My first visit here and was very impressed. I called for an appointment and was able to get in 45 minutes later. Terri at the front desk was very knowledgeable about handling the Insurance and gave me a detailed explanation and breakdown of the costs beforehand. The Hygienist, Whitley was friendly, a pleasure to be around and has exceptional coordination performing the cleaning. She also explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Dr. Cole was awesome. He asked questions and let me talk while he listened. The first step in healing is feeling like the team that's working on you really cares. I got this feeling the entire visit. My experience was great! I am very much afraid of needles and the staff assistants went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable as possible (they were great with the injections I must say). Teri at the front desk is great. And I loved my dentist, she was absolutely wonderful. I had to get 7 fillings which should have been done in 2 visits, but because I couldn't make it in they worked with me and did them all the same day and the following day Dr. Miller followed up with me to make sure I was doing ok (which I was) but the fact that she cared was awesome. I definitely recommend First Impressions they were wonderful.

First let me say I haven't seen a dentist is almost 10 years due to anxiety and fear from past experiences. I had my first appt today with Dr. Miller and Ashley and I could not be more happy with my experience. Unfortunately due to my anxiety I've let several of my teeth get pretty bad, we actually had to extract one today that got infected. Even with that my visit was great. They took the time to talk to me and explain everything they made sure I was comfortable through the entire process and procedure. I was very nervous and also embarrassed I let them get this bad but they were very understanding and not judge mental at all!! I've got a follow up appointment scheduled for a month for a comprehensive exam and to move forward and thanks to my experience today I'm not nervous about it at all and know I'm in great hands!! I can't thank them enough!!

Today I visited First Impressions Dentistry. Normally, I try to avoid dentist offices. My experience there has definitely changed my attitude about going to the dentist. I was introduced to Dr. Kittell DDS. I have to say, even though she is a young dentist, she knows her business. She made me feel very comfortable and discussed all the elements of my procedures. I've never had a dentist give me an injection that was so smooth as she was. I would recommend Dr. Kittell to all my friends and family.

My personal experience with this office was very bad. The receptionist was extremely rude which sets the tone for your whole visit every time. I had a tray retainer made that (come to find out) fit very poorly. My dog ate said retainer (true story) so I went to have another one made. I went to an office recommended by a friend and it's the drastic difference in service and in PRICE that has urged me to write this negative review. I paid less than half of what I paid at "first impressions" and the fit is so much better that it's really embarrassing that this office can charge what they do for the service they provide. I'm sure I went here because the Google reviews were high so if I can help anyone steer clear of this place I hope this review does just that!

Edit: I'm changing my review from a 5 to a 3 due to their poor financial management. They consistently get the insurance deducible wrong, and I end up having to pay repeatedly for the same visit. It's not that complicated. It's a standard cleaning. Why am I paying so much? They also more than doubled the cost of an electric toothbrush compared to the cost on Amazon. I will not be going back because it's too much of a hassle to pay them in the office, then have to send them a check because they can't get the numbers right. Old review (Note that this is a review about a dentist that is no longer there. I have had too many bill problems since.): Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. The office was clean and comfortable and everyone there was nice. They listened to my concerns and didn't try to push expensive procedures on me. And, they also were very conscious of trying to make everything as pain-free and comfortable as possible. I highly recommend them.

Massive waste of time. Avoid this dentist! Made a appointment for 12:30 for a check up and to get a sensitive tooth addressed. I showed up at 12:20 waited over 2 hours, 2 hours for nothing. They didn't even address my sensitive tooth. That was the main reason I made the appointment. The dentist even told me this process would of taken 10 minutes. And they couldn't even address my issue. Or comp the service for waiting over 2 hours. They took a emergency patient and because of this all the appointments made got held back for hours. Why make a appointment at all? Also feel one person would say one thing and the dentist another. I feel I was being sold on services. This experience was awful. Wouldn't recommend this dentist to anyone. Thanks for nothing.

This was my first visit to First Impressions Dentistry. Ashley the receptionist was very sweet when I arrived. The waiting area was nice and had a cozy couch to watch tv while I waited. Which was only 5 minutes. The lady that cleaned my teeth was really gentle and nice as well. Dr. Cole came in last and asked about my me about my family and teeth. He explained a new in house insurance program they are offering but didn't try to oversell it which was nice. Over all I really enjoyed myself...Which I would never thought I would say about a visit to the dentist. Looks like a Living Social deal turned into a new family dentist!!! :) Plus the location cant be beat... It's only 5 minutes from my house... and I didn't have any cavities!!!

Just had our first appointment this morning and it was great! First off, the doctor called us last night to check in with us. He wanted to know if we had any questions or concerns he could address before we came in. It was a great touch that made us feel like he really cared! As for the actual appointment that was great as well! Our hygienist was amazing. I hadn't been to the dentist in quite a while, and this was partially because the last hygienist that cleaned my teeth was terrible. She cut my lips and got water on my face and was overall super rough, messy, and rushed. Cassidy on the other hand was very gentle, thorough and checked in with me regularly to see if there was any discomfort. It was actually weird how relaxing it was, both my husband and I talked afterwards about how we were almost drifting off in the chair despite the scraping noise! The other stand out part of our visit was that the doctor took his time with us. We got all our questions answered and we spent enough time with him that we actually got to see his passion as a dentist. Dr. Cole isn't just doing this because it's a well paying job, you can tell he really loves what he does! And you know what? I am actually excited to come back in 6 months. I highly recommend First Impressions Dentistry for anyone who likes to be treated like a whole person, not just like a set of teeth.

