This was my first visit and I had great service all around! Front desk staff was welcoming and so helpful! Ebony was wonderful in taking x-rays and was as gentle as she could be! Hope is a phenomenal hygienist that made me feel comfortable and she is extremely knowledgeable and talked me through what she was doing and noticed. I never felt like I was in the dark and didn’t know what was happening. Dr. Sigler’s energy was upbeat and he takes the time to make you feel welcomed. He is very thorough in his work. If you are searching for a new dental family consider them. You will not regret it!

This corporation used to be “My Dentist”. Their primary concern is their profits. I was very disappointed at the attitude and mindset of the staff. If you are forced to go here I understand. If you have a choice, go to a privately owned practice. Please don’t make my mistake. I have had three procedures to fix the “work” they did. If the owner read this please respond and contact me. I’d gladly delete this review if you fix the damage your clinic did to me.

I am very afraid of the dentist and have neglected my teeth for many years. So when Dr. Sigler told me it was time to consider a denture I about fainted. But he walked me through the process. His front desk staff helped me with financial options and payments. On the day of the surgery he calmed me and even held my hand. Barely felt the teeth being pulled. Now I have my teeth back and am not afraid to smile. I am still sore but I think it will take time to heal. Love my new forever dentist!

I cannot believe this place has any good reviews honestly. The good dentist that everyone is referring to retired and is no longer there. It was by far the worse experience I have ever had at any healthcare office. They are rude, pushy, unprofessional, argumentative amongst each other in front of patients, and SUPER slow. I received a coupon for cleaning and exam in the mail and I was so happy because my old dentist was retiring and I thought it was perfect timing. So I Called to schedule an appt and they had no openings for 4 months out but the coupon said you had to use within 30 days! I asked the lady when I called why they would send that out if they didn’t have availability and she said she would honor coupon. I thought great I’ll still go even though it’s pretty far out. That should have been my warning sign. I show up to my appointment sit for almost 40 min waiting, finally get called back only to get told the hygienist was out! I said that was fine and let them take xrays and do exam. The lady dentist there did not introduce herself I have no idea what her name was but she laughed when I told her my previous dentist name, so I asked her if she knew him and she said “no” and pulled her face mask up. She told me everything looked good and I asked her if I had cavities, YALL SHE LITERALLY SAID “ O I didn’t check” I should have left then. She said she didn’t see anything. They rescheduled me for 3 weeks out to do cleaning so I went back the second time. The hygienist was awful!!! She stuck her probe into my gums above each tooth to check my gum health and didn’t tell me “ this may be uncomfortable or painful”, nothing, just did it. It hurt like crazy and the probe is practically a needle so my gums where bleeding afterwards, FROM EVERYWHERE! After that was over, the treatment coordinator came out and told me they wanted to do a deep cleaning as well as THREE FILLINGS! I was so confused and told her the dentist told me I didn’t have any. She quoted me around 1000 dollars for cleaning and 600 for cavities. I told her I would need to reschedule because I didn’t prepare for that. The lady unidentified dentist came over and sat down and said “you have a question for me?” I explained that prev she told me I had no cavities and now the TREATMENT COORDINATOR is telling me I have THREE? Where are they and what’s going on? The hygienist came back out after she explained and told me maybe 6 times how big of a discount they were giving me! She told me they would not do any cleaning unless I paid for the deep cleaning. I took my bib off and told them thank you I will go somewhere else. Scheduled in with Crosstimbers Family Dental and was night and day difference. Office staff was professional, surprisingly I was told I didn’t need any sort of deep cleaning. And I had no cavities! I was in shock! Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere from the get go. I promise you will have a horrible experience as well at this office. It was beginning to end AWFUL!

A dentist that works for my insurance company determined that the care I received from Dental Care of Edmond was substandard/did not meet the standard of care. I did not need a dentist or any professional to tell me this because, after Dr. Sigler prepared my tooth for a temporary crown while the permanent was being made in an off-site lab, he never even looked at the temporary that his assistant placed. It did not feel right from the moment I left. I suspected it was tall and once I was no longer numb I was certain that was the case. I had to go back in that afternoon to have it shortened. The next evening, the crown fell out. I went in the following morning (after having nightmares all night about my teeth falling out) and it was reattached..again Dr. Sigler did not look at it nor did any dentist who works there. The next morning the temporary fell out again. Someone from the office went to great lengths to meet me and attempt again to reattach it. It was not Dr.Sigler or even an ordinary dental assistant, but someone who works behind the counter there doing administrative stuff. Nothing from Dr. Sigler or any other dentist who works there. Each of these instance were not just time I spent running to and fro, they were extremely painful. The next morning, Sunday morning, the crown fell off again. This was the 3rd time Dental Care of Edmond's temporary crown fell off. The pain was excruciating and this time no one came to help me. After all this anguish I was forced to find a dentist who would 3D print me a permanent crown the same day and put me out of my misery. $$$$$ Next time I spoke to Dental Care of Edmond, I told them I would be needing a refund since they did not place the crown and, in fact, just tortured me and caused me to incur emergency dental fees. The woman I spoke to agreed and said it would take 4 weeks for me to get my money back. All the money I had spend on emergency treatment, sadly, did not take away my pain. I continued to wake in the middle of the night all week in throbbing, wretched pain. That Friday I went back to the dentist who had placed the permanent after Dr. Sigler botched it. New dentist said I needed a root canal. $$$$$$ So, a month after Dr. Sigler began his substandard care, I got an envelope in the mail from Dental Care of Edmond. I was excited to get a few hundred dollars back since I ended up incurring $3,000 dollars in emergency care to say nothing of the time I lost, pain I suffered, and decreased productivity at work. What did Dental Care of Edmond send me? A bill for $50. I called them to protest. They took my message and never called me back. I have nothing against Dr. Sigler personally. I felt at ease and comfortable in his chair the whole time during treatment. He seemed knowledgeable. But, he never even saw the temporary crown in my mouth. Never examined it to make sure it was OK. I presume he was in the office a couple of days later when I came in panicked because it had fallen out. He did not look at it then or examine it. Trying to get treatment here ended up being very traumatic and cost me a significant portion of my savings. It might take months or a year for my family to recover financially. But I will never recover. I can't imagine going to see a dentist unless and until severe pain forces me to go. It has taken me months to write this because I did not wish to think about this experience any more.

We scheduled an appointment to have 3 painful teeth removed and the first time they called to reschedule the appointment because the dentist would not be in that day. We showed up 20 minutes early to the rescheduled appointment and they said they didn't have enough time to remove the teeth because they thought it was just 1 tooth and the dentist was too busy working on other patients. The next scheduled appointment is for January 17th of next year! In the mean time he has been living with pain and an infection while they overbook themselves and overcharge for their services. We will be looking for a new dentist today.

The staff here is amazing. Always greeted promptly with beautiful smiles and a warm welcoming atmosphere. They treat you like family and sometimes let you get a sticker even if your not a kid. Dr. Cowden is very professional and thorough in his work. Always explaining his every move and encouraging you every step of the way. I was assisted by Michelle who promptly explained what procedures we were going to do and she made sure I was comfortable during the whole process. I thought for sure after coming here they were going to tell me I need dentures. Now I’m getting calls from toothpaste companies for my smile! Why go anywhere else?
