I am almost at loss when trying to describe how incredible my experience was today. The best thing I can say is that every staff member treated me as if they were owners of the business. Everyone that handled me communicated more effectively and kindly than any staff ever has before, in any medical setting. I was pleasantly surprised by the consistency. Upon meeting Dr. Lu it was immediately apparent that he is really detail oriented, incredibly knowledgeable, and is also a great communicator. He maintains this level of skill and focus while being humble and kind. It actually feels like he cares about whats going on in your life and how he can do his part to improve it. That goes a long way in easing the anxiety, fears, and insecurity that I think often surround going the dentist. Definitely excited to continue seeking treatment here. Please keep it up!

I have never been to a place and received better customer service than here. I'm a college student and they always work with me and are flexible. The people are so nice and fun to be around. I do not like going to the dentist but I never dread coming here. They make you feel like family. Plus they have cool technology where you can listen to your favorite music. Go check it out.

No one likes to have to go to a dentist. It could give a guy a complex knowing that no one wants to see him. But when you find yourself in need of a dentist, it's usually pretty urgent. When you need a dentist, you really need a dentist. Give this guy a try, I think he is pretty good.

Doctor Truong and his staff is SIMPLY AMAZING!!! He explained in detail what i needed done and he took his time during my examine. I felt completely comfortable the entire time. Where do I start? I can’t rave enough about Dr. Truong and his staff. I was new to OKC and looking for a dentist so I just googled around and eventually found Dr. Truong in my own backyard, (literally right next to my apartment). He was professional and joyful from the get go and I always felt so comfortable for appointments. He and his staff were upfront, communicative and positive the entire time I was in their care. A recent out of state move required me to find a new dentist after starting my original Invisalign treatment with Dr. Truong. However, he helped me find a new dentist (several states away) and made the transition seamless. On top of it all, the treatment plan he created has been so perfect for my teeth that he’s literally helped me months after I stopped being his official patient by setting me up for success! I truly can’t rave about this place enough...from the amenities, to the smiles that greet you, to the blanket and headphones they provide, seriously a great place to trust your dental care with!! From booking the appointment to checking out, the entire staff is engaging, accommodating, and friendly. I had the appointment a couple days ago and have already told many of my friends to check them out. The environment is so much more relaxed than a typical, white-wall dentist office, while maintaining a professional atmosphere. They understand people have anxiety and sensitivities regarding dentistry, and they go above and beyond the call to make you as comfortable as possible. If you are looking for a good cosmetic dentist Dr. Truong is the one! I have had years worth of work done, yet I have never been satisfied with my teeth until after just one visit with him. Not only was he able to repair my tooth, he corrected the poor work that a previous dentist had done. Never have I had a prettier or more confident smile than I do now thanks to Dr. Truong!

This place looks very clean, and everyone seems to be nice and polite. However, they do not respect or value the time of their clients. After a 30 minute wait (after showing up early for the set appointment), I simply had to leave. I don't want someone to be paid or rewarded for such service. If you have all afternoon to spend on a cleaning... or if you're unemployed/retired/work evenings... then this place should work for you. Personally, I need a dentist that doesn't assume I'm fine waiting until half an hour after my appointment is supposed to start.
