I had an extraction done by them and after the extraction they sent me home with nothing to manage the pain and told me to take ibuprofen and tylenol. I'm left with only being able to take ibuprofen as tylenol for some reason makes my stomach very upset and has been a problem for as long as i can remember. Well after the first day everything was fine and 48 hours in im in very bad pain and i called and explained i'm worried as i'm unable to sleep and in very severe pain so they had me come in and checked me out and added a clove thing on top of the exaction site and sent me on my way and told me to take ibuprofen. So now i'm sitting here in very bad pain and the ibuprofen is not working im taking more than is recommended due to the very bad pain im in with no relief. I have tried in every way to follow there instructions but they are not working and im left in pain and regretting ever having my tooth extracted as this is way worse. They seem more worried i could abuse or seeking drugs when i just want some relief and have been open to all options and tried everything they have suggested. And they wonder why my teeth are bad i have had very bad experiences with dentist and this is the same exact reason is they seem to not care at all about what i tell them.

Had my first visit in August. They did xrays but were unable to figure out why I had tooth pain in lower left. Figured another dentist could take a look when they were filling the cavity. Earliest they could schedule me for the cleaning and filling 1 cavity was mid November . Last week, they called to say the dentist would not be available for the filling but they could do the cleaning and I could reschedule for the filling. I am changing dentists. Still have the tooth ache, no cleaning, and a cavity.

Your treated like crap here! I have never felt so unappreciated as a patient. They don't care if your in pain. Reception is rude and uncaring.

It was my first time here but I had a great experience. Everyone had a really great bedside manner. I was ridiculously fearful of the tooth extraction but they were so reassuring and kind. I really was not expecting much from the reviews and it's true I did not get anything for pain management which I was concerned about but it turns out I really didn't need it. The one other time I had gotten a tooth extraction I was in a lot of pain but this is nothing at all. The dentist must have done a really good job.

If you need dental work ask for Dr.Nguyen! Hope I spelled that right, it's pronounced "win". I have had a lot of work done by a lot of different dentists and this man tops them all! And everyone on staff was attentive and friendly! Seriously, I never write reviews but, this is important , especially if you've ever had bad dental experiences!

This place has been nothing but rude to me from the start. I called to reschedule an appointment due to my mouth being in severe pain and they had scheduled me a month and a half out at the office nearest to me, they told me the soonest appointment was at 7AM at the Oregon City office and that's it so I took it and was rudely shoved off of the phone. I was so so excited that I was finally getting into the dentist I didn't care how far or early. I was sent a text reminder that my appointment was at 8AM so i just thought they had told me the wrong time so I confirmed. I got there today at 7:50 AM, I was told my appointment was at 7 and I tried to show her my conformation on my phone and she told me she called and reminded me that my appointment was at 7. I never received any calls from this office so she lied, she didn't ask if I wanted to reschedule, she didn't apologize for the miscommunication, and looked at me like I was dumb or something. They clearly don't treat people with understanding or compassion here, pretty gross!

I must say reading these reviews had me pretty scared, (I should not have read them as it left me with unnecessary fear and worry) I went in with a very helpful, nice dental tech. The dentist Mr. Whitley was nice and listened to your questions,. seems like he genuinely was caring, I went in having SIX teeth pulled. The work was fast and painless, Basically it was a good place to get dental work accepting insurance and using a sliding pay scale. I would recommend them to others. My advice don't listen to the negative reviews cause I have never had a bad experience, there or milwaukie.. Thank you NHC you helped me, and left me worry free!

I will never return here. They will not give you anything form pain management aside from ibuprofen. Had I been informed of this beforehand I'd have never allowed them to preform an extraction on me. Unfortunately I was not aware of this. It has taken 5 hours and numerous phone calls in which I was treated rudely by staff to finally get them to prescribe SIX Tylenol 3. If you can handle having your teeth ripped out without needing any form of pain management, awesome. If you're a normal person like me? Buckle up and get ready to be treated like crap.

My experience was very positive...sorry I haven't said anything until now. I recommended this clinic to my husband but he saw the reviews and decided to go elsewhere. I'm overdue for another cleaning and will see you then.

The staff were freindly. The doctor who did the deep cleaning my teeth needed after 10 years of not going to the dentist was nice and made sure I felt as little pain as posible. The only reason why I am not giving this place 5 stars is because of how far apart the appointments are and the fact that I had to scedule 3 seperate appointments for a deep cleaning. I know it's not their fault due to many appointments but it is a bit irratating.
