I spent so much money for my daughter's braces, but seeing clients is definitely not priority for this office. They always schedule days off mid week and even vacations the offices are close with no replacement. My daughter braces came off and had an emergency but no one is able to help or step in. I called numerous times and never had anyone return my calls. Do not recommend this office for braces at all.

Dr. Mark and Dr. Fariba are wonderful pediatric dentists! My 5 year old daughter loved her visit because the atmosphere was fun yet not overwhelming. All of the staff and dentists at Great Grins for Kids are true professionals. I'd highly recommend them to all of my friends and family.

We just came back from our 1st cleaning for our 3 year old son, and let me tell you it was a BREEZE. Stacy, our hygienist was very accommodating and made my son feel at ease and comfortable. He was able to see all the tools, try them out and then get his teeth cleaned and flossed! I was super impressed with how well he did, but I owe it to Stacy and Dr. Mark Mutschler for making my 3 year old feel at ease. We are very lucky to have found them!

Our boys have been going to Great Grins for about ten years. They're sad to have to move on soon to an "adult" clinic. Staff has always been friendly, supportive, and delivered great results. Cleanings, cavities, broken teeth, braces, wisdom teeth, we've been through it all. Never a bad experience. Highly recommended.

Safe, friendly atmosphere put my girls (ages 6 and 8) at ease. They have a welcoming waiting room with games and toys that immediately made it a fun place. I am switching my girls dental plan so we can make this our family dentist office.

My youngest was afraid to have any work done on his teeth due to a bad experience. We went to Great Grins in hopes it would remove his fears. It did. Dr. Was amazing so were the assistants. Super awesome. RECOMMEND!!!!

Wonderful, quality care! Coordinated, efficient team approach, and they clearly care about their pediatric patients. Great focus on parent education and preventative care. My boys (lively 3 and 5 yr olds) did well at their appointment, which is a testament to their philosophy and process.

I had an amazing experience. My kids have sensory issues and speech delay. I warned the anesthesiologist about it but he was so nice and made me feel relaxed. He told me my kids did great. I am so glad I found this place.

This place is great!!! As a child I was traumatized going to the dentist which lasted well into my adult years, so when I was looking for a dentist for my 3 year old daughter I did my research and wanted something really kid friendly! My 3 year old loved Dr. Mark and was so excited after her visit and kept talking about getting her teeth cleaned and photographed! Also, they took the time to talk to me AND explaining everything they will be doing to my 3 year old daughter in a way that made her excited and made her feel comfortable!

My son would never let a dentist work on him due to sensory issues. He's 8. His first visit he let them xrax- his teeth and pull his bad tooth. And he liked being there. Great Grins staff are all awesome ☺️

I was very excited to try this place for my daughter as she is very scared to go to the dentist. Had a great time was able to get a cleaning in and went to schedule getting some work done and was told I'd have to change our medical insurance completely just to have them work on her teeth. so unfortunately we have to go somewhere else because we can't lose our doctor for the next year to have her teeth worked on one time for one day. They do accept insurance for the actual exam but for the anesthesia part you have to change your medical insurance. That is absolutely not an option for us so as great as this place was we won't be going back because the only other option that was given to me was $900 out of pocket to get my daughter's teeth worked on. Just wish I was told about that before. It's something that should be more transparent, they may not accept your medical insurance even though they do accept your dental insurance.

These people have some serious trust issues. I had a bad feeling about this clinic the entire time I was there. It turned out I was right, I regret leaving other important things to do just to waste my time coming here. With those trust issues I can see why people don't last there. LOL
