This office is clean and has state of the art equipment. My cleaning was one of the very best cleanings that I have ever received. My mouth actually felt very clean without any pain you can often experience with a good deep clean. Great Dentist and Staff!

Great group of people. Dr. Nail does a great job. I just had root canal work completed and it was the easiest most painless set of procedures ever performed on me. I have been a patient at Custom Dental since they first opened here and have always received excellent care. Everyone I have had contact with has been friendly, courteous, and eager to help solve your dental problems. My latest visit was last week, and I would like to send a special "Thank You" to Yolanda for the extra time she spent adjusting on a partial (not made by their office) that I have never been able to wear. I was very happy to see that she was still there when Custom Dental acquired this location. I also appreciate that Dr. Nail did not immediately jump to the conclusion that I needed a root canal on a crowned tooth. The x-ray was not conclusive, so he suggested that we wait a little longer, since I was not experiencing much discomfort. I may have to have the root canal eventually, which means the original crown would have to be replaced, but I think Dr. Nail's decision to wait and see speaks to his character. Thank You!!!

Having to find a new Dentist after mine retired . I headed to Dr Nail at Custom Dental. I was greeted as soon as I entered by Leah Solomon. How refreshing to be greeted warmly instead of everyone keeping their head down working on the computer . My paper work had been completed the day before online, so I was able to quickly proceed onto panoramic x-rays of my teeth. Leah was friendly and professional throughout our interaction. She informed me of exactly what the process would be. I then met smiling and friendly Paige, who after making sure I was comfortable,proceeded on to take individual x-rays of my teeth. Katherine polished my teeth efficiently and professionally. Jenny the hygienist, was quick to ease my anxiety due to the cleaning. Very professional and was able to answer my plethora of questions. She even suggested using a floss like brush to help with tartar control. Dr Nail is the BEST! Oh how I dreaded the exam and fear of having a cavity. While examing my teeth he was calm,caring and professional. You bet, I'll be returning to Dr Nail and his staff at Custom Dental!

Today I had my first implants surgery, followed by a bone graft. I remember going in for my consultation being so scared and nervous. Dr. Carson was so nice and helpful. Today when I came in for the surgery him, and his staff made sure that I was completely comfortable. The whole procedure went great. I didn’t feel thing. I had a great first experience with this place. Dr. Nail is young and entertaining and his staff was extremely kind. I'll be the first to admit that I hate going to dentists but this guy made it an actual enjoyable experience. He didn't try any sales pitches on me that some dentists do or try and persuade me to buy something I didn't need, although he did drop a couple bad jokes that only he laughed at. But that's what made this experience good for me. Bring up OSU football if you go in there... Cheers!

Have used this dentist office for over 10 years when Jennifer owned it. The new dentist I have used once or twice. Went in today to get teeth cleaned. They did a poor job and where only worried about doing the main tooth’s repair. Even sent a lady in to work out payment before the dentist ever came in ( I would only pay in full not finance) Went to ask office manager to explain the charge for when I come back. All she could say is that’s the price. Came home and called and she Told me that she wouldn’t be able to make me happy ( btw I was never up set never raised my voice just wanted to know why it would cost me 1792.00) this is for 2 caps Ins being billed 1500. Total 3292. I have called 3 other dentist they told me 2 caps with or with out Ins would be 2,500 max. More than likely 2000. So I just say watch out for this guy!!! I would love to receive a call from the office to explain the true cost I would prefer the call not come from office manager she does not understand her job.
