I ended up at this dentist only because no other Dentist could get my son and me in right away. I am SOO glad it worked out this way. The service is top notch. Everything from Jenna at the front desk to Dr. Ramirez and Dr. Nagal’s surgical techniques and bedside manner. They take the time to talk to you and answer any questions you may have; from billing to treatment plans and they do so in the most pleasant and caring manner. Scheduling appointments is never an issue either. I truly believe they have the patient’s best interest at heart. The cost is also very affordable. This is the best dentist I’ve ever been to in ANY state over the course of my life!!!! Love them!

Ok I get it the doctors are awesome. My issue has to do with office management. What are the typical questions/interactions you have with the front desk when you walk in to a doctors office? "Hi how are you" 'What is the name of the patient?" "IS YOUR INSURANCE STILL THE SAME?" Well i did not have the luxury of having to answer any of these questions, to realize halfway through having my kids seeing by a Doctor that they do not accept my new insurance. I believe you can do better as an office and hope the $452 you charged my credit card makes you rich!!!

I found this place through my insurance. In the past I have gone to million other dentist offices but this is the first time I feel like I’ve had some education given to me on my dental hygiene and what is going on with my teeth. The staff was amazing very insightful and the hygienist ( I think her name was Allison ) was great she took her time she let me know a lot about things I had no idea and the dentist was also amazing. My recent new patient visit with Alison, the hygienist, and Dr. Ramirez was very pleasant. An extremely thorough, gentle exam was conducted by both and next steps for my treatment were clearly explained. At the front desk, Maria was very helpful with setting up my next appointment and determining what I would be expected to pay out-of-pocket for that visit. I would never have thought I would have recovered as well as I did, and I thank their care and professionalism. They make you feel very at home and welcome, they are personable and are there to HELP and give you comfort. They explain everything throughout the procedure, and answer any questions. Any fears or issues? No problem, they will help you. They want to ease your mind, and make you feel important. I have never had a place accommodate me so well. Most dentists should strive to even be a quarter as great as the loving and caring staff found here at Gentle Family Dentistry. I won’t go anywhere ever again. I recently moved here from NY and didn’t have a dentist yet. My bridge fell out and I googled dentists in the area. I picked GFD because of the good reviews. Dr. Ramirez was able to get me in immediately and he took his time with me. He was able to treat me and made me a chair side temp. He is the nicest man!!! He is honest, gentle and made me feel so comfortable. He did such an amazing job making my temp that it looked better than the permanent one I went in with. His assistant Charlotte was caring, gentle, companionate and really helped bring my spirits up. Brought my father here for an emergency extraction. The staff was very supportive, helpful and understanding to my dad. He has a language barrier and the team helped out and was as gentle and explained everything on the way. Thank you to Maria for giving us an appt right awayup. I cannot speak highly enough of this place. A terrible experience somewhere else and the ensuing fear of the dentist that followed caused me to neglect my teeth for much too long. An emergency (infected wisdom tooth) brought me to them and they were super accommodating and got me in quickly. Since then, about 5 months ago, I’ve been there 3 times for cleanings and fillings and they’ve been amazing. Incredibly nice and understanding staff all around. They don’t make me feel bad for the years of not going to the dentist. Brooke and the other hygienists there have helped me to conquer my fear of the dentist!

I can't explain how great Gentle Family Dentistry is. Everyone is so welcoming and know what they are doing. They make you feel comfortable no matter the procedure you're there for. I've been going to them for years and don't see myself changing dentists. Highly recommend GFD to anyone!

I just want to start out by saying these people are superstars. I went in for a cleaning and the hygienist, Stephanie was thorough. We spoke about an old filling that needed to be replaced at a later date. But they instead squeezed me in with dr. Nagel. I ended up needing a root canal that took a lot longer than expected. Dr. Nagel and his assistant Jess made the experience a good one. They did an extremely through job, and stayed late without rushing anything. Every employee there was pleasant and dedicated to their job. They are all talented and I highly recommend them.

Just want to say, " I've seen a thing or two, so I know a thing or two " about dentists. This is without question the best dental office and staff I've encountered by far, in all my 64 years. When I first came here with periodontal disease, they nursed me back to healthy teeth and gums. I have maintained this with the help of my fantastic hygienist, Brooke. I'm just now finishing up an implant which could not have went more perfect thanks to Dr. Gangji. Everyone at this office is top notch! Special word of mention to some of my personal favorites, Dr Ramirez ( always makes me laugh ). Jenna, who has called me back at 2 am ( dental emergency ) are we related? Only family does that really, and they aren't happy about it. Jessica, the newest sweetheart who assisted Dr Gangji with my implant. This was as pleasant an experience as I could have getting fillings! Dr. Ladani and Elaine were friendly, pleasant, and good at distracting me throughout the procedure. They took pictures of my teeth before, during, and after so I could see what was done. It also helped that I could watch HGTV the whole time :)
