Never had a bad experience here. Everyone is kind and professional, from the front desk to the docs. Dr. Hart has always made me feel comfortable, which says something because most people hear the word "dentist" and shutter! Not us. Absolute minimal pain, they really know what they're doing here! ❤️

Dr. Wert is great and very friendly. He’s really the only dentist I’ve ever felt comfortable with. Unfortunately, I do not feel the same about the receptionists at the front desk. While waiting to get called back to the room, ALL of the girls behind the thin, not so soundproof glass, along with the assistant who took me back to the room, were making fun of my name and laughing at it so loudly! Very unprofessional and outright mean! While I want to be loyal to the dentist because he’s comforting, the mean girls made me question it today.

I had some poorly done dental work done by Dr.Olen. Fillings were done on teeth that never caused me any pain or sensitivity until after the fillings were done. My root canal, only a little over 2 years old, has to be retreated.

Jamie at the front desk is nasty and rude. She needs to go back to school to learn manners and customer service. She is awful at her job. Jamie told me my 2 sons didn't have sealants on their teeth. She said it was covered 100% by my insurance and ask if I would like for them to put sealants on both of my son's teeth to which I said yes. Well about a month or so later, she was billing me $96 per child claiming the sealants weren't covered. I contacted the insurance company and they told me Jamie didn't do het job properly. After leaving messages for Dr. Wert to call me, I contacted the office a third time and Jamie answered. I stated I had been trying to reach Dr Wert and would like to speak with him. She stated "he was given the message. If he hasn't called you back, he's not going to." Unfortunately, my family of 5 will not go back there because of her. With that bring said, Dr. Hart is wonderful.
