I drive over an hour to have my son seen by their pediatric dentist, Dr. Jessie Hoffman. She is wonderful! He had to have a tooth pulled and 2 fillings, which for a 6 year old is a lot! She was very patient and talked to him the whole time to make sure he was comfortable and was able to finish the entire procedure in less than an hour. Her dental assistant, Missy was also very kind and helpful when explaining what all the tools they would be using would do during his procedure. They also let me stay in the room with him during the entire procedure which a lot of dentists won't do. The overall experience was wonderful. I have seen a lot of negative reviews about this office, but I am assuming it wasn't for the pediatric side of the office because I have had nothing but great experiences here and will definitely continue to drive the way for his appointments! I highly surgent Dr. Hoffmann!

I had a terrible visit. The lady’s in orthodontics are rude and have no idea what they are doing. I left with bleeding, swollen gums and sores all over my gums. They also didn’t put all of the bands on my brackets before telling me I was set to leave. I will not be returning after I finish my braces.

I took my 2 kids for their first visit to a dentist. The staff was really friendly and made sure both my kids felt at ease. My son needs some work done and the dentist took the time to explain to me different options and what she recommends for a toddler. I live 2 hours away and they made sure to get us in and out without compromising my kids care. Everyone worked together to make sure everything ran smooth. I was able to have both kids done at the same station So no kid was left alone. So far I believe it's worth the travel time.

My daughter had a tooth filled. She called numerous times that she was in terrible pain and they explained that is was because she just had it filled. After several calls they finally looked at it and said it was infected and gave her an antibiotic and sent her home. After several more phone calls of crying in pain they said she needed a root canal and couldn't get her in for 3 months. She went to the ER because her face was so swollen and her tooth hurt so bad. Needless to say we will be going elsewhere to have this tooth fixed. This is ridiculous and no one should suffer with a tooth ache like this for so long.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth pulled here. The doctor was great. Staff very friendly. Recovery has gone very well. Only down side hard to get through to person on phone at times but they do call back next day. Overall very pleased with services.

Still need the procedure but the dental surgeon was very nice. The girl at the front desk in the rear office is obnoxious and ignorant and the lady doing the x rays just doesn’t care. Oh and supposedly the pediatric surgeon has a Harvard Education. Okay, and?

I had braces and wasn't happy with the results so I called and was told to come back in and they would take "take care of it". I drove over an hour 2 separate tines for her to be extremely rude to me both times. She needs to learn how to talk to customers and is very unprofessional .. Definitely don't recommend unless you want them to take thousands of dollars from you to not to anything. I will never go back!

It was my first visit in and staff was super nice and friendly to my kids! Me and my 2 young sons got in and out with x-rays and all cleanings in about 2 hours! Thank you for making me feel comfortable to its super reassuring when you have anxiety over going to the dentist!

Never again! I too wish there was minus stars! My daughter has Aspergers Syndrome ( high functioning autism) and her anxiety is off the charts on a good day when going to the dentist. After driving over an hour we arrive to have her 4 wisdom teeth removed. Let me just say to the cocky Hispanic looking nurse with the horrible attitude That told my daughter she was to pale? Someone needs to knock you on your A$$! Anyway, This incompetent joke of a nurse and anesthesiologist poked my daughter 5 separate times yes FIVE times for an IV and never came out and said a word to me. I find this all out after the fact, The dentist himself was actually nice enough to say something ( but again after the fact) and told me in passing hey they had to poke her 5 times but They finally got the IV in and we will begin soon

Absolutely dreadful. (Why aren't there - minus stars) ? My opinion is based on the experience of neighbors, friends and relatives, that require dentures. Three months after complete upper extraction and partial lower, (at outrageous expense), Allied Dental informed me that I would require a second expensive surgery "to correct a problem with fitting me with dentures" Absolutely no one I spoke with required a second surgery. ("Measure twice, cut once") And I will be paying a 5 year loan for procedures from extraction to dentures from this quagmire. Now for the denture debacle: I was presented with a non-comprehensive, inadequate, sample of color shades to choose denture color tone, so I struggled with the decision only to choose very yellow dentures due to Allied Dental's incompetence. Oh I nearly forgot when I attempt to chew with my fabulous dentures, they simply fall out, even with denture adhesive. And when I drink liquids there is such a huge gap at the top rear of the plate, it floods underneath and the denture drops down gagging me. Allied Dental Oivey ! PS: To save other poor souls from this "shark tank" I have written a letter to the American Dental Association, as well as the Pennsylvania State Attorney General's office, and others.

Was sent here from Erie from another "dentist" because this was the only place that could do my daughter's work while she was put to sleep, but that was a lie from Hammerlee Dental in Erie, and initial appt was before Christmas. She ended up needing her work done earlier because of a abscess growing larger above a tooth. So they scheduled an appointment a few weeks ago and the anesthetist called the weekend before she was scheduled on a Monday and of coarse she fell a little ill and the anesthetist cancelled. Well I got a letter in the mail after THEY cancelled saying that I was neglecting my child and they were obligated to report it because I was leaving my child in pain etc. I called and they really had nothing to say....and best part is my dentist in Erie lied when they said this was only place that could meet my needs...a dentist 3/4 of a mile from my house does the same work...they just wanted to send us far and to a specialist so another dentist office didn't steal their customer(s)!

