My wife and I have been going to Dr. Gerber for more than 15 years. Dr. Gerber is always very professional and courteous. He takes the time to explain what he is doing and always checks to make sure we are comfortable during the procedure. His entire staff is friendly and willing to do whatever it takes to make our time there as comfortable as possible and makes our appointment convenient to our schedule. I highly recommend Dr. Gerber and his entire staff.

My whole family goes to Dr. Gerber. Two of my kids have braces from him as well. They are very accommodating with appointments and emergencies. Dr. Gerber takes the time to explain in depth what is going on. There is such a difference in their teeth in a short amount of time!! Definitely recommend!

My teenage son has been under Dr. Gerber's care since he had his braces put on over a year ago. He has regular appointments (at least once a month) to adjust his braces and this office runs so well we never have to wait in the waiting room for more than one minute. Appointments are always on time and Dr. Gerber puts so much care into making sure my son's teeth are aligning perfectly. Highly recommend.

I take my three children to Dr. Gerber and almost immediately, he mentioned to me that 2 of my 3 children had extremely enlarged tonsils, and referred me to an excellent ENT doctor. Since the children have had their tonsils and adnoids out (one child had a 90% blockage the other had a 60% blockage due to enlarged tonsils/adnoids), they have been sleeping better, playing better, eating better - the snoring is gone and the mouth breathing is gone. Thanks to Dr. Gerber, my children can now breathe easy, because without his recommendation, this would have went untreated, and they would both still be paying the price! In addition, scheduling an appointment is simple, and there usually isn't a wait time, you get in when at or close to your appointment time. My kids love the hygenists, they look forward to going to the dentist!!

I have been a patient of Dr Gerber's for many years. Just today I got a new crown and a small cavity fixed. Dr Gerber has done a tooth implant for me and also many crowns and fillings. I have several auto immune illnesses and I need excellent dental care to keep my teeth. I wouldn't go to anyone else. The staff is very friendly and caring. The office is spotless, and appointments are always on time. I appreciate the fact that they value your time as much as you do. Through my years with him, Dr Gerber has completely redone my smile and I am so grateful for him and his talent.

I could not be more disappointed with this dentist. In 2015, another dentist fit me with crowns that were unfortunately never properly fitted. In 2018, I saw Dr. Gerber in the hopes that he could advise me as to how best proceed. Since my insurance only covers crowns once every five years, I wasn't sure what my repair options would be. He advised me that even though insurance wouldn't cover the cost for new crowns, in the meantime I could take care of my teeth with regular cleanings, checkups, etc. So I scheduled a second appointment for a cleaning. A few days before, however, his office called me to cancel my appointment and they informed me that they ARE NOT WILLING TO WORK ON MY TEETH. With so many previous bad experiences with dentists, this dentist has yet again destroyed all of my confidence in dentistry. They took my insurance money for x-rays for a consultation, claimed they would be able to help me until the crowns could be replaced, then did a complete 180 by telling me to find someone else altogether! This facility definitely does not care about people or the health of their teeth.

I have been going to Dr Gerber for many many years. I have found him and his staff to be professional, caring, and wonderful people. He even took care of a problem of mine on his day off and without charge. How's that for a dentist now in days! The office is spotless, the appts are on time and there is an ease of getting appts. I wouldn't have another dentist. Hats off too Gerber Dental and staff!

I took my kids there and we will never go back. The staff was fantastic. The recepionists were great and so was the hygenist. But when it was time for Dr. Gerber to come in I was floored. While he was a very nice guy, he starting telling me both of my kids had child sleep apnea and then alluded to my daughter having autism (which she does not). He spent a good amount of time telling me why he thought these things then abruptly stopped, told me he had another patient to see and that he would call me with more info, but gave me the name of an ENT that we MUST see immediately. He never called and honestly, that upset me terribly. He scared me with all the info he was telling me, but didn't care enough to follow up. I did have both kids checked out (by their pediatrican and an ENT) and they DO NOT show ANY signs of sleep apnea or autism. What's more is that I've talked to two separate adults who have told me that Dr. Gerber is in a group of various dr's and they may be getting paid for referrals for each other. It makes me furious to think that this guy is scaring other people the way he scared me. I find him to be unprofessional and after money. Sorry Dr. Gerber, but you won't be getting our business again.

After years of no insurance and not seeing a dentist I found Gerber Dental. That was the best decision I could have made. Now, it's been a few years of going there...all cleaning done, cavities filled, and even an implant. I heard horror stories from other dentist offices but at Gerber Dental, the process went great and the whole staff is so caring and kind! I highly recommend Gerber Dental!!

I went for my first visit just a few days ago. The overall atmosphere is very clean and nice. The staff was beyond friendly and I felt very welcomed. I had an evening appointment which is wonderful because a lot of establishments don't offer evening appointments to accommodate your work schedule. They are up to date with technology and you can even schedule your appointments online. They are prompt with texting you reminders of appointments too! I virtually had no waiting time and was in and out of my appointment quickly while still getting a very thorough cleaning. I would recommend Gerber Dental Care and will definitely be back again.

