Good people. I do not have dentures nor implants. Don't let the name mislead. I've been going here for 3 years or so for all my dental needs. After my dear dentist closed up shop, I found this dental group by happenstance. At age 74, my goal is to keep my original teeth in good working order, not an easy thing after childhood of dental neglect and then botched orthodontics at age 38. Dr. Porter listens to my concerns and addresses my issues compently. Cassie is really good with cleaning and quite competent with x-rays and all the other stuff she does, and does it all with friendly smiles. They all make me feel welcome and important, as though I'm their very special patient. I would strongly recommend them for all dental care.

I dropped my lower while cleaning it and got two pieces out of it. I called and went in the next morning. Kellie and her crew got me in quickly, and repaired my accident while I waited. While repairing my denture, the tech discovered I had a cracked tooth also. Not only did they repair it, they did so at no extra charge. I have used DDS since 1996, and will continue to use them when I need anything at all. Thanks DDS for always providing me with fast, courteous, professional,and affordable service.

Hunter helped me with my denture problem and she did a good job. I had a tooth fall out of my denture over the weekend. The lab lady replaced the tooth and then Hunter did the adjusting until it was just right. I'm glad I bought the 10 year warranty when I purchased my dentures so there was no charge for the service.

I had to have 26 extractions and immediate dentures placed. I am still in the healing process. I can't say enough good things about the staff and dentists at this location. When I go in I am greeted in a friendly way and am treated with respect also I'm treated like a human being, I am remembered and not treated like number. I hate this place. So much that I made a Google account just to write this review, but they did send me an email asking for a review, so here it is. I gave them 2 stars because the lady at the front desk is very friendly and always greets everyone by name and I think being friendly should count for something. That’s the only good thing about this place. Every time I’ve been here it’s always a bunch of new people from the last time I was there besides the front desk. There’s been 4 different doctors in the year that i’ve Been going there. That tells me they treat their employees as bad as they treat their patients, although patient is the wrong word for this place, they are not medical professionals. CUSTOMER fits better here. They make you pay for every service up front and once they have your money they don’t care about what happens to you. I got dentures here, (not the cheapest option they offer) they’ve broken 3 times before I had them a year. I went for a relign and it didn’t fit properly and they told me I’d have to come back another time for them to fix their screw up. As if that wasn’t ridiculous enough, they made sure to specify that they’ll fix it “just this once for free” even though it was their screw up. I’ve already found a new dentist to go to for all my future dental work. I wish I could say I would never go here again, but its going to be another 8 months before I get implants and based on my experience with the junk this place gave me, it’s gonna break at least 3 more times before then, and they are going to give me the warranty service that I paid for since they already robbed me. I recommend going somewhere else for any dental work. This place is not worth it. All they care about is how many people they can rob every day, and once they’ve robbed you they don’t have time to deal with you anymore. It’s been a nightmare and I wish I’d never gone here.

My girlfriend and I went to DDS Dentures and implant Solutions because I had already had some extensive work done and was/am very pleased with the job they did. My girlfriend needed a bottom plate for her dentures and we have been treated very well with the utmost respect. Her dentures will be ready tomorrow (30 hrs later) and I am certain they will be of the highest quality. Can’t say enough!! Scaredy-cat when it comes to dentists but let me say my whole experience was awesome!! The receptionist was very friendly, not stuffy, which was very nice. The consultation nurse was so nice and listened to my wishes and concerns. The doctor comes in and he puts me at ease instantly. As the doctor and I coming up with a plan (dentures) the consultation nurse explains to doctor how far I drove and asked doctor if she could make room for me if they could proceed with plan NOW!! And she did!! I then went to the sweet young lady who did my impressions. She was awesome!! So as I’m sitting there getting my impressions and I hear a lady who is working with an elderly patient and she was so caring compassionate. Did my heart good!! Here comes the consultation nurse who informs me they have made room for me THE NEXT DAY to have teeth pulled and dentures in place. I was so excited!! So we did it!! I spent the night back the next morning and left with beautiful dentures in place!! I WOULD NEVER HAVE MADE SUCH A MAJOR DECISION SO QUICKLY HAD I NOT HAVE FELT COMFORTABLE FROM THE TIME I WALKED IN THE DOOR AND EVEN MORE COMFORTABLE AS THE PROCESS PLAYED OUT!! I can’t say enough!! Thank you!! I have since went back for an alignment and met the compassionate lady who I heard working with the elderly patient and she was just as caring and compassionate with me. AGAIN I CANT SAY ENOUGH.....NICE JOB!! Absolutely LOVE MY NEW SMILE!!!

