn’t make me feel embarrassed about not having had them cleaned in a long time. Her and the dentist doctor helped educate me on everything that they did, the benefits of cleaning and flossing and just some other really good stuff too. I just wanted to review and give a shout out to them because it’s been a few days and I’m still over the moon over how great my teeth look and feel now. I’ve recommended these guys to everyone, I hope all the staff is getting the recognition they deserve!

Not only is the staff extremely rude and ignorant but vary unprofessional I have a lot of problems with my teeth and they just seemed like they didn't want to deal with it 2 years at this place I had 2 teeth pulled and the rest of my appointments cleanings only I just switched my dentist because if you don't call here twenty-four hours before ahead of time to cancel your appointment they will not take you back so my new dentist just seen me yesterday I already have two appointments one for fillings and the second one for a partial denture and it only toke me one day and my teeth will be fixed before the end of this month I highly do not recommend this dentist

Had such a wonderful experience at this office. The hygienist Sue was wonderful and was very meticulous when it came to cleaning my teeth. Seen Dr. Orlandini afterwards. He and his assistant Susan were very kind and calming (being that I am petrified of dental offices). Overall great experience!
