Beautiful clean office, friendly efficient front office staff, easy scheduling and check in/out. Dr. Park is always very professional. I never feel rushed. He explains everything thoroughly and listens to my concerns. Every procedure he has done has been painless. And I love my hygienist! In response to Mr. Falk's review, we do apologize for the experience that you and your wife had at our office. An assistant did not do your wife's fillings. It was done by our associate dentist at the time. She is no longer employed at our office. And Dr. Park stands by his work. If you are unhappy with the work that was done, please feel free to contact our office to have it evaluated. Lastly, we have no control over what insurance companies pay for certain procedures. We do our best to give accurate estimates, but it is ultimately up to the patient to know their individual plans.

Wow! Oregon Family Dental is amazing!! They were able to get us new patient appointments very quickly, which I've never experienced before at any other dentist office. They are also working with our very short time window for my husband's partial. The office is lovely and very welcoming, with a large TV and coffee/tea available while you wait (which wasn't long at all- just a few minutes). Staff is so sweet!!! And the best part....painless x-rays! You know how those bitewing x-ray tabs usually dig into your gums?! Not here!! What a wonderful change!! If you have any kind of anxiety about going to the dentist, do yourself a favor and check this place out. You will be so much more comfortable and at ease here. Wish I had found them a long time ago. I wouldn't have put off dental care for so long.

We appreciate the ease of getting an appointment, the friendly staff, the clean and modern office, and Dr. Park's calm and gentle touch as a dentist. My son's first visit was great. No problems. But... Called today to cancel an appointment and the female individual answers the phone as a personal phone. No greeting no name no office name . I told her that I was calling to cancel an appointment and repeated myself 2 to 4 times. In the middle of the conversation she told me that I was calling Oregon Family Dental and I said yes I am . She sounded very cocky. She then came around to say if I didn't call to reschedule that I need to let them know that we are not coming back so she doesn't have to keep on following up. Okay now at this point I'm having second thoughts about being an established patient here. If this is how you'll get treated for cancelling an appointment that's really bad business.

I've had a lot of dental work done over the past few decades and recently moved to the Eugene area. I found OFD through Yelp. Dr. Park has excellent dentistry skills and chair side manner. I was surprised at how painless even the initial shots of Novacaine were. Any and all questions I had were fully explained. Two additional features that make OFD a five star business are the facility design and the support staff. When you walk into the office, you walk into a very relaxing, homey, and light filled waiting area with an adjacent, easy to observe kiddie area. But the treatment area is where the thoughtful design really works. Unlike other dental offices with little rooms or cubicles, this treatment area has roomy cubicles with a very high ceiling and huge windows across the length of the building, letting in tons of light, but the outside landscaping provides privacy. The space naturally makes you feel very relaxed and non-stressed. Everyone seems to genuinely like each other and work together very well. No matter how good a doctor is, if his front office sucks, it will affect his business and piss me off, so I pay extra attention to the service I get in front office. I am happy to say that Dr. Park's front office is efficient, friendly, and well managed. His back office staff is equally professional! To me, oral health is critical to overall health and I consider my dentist as essential as a family physician. I am so happy to have lucked out and found OFD!

Oregon Family Dental is the BEST! I love Dr. Park and his staff, they are all so caring, they really do treat you like family! Dr. Park has such a light touch, and he always explains everything and answers questions about what he is doing. Leigh is the best hygienist in the world! They charged me more than quoted, they had a rookie do my wife's teeth which took 3 times longer than they said it would take while also accidentally pouring the cavity filler into her mouth. Awful to work with, would rather use whiskey and pliers if no other dentist office existed.

Dr. Park is an amazing talented dentist. I had to have multiple fillings replaced and he was not only incredibly quick, he was incredibly gentle. The cleaning was also painless and efficient. The office is easy to find with ample parking and is a clean classy space. The entire staff is intelligent and compassionate. Dr. Park is also an oral surgeon which perhaps explains his delicate touch. I will not fear going to the dentist knowing I am in the kind capable hands of Dr. Park. Dr Park is very nice! But the girls that work there are amazing. Feels like spa treatment every time I go. For someone who really doesn't enjoy going to the dentist... I love going here. One thing that stands out to me is the level of customer service the staff members there have. The hygienist I saw last, Robin, was the best I have ever seen in all my years of adulthood and many different dental offices I have been to. She was kind, knowledgable and took so much care with my teeth and the sensitive areas that I have in my mouth. Dr. Park has always been exceptionally kind and very detail oriented when it comes to my dental care. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Park for five years now and we enjoy having him as our dentist. He is always very friendly and professional and we have not been surprised by our bill as we have when we have seen other dentists in the past. He's referred us to specialists when needed, like an endodontist and orthodontist, instead of trying to convince us to have him do the work instead. We've only been to the Barger office which is new, relaxing, and comfortable; they have a great area set up for kids that my daughter loves to play in. I would definitely recommend him and his office to friends and family. One last note..he has a new dentist working for him that seems to be really conscientious and good as well.

I'm really happy to have found both Dr. Park and my dental hygienist, Robin. Robin is very thorough and knowledgeable, and I love how she passes that knowledge on. She always makes sure I'm comfortable, and she's pleasant to talk to. I'm impressed at how much she remembers (or at least notates) - both personal and medical details - from previous visits. I enjoy Dr. Park's pleasant and calm demeanor. He recently replaced a filling (done by a different dentist) and used a dental dam type of thing (not sure if that's the right term for it), which was like heaven. The first time I experienced a dental dam was for a root canal and I wondered why all dentists didn't use them. I read online that that is a quality thing to do for a filling. I agree and feel confident I am in good hands. He also fixed a sharp edge on another tooth while he was at it. Very pleased all the way around!
