Today, I was told they would no longer see my child. This stems from a complaint I had with the hygienist taking xrays of my child's teeth. She screamed repeatedly into the room for her bite down and hold still. When she came back into the room she said I hope you did that right because I don't want to do it again. Dr. Fox then came in and did his check, and that went fine. I later called and voiced my concern to the secretary and also said we were going to get a 2nd opinion and it's been downhill since then. Who forces a small child out? In the past, I recommended that families go there. I will never recommend them again. Very unprofessional.

When I went to Dr fox for the first time I was so scared because of a bad experience I had with another dentist office I thought that Dr fox was gonna be no different but when I walked in for my appointment I was greated by a warm smiling secatary then came the moment of Truth I walked into the back and waited for the Dr to come into the room and to my surprise I was greated by one of the most caring delightful dentist I have ever met his aides were very friendly and understanding of my past fears I told Dr fox what the last dentist said had to be done before I could get my dentchures but Dr fox took a look and said no need for all of that we made out a plan on what exactly needed to be done and I am almost ready to do my bite impressions Dr fox is by far the best dentist that I have ever meet he tells you what needs to be done and. while he works on your mouth talks to you I have only been going to him for about 2 months but in them 2 months I have over camef my fear of dentist thank you Dr fox

My family has used Dr. Fox’s office since moving to the Meadville area 6 years ago. I initially was going to get a pediatric dentist for my kids but Dr. Fox and his staff have been wonderful with my daughter... I haven’t had to look anywhere else for our family’s dental needs. The staff is friendly the office is clean, bright and inviting… it smells like new construction in his office ( I love that smell)… Dr. Fox does good dental work ,besides the normal cleanings, I have had to get fillings and repair a broken tooth over the years … My family is thankful Dr. Fox and his staff.

I can agree to another review that if you have state insurance, you are looked down upon. It’s very easy to sense that the receptionist doesn’t want to bother with you. I was on it for a short period of time and haven’t gone back sense dealing with her attitude and snarky comments.

Love, love, love Dr. Fox, Jennifer, and the staff. My family and I have been going to him for many years and have recommended him to many people. Everyone makes you feel like a friend and the atmosphere is welcoming and professional. One of my children fell and suffered a mouth injury and Dr. Fox was wonderful. He called several times over the next week or so checking on her. He and his staff go above and beyond. Love them!

The dental assistants are the only good thing this office has going for them. They are compasionate and caring. The front desk lady, Jennifer, is extremely unprofessional and rude. If you have any kind of state insurance, dont even waste your time. You will be treated inhumanely.

Not sure if we are all going to the same dentist here. I have been a patient for the last 15 years after moving here from DC. Dr. Fox came highly recommended and I recommend him to all my friends and family. His work is superb, not to mention his qualified staff. Dr. Fox and staff are knowledgeable and take their time during all of my appointments. I know that in general people get mad when a bill for services arrives(and they don't want to pay!!) and maybe this was the case with the several bad reviews? If you are not happy with this great dentist then good luck and find somewhere else to go!

Dr. Fox is truly an exceptional dentist. Besides filling a few cavities, he has also done root canals and new crowns for me. Having had a terrible experience with a 'root canal specialist', I was terrified when Dr. Fox said I needed one and that he was going to do it! He took his time making sure I was not in pain, completing it with excellent results. I have been going to Dr. Fox for many years and can honestly say he is the best dentist I've ever gone to. Jennifer, the office manager, is wonderful and oh-so-helpful. The staff is overwhelmingly professional, friendly and caring. If you're a 'dental coward' like I WAS, Dr. Fox is the dentist for you! I no longer walk into the office with sweaty and shaking hands, as Dr. Fox has proven to me that dental work can be done successfully AND pain free! By the way: I seldom take time to write reviews for anything or anyone.... Dr. Fox has EARNED this 5-star review!

This man and his team are excellent in caring and catering to the customers. I have been to many dentist and this is by far the best work of dentistry I've seen to date. If you need any work that needs done from cavities to dentures, this is the man you have to see. Worst experience of my life. The only reason he got 1 star is because thats the lowest it can go. This is a barbaric dentist. He pulled 2 of my teeth while they were badly infected and sent me on my way with nothing for pain. Told me i would not experience any pain and to take Tylenol. He was yelling at his staff the entire time and was in such a hurry i still have a root left in. I will never step for near this man again!!

Dr Fox is an amazing dentist! He has a great sense of humor and a bubbly personality that makes you feel right at home. His staff is great too! All the girls are so sweet and very knowledgeable. Another bonus is that the office is so cool! The decor is amazing and so interesting! One of the greatest dental offices around!

I found myself in need of a new set of dentures and Dr fox was the quickest place I could get in he's 30 min away so I set appointment and go. First was impression, a week later back to pick tooth color and size, another week and go back for wax set to be aligned. Then yet another trip for fitting so fit was absolutely horrible. I was told teeth would line up better in a day or 2. They did not. I had a few days to examine plates and they seemed to be thrown together. During adjust bottom plate was ground enough to live with. Dr fox determined a new top plate needed made, for which an impression was made again sever all more trips for color and alignment. The 2nd top plate would not even fit in my mouth. Once again we need another plate. Almost seems to be getting even for complaints about first set. A impression was made again for 3rd plate 6 months ago and I'm not so sure I want to go back there. No one from the office has ever reached out to try and fix this. Dr fox blamed everything on the lab, but he still uses that same lab. So is it the lab or the use of that lab. If a tool don't work it should be replaced

We have been going to Dr. Fox for 30 years. Dr. Fox and his Wife Jennifer are Awesome! We have never been dissatisfied; even if a broken front tooth happens.
