I was over billed and billed for services I did not receive and argued with, approximately $200.00 worth! As confused as they are I feel there is a high probability that they are over charging a lot more people than me, it's just that if you have insurance you don't check, and that is a significant factor contributing to the high cost people pay in medical expense and insurance premiums. UPDATE: You tell me what I did wrong? I paid $129.00 for Dentalworks (DW) advantage to get discounts on all cleanings, exams, extractions, etc. I went for a cleaning an exam an X ray and was told my bill was over $200. ! I said that can't be right! They adjusted it to over $100.! I said that can't be right I have the Dental advantage ! They told me in addition to the cleaning, exam and X ray I was charged $87.50 “periodontal care”. I said I got no periodontal care just the cleaning, exam and X ray. They said we always charge the $87.50 for periodontal care! I said I never get or have gotten it!! They conceded after my persistence, they had over charged me at least 3 times by $87.50 During the exam it was determined I needed a tooth extracted due to infection, it was to be schedule the following week. That time frame turned into more than 31 days! Because of the infection and medical injections, they knew I took twice a month, I could not take those injections for the entire month of July!!! I explained this and they recommended two Greensburg Dental Surgeons, both of whom don't accept Dental Advantage. When I asked how I would be compensated for the discount I was owed they told me I could drive to the Robinson Township Dentalworks for the extraction. This seemed a bit of an imposition since they bargained and I paid for the Dental Advantage Plan and I live in Greensburg! Now I am getting the extraction done in Greensburg(the Surgeons reg price = DW's discounted) I am not going to go to DW anymore because they over billed me, ignored my health issue in regard to a months wait to have a gum infection resolved, caused me significant inconvenience so as to not inconvenience themselves, tried to embarrass me, and cost me money! I had to see both my primary care physician and specialist, concerning my medication and the infection, at my expense, and DW just skips along in their inept, elitist oblivion. DentalWorks was paid in full at the end of all my appointments for the many years I went there. I am fortunate that I can take the loss, but Dentalwork can much more afford it than I but they lose nothing by my pay in total and leaving. They pay no price for their negligence and ego and there is no price they pay for their lack of responsibility or fairness. I'll take the loss on the Dental Advantage Plan, I'm GONE! Further update: It has now been 5 months since I was told I would receive a refund for the amount owed me and of which I have the letter from Jenny stating I was owed. I am still waiting! This shows confirmation of the lack of integrity, character, competence and interest in reconciling a situation they are entirely responsible for creating. From Peirchoski on down, the shiftless lack of responsibility continues.

When I woke up having my coffee I had chipped my front tooth and it was pretty bad so called In to dentle works Greensburg pa location Jen at the from desk was so wonderful and was able to get me in even after they were double booked I got in at 11 am was out by 12 The dentist and staff there are amazing and I would never go anywhere else Thanks so much Jen your always great to us

I’ve only been a patient at DentalWorks for a year, but I’ve already had considerable work done there, since my last visit to the dentist had been several years ago. Don’t be put off by the location (in the Sears store at Westmoreland Mall). Dr. Pierchoski is a pro and his staff are top notch. They are friendly and flexible. They'll patiently answer your questions. Their prices were fair and they took my insurance. Most important of all, Dr. Pierchoski has steady hands and a soft touch. DentalWorks Westmoreland has my unqualified recommendation.

Until Monday I have always rated them a five. The new dentist who worked on me to remove a tooth was not very good and needs a lot of practice before charging for that kind of work. He took over an hour, 3 rounds of numbing shots, and 4 stiches for a simple tooth removal. It's now Wednesday morning and still in considerable pain from the pressure he put on my jaw sockets.

I have been a patient at another dental office. When I experienced an emergent problem, I tried numerous times to reach them, kept getting a computerized system that would ring repeatedly but no opportunity to leave a voicemail let alone talk to a human being. Called Dental Works and was immediately given an appointment that afternoon. The only thing I was not happy with was the website said that the office was located at Westmoreland Mall. So I went there first then called to find out that the office had moved. In November. I would think that 4 months would have given sufficient time to correct the website

This was first time at new facility. It is beautiful. Love the fact that there are rooms with walls. So much more private. Mavis at front counter is the best, so personable and knowledgeable. I love Dr. Pierchoski, who was off that day. But the other dentist, don’t remember his name, was great also. I will continue with Dental Works especially now that I don’t have to walk all the way into Westmoreland Mall. It’s very nice parking right at building and walking right in. A1 as always. I don't think anyone cares to go to the dentist. I can honestly say that I didn't go for over 10 years. Believe me, Dental Works located in Sears in the Westmoreland mall is the only dental care facility that I would recommend to family and friends. Been going there religiously now for the last 6 years. The whole staff is like family. THEY CARE ABOUT YOU.

I love Dr P and so do my kids, they have been coming with me since they were little, He's very gentle and works with you without trying to sell you on getting your whole mouth rehauled! AND free whitening is awesome!! My dog chewed my first whitening tray and they recast it and made a new one free of charge. Anytime me or kids have had an issue it's never more than a day or two to be seen. The girls are as friendly as can be also!

Great people good staff nice doctors couldn't fix my problem. Came in with tooth pain but wouldn't pull my tooth cause it looked ok on x-ray. Referred me to a specialist who told me they would only repeat the same test. Forcing me to go back again after their diagnosis and refusal to root canal for a pull. I can in asking fix it or pull it. They refused I can respect why but I know that tooth is a problem. So now I'm forced to pay a another dentist to pull it.

Katie is a gentle hygienist. I had neglected my gums for quite a bit, but she took her time with me and I did not leave sore. I was so nervous going. And finally I can go to the dentist twice a year and not be afraid of pain. The doctor and front office staff were both nice too. Just added to the great experience. The office is so nice and clean, very modern, and has the best X-ray technology. They won’t hurt, like the old days. I’m almost 60, and I suffered through it all! I’m so happy to find my new dentist and dental team!