Do not go here!! I scheduled an appointment to have a tooth refilled because the filling was coming out. The “dentist” Dr. Rose came in and looked at me for a total of 10 seconds and that is not an exaggeration. Then they sent a hygienist in to clean who was rude and smelled aweful. I don’t know if it was her or if she just didn’t change her gloves. When she was done she said that the dentist said I didn’t need it refilled so they would not do it. I told her the tooth looks horrible (it is a front tooth) and I want it filled so it will look like the other tooth and she proceeded to tell me that since it didn’t completly fall out apperently it wasn’t a priority. If you want quality work do not come here because they will ruin your teeth. They don’t care about their clients and they want to do as least work as possible. I will be finding a new dentist ASAP update: Saw the dentist. She informed me that she can’t do the filling because I have braces. When I told her that the receptionist said it wouldn’t be a problem, she said “Well that is up to us, sometimes they just say things.” She then proceeded to tell me that unless the filling falls completely out, I would just have to “deal with it.” Needless to say, I will not be back.

This is about the worst dentist I took my son he got braces I've taken him back 4 or 5 times to have them fixed can't ever get through to talk to a person the person that fixes braces only there on Thursday so my son got suffer no privacy leave doors open call n leave messages they may return call I'm absolutely disgusted with this place next time do research

My Name is Amanda and I had my wisdom teeth taken out around 10:45am today. The staff, dentist and anasteasiolgist, we're all great I have horrible Anxiety and Pots syndrome, they made me feel at ease and calmed me down. I even got to joke around with the guy administering my IV he was amazing, the dentist was also very nice and made me smile. The woman that took care of me made me feel at ease she was so nice, she walked me to the car with my mom and was super sweet. I highly recommend them, they are professional and compassionate which eased me through this. Thank you so much for removing my teeth and being so kind while I was there.

I am terrified of having any dental work done due to past issues!! They were very friendly and helpful in getting me in ASAP! The staff, techs and Dentist were all VERY professional kind and gentle! They knew of my fears and other difficult situtions I have due to health issues and they were overly helpful in all areas, and made SURE I was comfortable before, during, and after my procedure!! I have Dental Ins but they ended up not taking it, however, I was still very pleased with the price compared to what I have paid WITH being able to use my Dental Ins elsewhere!!! I dislike going to the Dentist but I will be going back here!!!!

Incredible staff. From the friendly faces of the front and back desks to the dentists and hygienists, everyone was helpful and kind. Very knowledgeable and patient. The billing specialist was the best I've ever dealt with, and was able to answer all of my questions regarding insurance coverage. Highly recommended!

I had a lot of minor work done by Dr. Rose while I was in college and she was amazing. She was very personable and explained everything when I told her I was anxious about the procedures. Her staff was just as kind. Now that I moved I really miss how caring the staff was. I selected this office because it was across the street from my apartment, but i'm so happy such a great practice was near by.

I drove almost an hour for my appointment here. My appointment time was 4:15p for a 3D CT scan. I got there and checked in at 3:55-ish. I waited and waited. More people came in and left. By this time, its already past my appointment time. They kept taking people back who came in WAY after me. finally, around 5PM (their closing time) they get me back to a room, tell me I now need an xray. Which is still confusing because I'm there for a 3D scan anyway. I get the xray and put back into a room, just to be told I have to come back again because "the dentist left at 5pm" and they won't do the 3D scan without him so he can look at it. If I would have been taken back around my appointment time, this wouldn't be an issue! So i wasted gas, money (for a baby sitter to watch my child) and time for absolutely nothing. if this wasn't the only place that takes my insurance (without going to Pittsburgh) I wouldn't go back!

Worst dentist ever laying on my couch right now with an infection and a fever because they messed up my root canal and crown also vomiting and in so much pain i feel like blacking out but they cant see me till monday and its friday now and face is swelling more this is insainity. Dentist are nice..staff and assistants need an attitude check at the door. Wait is horrible..short staffed had soooo many people booked for the same time wasnt even anywhere to sit. Sat in the waiting room for an hour! The receptionist literally called my husbands insurance and said his full name D.O.B and s.s number on the phone without her window closed with two other people in the waiting room. I cant believe this place. The first time we were here was such a better experience. Dont know if we will return.

So, my S/O needed to come here to get dentures (mind you we live an hour away from slippery rock). At first it was seeming to go great and they had said that she would have her dentures within six months. Well, now here we are over a year after having all of her teeth extracted and they are still screwing her around making us drive all the way out there to take endless molds of her mouth. She goes to go out there and she has to call them over an hour ahead of time and let them know she will be a little bit late (within the 15 minute period). They wait until she has driven the entire way out there and is within sight of the building to tell her that they cancelled the appointment and rescheduled for over a month later. We will be finding a new place that actually gives a damn about their patients and doesn’t just continuously make us burn gas and spend money for the worthless job that they do. Also, it would be nice if they could cut out one or two of their “vacations” through the year and invest some more time in their BUSINESS. If you don’t care about your patients than why are you a dentist?? Not to mention all of the staff and dentists are EXTREMELY rude. I will be reporting this behavior to someone.

My son Jacob has severe autism. He had aged out of Children’s hospital and then we had a terrible experience with a previous dentist. My son received excellent care. Dr Lewis the Anesthesiologist here is superb. The office is clean and staff is extremely friendly. We drive 2 hours for my son’s appointment and it’s so worth it. This office runs like a well oiled machine ! Great office ! Great staff!

One of the best offices around. This educated and skilled group of people care for every aspect of dentistry. They have sedation for children, special needs and adults. And they are in network with all state insurances. If you are in need of some dental care, you have found the right place.

My appt was at 8 am. Its now 8:06, the doors are locked and I'm stuck outside with my infant. Do not come 15 minutes early even it they tell you to. I drove an hour to be here for my appt. This was a referral. Do not waste your time coming here. Even if the doctors are nice, its not worth it to be stuck out side in 39 degree weather with a baby.

I have gone here a total of 3 times for a root canal. Every single time I have left in extreme pain and all they recommend is ibuprofen and tylonal. Will not be back.