Had a 3 oclock appointment, got there at 255, wasnt called back until 315 only to have been asked a few questions at left in a dental chair. No one came and checked up on me and when the clock struck 345 I left. The dental asst. was not receptive however, the receptionost was. Will not recommend. Went in for a implant consultation. Waste of time as I had to see my regular dentist at 400.

I have been coming here for 12 years. My dentist of 11 years left about a year ago. Dr. Whisler. He is an amazing dentist. I was sad to see him go and the company did not offer any notice! I was not to pleased. He opened his own private practice. I am not real happy with the many dentists they have had come in and Out of there. I only keep coming because of Carrie. She is my dental hygienist of at least 10 years. I stay because of her! I don’t get the “personable”, “caring” vibe from all the dentist in there and I never get a choice. They just throw a random dentist my way. I have some mild anxiety being at the dentist and no one seems to care. They tell me to go see an oral surgeon to be sedated. How stupid. I’ll be finding a new dentist soon. But I’ll miss Carrie! They advertise dentures a lot.. I have none but I almost wonder if I’m not that important because of it ?

Dr. Whisler and Bailey are wonderful. I hate going to the dentist and would always have to take something for anxiety. With them I didn't. I told Dr Whisler that i wanted all my teeth pulled after xrays and reviewing them he agreed. He wasn't able to do them in office ( He tried but couldn't get me numb enough) referred me out had all of them done. After a year of having my traditional dentures told him I wanted at least bottom implants. He did it with no pain and quickly. 1 implant failed but it was do to my bone not his work. I will be seen on Tuesday to have me second implant and mesh impression for my new bottom teeth and have them with in 3 weeks. Love these people will not go anywhere else. 10 thumbs up

Scheduling was easy, however I apparently didn't actually get put on the schedule. This was corrected quickly by the very helpful lady at the front desk. I had them move my patient files over from the original location and I'm wondering now if that was a mistake. While I was back getting my teeth worked on one of the assistants was upfront making rather rude comments about me loud enough for my boyfriend in the lobby to hear. The over all attitude of the assistants in the back was rather cold and haughty. Short "bedside" manner and seemed really bothered to do their job. It took 4 people to fix one issue and none of them seemed to care that while it wasn't fit they were genuinely hurting me. I explained that I've always had high anxiety at the dentist and they shrugged that off. The general attitude over most of the staff was that they didn't care about me as a person only as a dollar sign. At this point I think I'll just go out of network and pay the extra to see the dentist that was at least friendly and caring.

I didn't have an appointment when I called they said they could get me in at 3pm I ask if they had anything earlier they said they could get me in as soon ad I could get there. Was in did paper work and was seen stayed and checked by the doctor in little over an hour. Very nice.

It had interferred so much in my daily life, I would avoid any & all social functions as much as I could. Anywhere that I knew I needed 2 talk &/or eat basically. I wouldn't "date" neither. It was bad. I experienced depression as a result. My story could go on & on... But I finally decided to DO IT! The entire staff was excellent, walking & supporting me each step of the way. I didn't even feel ANY pain the DAY after all my extractions & immediate denture. I have a smile & they gave me back everything I had lost (so I thought) Id definitely 100% recommend this place! Due to some unrelated health issues, I decided to have my remaining teeth removed and get dentures. This was in 2012. The dentist who performed this procedure tried to correct an incorrect bite and made my teeth slightly larger. I have had only one set of dentures since then. In the beginning I was very happy with the outcome, but now that my gums have gotten smaller, my bite is very different and the size of the teeth are extremely large for my mouth. I find myself never wearing them at home and occasionally removing them when eating at a restaurant. I am able to eat better without them because they are so loose and uncomfortable. I recently had an appointment with DDS Dentures & Implant Solutions because I have decided enough is enough. My entire life is being affected by this situation, and I have finally gotten brave enough to explore obtaining a new set of dentures. When I met the people at DDS Dentures & Implant Solutions I was very impressed. The atmosphere in the office was so friendly that I felt like I had known them forever. I genuinely felt they understood what I was searching for, and they also gave me the impression that anything was possible. I truly believe these people will be able to achieve what is necessary to improve this aspect of my life. I finally have hope again, and I am actually looking forward to my next appointment and the process to complete my transformation.