Due to my condition,The office staff I spoke with worked me in for an appointment early the following day. My first visit was by far the best experience I've had at an Oklahoma dentists office. The staff and dentists really do care about their patients. After recently returning from 5 years abroad in Australia, I was looking for a new dentist practice in the larger Oklahoma City area. I was provided a recommendation to go see Dr. Cole at his practice in Edmond from a friend who has lived in Oklahoma City for the past few years. I found the staff and the service at the Edmond location to be both professional and family oriented. Given that I have a few more complex dental issues than most individuals I am extremely selective when choosing a dentistry practice. Dr. Cole and his staff were both knowledgeable and comforting, and I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone who either has not found a dentist in the OKC area or is looking for an improvement to their existing dentistry service.

My hygienist cares so much about my teeth keeping my teeth and gums healthy and keeping me updated on what I need to do to improve and what she sees I’m doing on a daily bases to help. Dr. Cole saved the day for me recently when I had an emergency. I had a broken tooth and my previous dentist wanted to grind it down and put a crown on it. Normally I would have simply taken his word for it, but when I saw the estimate for what it would cost AFTER insurance ($1800!!!), I decided to seek a second opinion. The staff was very accommodating and got me in quickly and Dr. Cole examined the tooth thoroughly. After determining that the remainder of it was still intact, he told me that it would not need a crown, but simply a filling. He saved me over $1200 and he has a patient for life. I have since moved about two hours away from the OKC area, but I wouldn't go anywhere else. Honesty like Dr. Cole's deserves my loyalty, even if it means a bit of a drive.

Very rude and unprofessional, if a ligit business at all. I live in North Dakota. Received a notice from this Okla City location dentist in my ex husbands name in mail with some of my address correct and some not. My ex and i have not resided together in same address in 19 years! I havent lived in Oklahoma in 18 years. He has never lived in ND. I called, they were closed. I didnt leave message, but they called me back next day(today) Didnt recognize # so didnt answer out of state call. Realizing who it may be, called back. I explained i got mail in ex name and asked how they even had some of my info in another state. Who i talked to stated my ex isnt even a patient there, but had my name, his name, his partners name and one of my kids names. Sounds shady. Very rude and unprofessional and hung up on me. Sounds like a very shady business.

Dr. Arias is wonderful and a great addition to the team since Dr. Kittel left. my husband and I only go on days that she is there. First Impressions is always a great place to visit. The staff is friendly and always willing to "figure it out" if they don't know an answer. They are always respectful of your time, I have yet had to wait past my appointment time, and are efficient when performing services. I have had plenty of other dentists and hygienists leave me sitting in a chair for lengthy periods of time, no issues with that here.

I used to HATE going to the dentist. When I found First Impressions Dentistry and Dr. Kittell I still didn't like the pain but they make everything fun. I literally had a root canal today at 2 and I'm sore but I loved my time with my Dentist. :) ALL of the staff are great, friendly, kind, funny, and welcoming. I would recommend them to anybody who wants a dentist who's professional, fun, and gets the work done quickly and painlessly. <3

My wife recommended First Impressions when we moved to the Mustang/Yukon area. This is now my 4th year with First Impressions. I have been more than impressed with their exceptional service and care. Looking back I have never built a personal connection with any other dentist, however that all changed when I started going to First Impressions. I have always had problems with non-metal tooth feelings and was required to use metal only. That all changed when they fixed my cavities, they perfectly matched my teeth color and I have NEVER had any tooth pains. That earned my loyalty. Their preventative tips have kept my sweet tooth, cavity free. They offered me an option to coat my teeth with a clear substance that would prevent cavities, which I strongly recommend. I have been blessed with straight teeth but sweets are my kryptonite. My wife has been with them since she was young and has NEVER had a cavity. Why? (other than proper hygiene) They recommended that protective coat. I only wish my previous hometown Dr. and College Drs. would have recommended it to me a long time ago, probably would have saved so all this time fixing less cavities. I do enjoy their up-to-date reminders, I have yet to be late or miss an appointment due to their un-intrusive email reminders. Dr. Cole is a great dentist and would recommend to all my friends and family.

Where to start?!? My experience was hands down the best that I have ever had at any dentist office. That’s saying a lot considering my visit included a very painful infected tooth extraction. The pain was aweful and the ladies were so patient with me. I also had a deep cleaning with Cassidy (the most awesome lady) and let me tell you it was quick and easy! I also love the after because my smile was starting to be one I covered. Thanks to all the Ladies at this office for being so kind and helping me feel comfortable through every step!
