I have always hated and feared the practice of dentistry and the pain that comes along with it but going there for my first check-up was amazing. I had Shannon and for the first time in forever I felt absolutely no pain and torture during a cleaning. I had my previous dentist (Aspen Dental) tell me I had four cavities, the first stage of gingivitis, and other severe implications that would cost me hundreds of dollars. So I decided to get a second opinion and Dr. Terrery had proved them wrong. He showed me my x-rays and reassured me that my mouth is perfect. There was no scamming, no need for cavity work, and no medications to prescribe to me. I would recommend going here over any other place!

Been a patient of Dr. Terrery's for a few years now and he's wonderful. He's very to the point, knowledgeable, and doesn't waste time. The ladies in the front are also absolutely great and have helped me get in as soon as possible and were also helpful when it came to a few outstanding payments. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Dr Terrery is the most gentle dentist I have ever had. My 89 year old mother who is terrified of dentist just had eight teeth pulled by Dr Terrery and was amazed at how easy and painless he made the whole experience for her. His whole office staff are so friendly and professional.

This is a top notch establishment. I am a registered nurse so I know what good care is. The Dr. is friendly and does not repair teeth that don't need repair. The staff is excellent and I always make sure to get Shannon to clean my teeth. I would advise everyone to give this place a try. You won't go anywhere else after seeing them. My last two reviews on google have been negative. I highly recommend this place.

I was pleased with my experience at Terrery Dental. They were organized, on time, efficient, and the treatment was thorough. Everyone was nice and helpful. The atmosphere was nice (quiet and not crowded). I especially liked the private office and individualized treatment, as opposed to the "dental groups", AND the fact that there was no what I call "bait and switch", meaning you spend hours researching dentists in the area online, their reviews, etc. and then you go to the office and end up seeing a complete stranger anyway --- their partner, assistant or trainee, and NEVER see the original person. Overall, a very good experience!

Dr. Terrery has been our Family Dentist since he started his Practice in Bartonsville. We had just moved here and wanted to find a Dentist that was as good as our Dentist "back home". Our first encounter with Dr. Terrery was for my then 9 year old Daughter who had a small jaw and very crowded teeth. Dr Terrery supervised her care for a year while we coordinated with the Oral Surgeon and Orthodontist; to insure that the end result with her teeth was better than satisfactory; today, at 26, she has a smile that is perfection. He pays so much attention to detail that I also recall how "picky" he was about a partial bridge he did for me, making sure we had the right color, etc to insure that no one would notice that it was a false front tooth. As of late, after Dr. Terrery telling me for years that I was experiencing bone loss, I had to undergo the ordeal of extracting all my teeth and getting dentures. I had beautiful teeth but no bone to hold them in. as I stated, I knew this was going to happen because Dr. Terrery had warned me about it for years. During the two appointments for the extractions, I didn't even know that the procedure was done! I had no pain at all during either time; he is very good at making sure the mouth is numb before starting any procedure! Also, I knew before hand what my Insurance was going to cover and had no surprises on the Financial end of things. Dr. Terrery explained everything to me beforehand and kept me updated during the procedure. The road to my new smile started about a year ago, Dr. Terrery worked closely with me on my "plan" for functionality and vanity. This past week, he completed the insertion of Mini-Implants to anchor my lower Dentures. As usual, he explained everything to me beforehand and during the procedure. Although the procedure involves drilling holes to place the implants, I felt nothing during the procedure except for a little pressure. The office even called to check on me later that evening. I would recommend anyone to Terrery Dental! Dr. Terrery keeps up with continuing education in order to offer his Patients all that modern dentistry has to offer and his staff is friendly and professional. Terrery Dental now has a another family member as a Patient, my 5 year old Grandson! He loves going there, Dr. Terrery is very good with him as well as his Dental Hygenist ! My Grandson actually looks forward to his Dental visits! In closing, I am appalled by the negative feedback on some of these sites. I have never expereinced anything but professionalism and caring from Terrery Dental!

While the office is clean and the staff pleasant, Dr Terrery has absolutely no bedside manner at all. He doesn't actually speak to the patient, is unnecessarily rough and walks out without asking if your problem was resolved. He reminds me of the sadistic dentist played by Steve Martin in Little Shop of Horrors. My advice, stay far away!!

My family and I have been going to Dr Terrery's office for quite a few years. Today I was so rudely spoken too by a staff member that I will NEVER go back. I was chided in the waiting room in front of other patients for being 7 minutes late, even though my wife called stating I would be late. Then I found out the Dentist wasn't even there HE WAS AT LUNCH during my appointment time! That chiding lasted about 5 minutes, while my cracked tooth was in pain. When I asked her to please tell Dr Terrery to call me when it's convenient for him that I'd like to discuss the matter I had with the office staff botching my appointment, I was told that he will NEVER call me back that he doesn't call his clients when they are dissatisfied. Well, now, Dr Terrery has not only lost me as a client, but my mother, wife and two children. This staff DOES need to learn manners. I am still expecting an apology from Dr Terrery for this unprofessionalism of his staff, and "perhaps" him himself. There was no reason for that.

Wow thank you Dr.Micheal J.Terrery I had a tooth pulled by a dentist in New York City this fool numb my mouth five times and I was in serious pain I just had my tooth pulled out by Dr.Terrery and I feel pretty ok except the numbness this is my number one doctor I recommend people go see him he is absolutely great and he makes you feel at ease