My new teeth are crooked and off center. I look like a goober if anybody is up close when I smile. I have told them about this every visit. They attempted to fix them once but failed. It has been 6 months now and all they say is I need to give it time. I even emailed a photo to the manager. After paying $7000 this is so embarrassing. On the other hand I give every person there 5stars for the excellent way they greet and treat you,, I would rate this experience 6 stars if they cared how I looked. At this point it looks like I will probably have to get new dentures some where else, even though I love all of their attitudes when I go there. May 1st update. I went in today and left with crooked teeth again. they want me to wait 8 more weeks before they fix it. this is pretty embarrassing and I'm pretty tired of looking like this. it has been this way for 5 months now!

I originally had services at the south side location and my concerns, disappointment and unhappiness with the product given to me was addressed only by being told "my feelings were wrong" and "this is what you signed for". THIS LOCATION HOWEVER, treated me with the utmost respect and immediately addressed all the issues with the product I had been given. All within 2 visits, I was given my smile, my confidence, my ability to eat properly and complete happiness with my appearance. I cannot speak highly enough of this location and staff. They truly gave me my life back. I waited nearly a year to send in this review. False teeth need to be used for quite a while in order to determine if their making was satisfactory. In my case, I had a lower plate remade. My older plate kept breaking in half. I explained I wanted a plate that could last a long time along with being comfortable. My dentist there explained the one he creates will exceed these requirements and he is correct. The plate was designed around a steel frame. You can only see this frame when the plate is out of your mouth. I kept 2 lower teeth in order to give any plate an anchor to help them stay in place. The dentist designed the grips for these 2 teeth towards in the inside of my mouth so they cannot be seen from the front. The grips are made of metal and can be adjusted (bent) towards the teeth for a firmer grip. My experience with this company can only be stated as outstanding. They know what they are doing.

These lovely people brought back my smile, and I adore them for that!! Brook at me expressway clinic is amazing. Thank you Brook(I think that was her name) for being so great. I got my top denture 6 weeks after having 9 teeth pulled. I got their healing package. Which is a soft liner that they put on your denture, that makes it more comfortable and flexible. Because my gums were still healing. I had to go 3 times to replace the liner and the 4th appt was taking it out and declining my denture. All went great and I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a decently priced new smile!!

Update: This place is the very best!! The entire staff is very friendly and extremely professional. They all truly make you feel as if you are their only concern even though they all are quite busy! I received my final lining on my dentures on Dec. 19th and have had one adjustment. The dentures seem to fit and feel quite good but was told, if any changes still needed to be made, to not hesitate to come back in. This has been the case throughout the entire process as they truly care about any concern/discomfort you might be experiencing. I do want to give special “THANKS” to Kelly at the front desk and to Brooke, the greatest assistant! They have made this entire process so pleasant! Kelly always did her absolute best to get me in as soon as possible and is so pleasant to talk to. I know Brooke gave up several of her lunch breaks to personally see to my needs! A BIG thanks to all here at DDS! Went in for my initial evaluation for dentures. I was seen in a timely manner and everything from check in to departure was done in a very professional manner. All the staff that I came in contact with was very friendly and helped put me at ease. After examining my X-rays and further checks, Dr. Whisler informed me that dentures would be a good solution for me. It was then that the procedures, different grades of dentures, associated costs, insurance, etc. were explained without any pressure for commitment whatsoever. I felt informed and comfortable enough to go ahead with scheduling for extraction and dentures at that time and will be completed in the near future. Hopefully my denture experience will be as good as this entire office visit! Update: I had 23 teeth pulled on April 23 with the dentures put in immediately. There was very little pain with minimal swelling. The first two weeks following this were somewhat difficult as I was adjusting to the new dentures but after having the first soft reline, MUCH better. June 26 - went in for an adjustment after my second soft reline last Friday. Kelly got me an early appt., was taken back almost immediately, and Brooke did a fantastic job (as usual) on making the adjustments to have my dentures feeling comfortable and secure. Dr. Whisper, Kelley and Brooke make an amazing team and haven't regretted the denture decision at all. The occasional discomforts I've had so far are minimal compared to what I was experiencing with my teeth and now I get compliments instead of stares due to missing teeth.

Having had horrible experiences at the dentist before, I was nervous to evenn go to my appt today! However, when I got there I instantly clicked with the intake nurse Brooks (I even requested she be present for my procedure). Which they allowed her! Feeling more at ease, when Dr. Whisler came in to start my extractions. Dr. Whisler was also very professional and sensitive to my anxiety! He always explained first what he was fixing to do. This whole experience was awesome. No waiting past appointment time. Very smart and courteous employees. Very professional atmosphere and friendly staff. Dr Whisler was very compassionate and very informative and pleasantly friendly. They will work with you to come up with a plan for you and your unique situation.