I'm scared to death of the dentist and hadn't been to one in several years because of my fear and decided to trust this place. What a joke. I got to the office 2 minutes before appointment time and waited for about 35 minutes in the lobby. They finally called me back, prepped me and sat me in the chair only to tell me they weren't going to clean my teeth, but would give me an exam and that I would need to come back another day, because I was late for my appointment. I wasn't late. I was, in fact, early. He was rude, yelled at me for questioning him, was disrespectful and scared my children. Don't go here. You'll be lied to, stolen from and belittled if you disagree with their insanity.

Nobody enjoys going to the dentist, but if you have to go, I highly recommend Gerber Dental. The office staff is so friendly, and the girls really know what they're doing. The dentist is also really great.

This dentist is only in it for money and this office is a scam. After searching for quite awhile, I found this dentist because they were close to home and they had great reviews. Either I had the one unfortunate experience or all of those reviews were lies. This dentist is clearly only in it for money and not in it for the actual practice of good dental care. I have never had cavities in my life and this dentist told me that I had 2. The office tried to charge me up front for the care of the cavities and I could not make an appointment to get the cavities filled until I paid before any work was even done. I did not make an appointment and I checked my insurance policy to make sure they were charging me the correct amount. The office tried to charge me for 50% of the bill when my insurance covers 80%. When I questioned this and showed the staff my policy, they continued to tell me I was wrong. I work in insurance billing and I understand how to read insurance policies. I have just gone to see another dentist, who was wonderful, and I have absolutely no signs of any cavities. I find it quite mind boggling that I almost had to pay around $400 to get fillings for 2 cavities when I do not have any cavities at all. I urge you not to go to this dentist, you will be scammed.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Gerber for years. We love him and the assistants and office staff. Whether it is a 6 month cleaning or something more involved, we couldn't be happier. Dr. Gerber even became my orthodontist when I had braces as an adult for 18 months. Wouldn't change a thing!

I have been going to Dr. Gerber for at least 9 years and have referred multiple people to his dentistry. I have had my share of dentists in my time and I believe he is one of the best in the area. I have never had a single issue here at all, with him or his staff. Dr. Gerber is very knowledgeable and caring in the dentistry field and his staff truly complements his practice. The office space is always kept very clean and inviting. Last but not least, his practice contains some of the most technologically advanced equipment that I have seen in a dentist office environment. I would highly recommend this dentist if you truly care about your teeth!

Went in for what I was led to believe would be an actual procedure or operation on two decayed teeth. I've been too nervous to let another dentist do anything to my mouth after a terrible experience years ago, and after talking with this dentist on the phone I thought I found an actual caring dentist. I was wrong. When I actually sat in his chair, he actually SIGHED when I asked him about options and pricing, which I told him was a concern of mine on the phone. His dental assistant kept me there with her great bedside manner, knowing how nervous I was about the whole thing, so thanks to her for easing my mind, but he returned and was trying to rush me out of his chair because he wanted more money to sit there instead of myself. He told me I'd have to schedule possibly two separate appointments for pulling one tooth and filling another, when he had already led me to believe that I had missed work to actually have something done that day. He completely misled me on the phone, was not friendly in person, and was not worried at all about trying to ease my already seriously shaken nerves. Thanks for wasting my time and money! NEVER GO TO THIS DENTIST!

This dentist office is a SCAM!!!!!!!!! They will charge you more than what they charge the insurance company and say you still have an outstanding bill. Obviously this dentist office is trying to scam people. I feel bad for individuals who pay their bills and do not follow up with their insurance company. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL when speaking with their office to resolve. Will never recommend this office EVER again!

I was referred to Gerber Dental Care a few years ago by my manager when I had a dental emergency. They were willing to see me the same day. I have been going there ever since, and have referred multiple family members, all who have been very pleased with the care they've received. The staff is always pleasant and professional. They make you feel comfortable and address all concerns. Dr. Gerber is a very knowledgeable person, and always ensures my comfort, as I have an irrational fear of the dentist!! I have had everything from routine checkups & cleanings to fillings & even a root canal there, and can honestly say that I am grateful to have been referred to this office. I highly recommend them every chance I get.

First time having work done here, the exam wasn’t bad. I really thought I was going to like this dentist based on his staff alone. They were all very nice. But...Never introduced himself, never made me feel welcome as a new patient. But I gave him a shot anyway. And came back for a filling.. During our appointment another assistant came in and said “we’re ready for you” and then I felt that he was rushing. He finished what he was doing, left and the Assistant that was working with me asked if the bite felt right and I said no, and she said “I didn’t think so”... so she had him come back. And he seemed irritated... in reality he should’ve made sure I was ok before leaving... I felt like I was bothersome to him. I sadly won’t be coming back. And that being said I will leave with with a little advice... making people feel welcomed goes a long way... work on your bedside manner...
