horrible dentist office. I went in here to have a tooth problem fixed. I had to go back a total of 4 times because every time they did something to me they made it hurt worse. And of course they charged me every time I had to go back. Also seems like they can't keep dentists working there. They've been through 3 in the 6 months that I've been going there. I was willing to keep going there even after all this happened because I really liked the dentist who is currently there, but i got a phone call from someone in the office telling me about a bill that I didn't know about. I told her on the phone that day that I had just moved a few days ago and I didn't have any money and I would be by there to take care of it as soon as I can. 2 WEEKS after that phone call I get a letter from a collection agency. They turned it over to collections. I'm sure it's a bill that I shouldn't even owe because I only went back because they kept messing up. I'm never going here again

I loved everything about this office except the fluoride treatment. They paint it onto your teeth and leave it there and it forms something that feels like wax alllllll over your teeth. So instead of my teeth feeling clean and smooth they were covered in wax and my lips were all sticky. I really hated it. So just skip the floride and it will be great!

I went here nervous, pregnant and in pain and they made me very at ease. They were able to do my root canal the same day and made sure that baby and I were safe and comfortable. The entire staff was very professional and nice, even bringing me a bottle of water and offering to put a towel behind my neck and under my knees since I had to sit for a while. I put off going to the dentist for a long time because of bad experiences elsewhere and after going here I will no longer dread the dentist. Thank you!!

They were extremely thorough with my exam and very helpful. They also took the time to explain everything to me and seemed genuinely invested in my dental health. I would’ve given 5 stars, but once I was taken back, there were a couple times I had to wait for an extended period of time. These things happen, so not that big of a deal. Plus, I had a TV at my disposal while I waited. I would definitely recommend Cross Timbers. They have the staff to take care of whatever dental concerns you might have.

My previous dentist closed shop, and I needed dental work done and insurance would not cover work that had already been started by previous dentist, I was in need of dental work. I had searched for dental offices close to my work and when I would walk in and explain my situation I would get turned down or quoted an expensive price. When I walked into Cross Timbers Family Dental came they came through for me and worked out a fantastic deal to help me get my dental work completed. When you walk in the office there is an uplifting energy, the feeling of you will be taken care of. The staff at Cross Timbers are friendly and really treat you at a personal level with professionalism. I HIGHLY recommend Cross Timbers Family Dental.

Very disappointed with experience. While the facility is brand new and extremely nice, the procedures recommended by the dentist were very overly aggressive. After going to the dentist for a cleaning, I was informed that I needed 8 crowns and multiple fillings. After the dentist left the room a billing woman immediately entered and tried to nail down dates for all of the procedures, and aggressively tried to make the sale offering things such as a "Crown day discount" or a discount for bringing in canned food (!?!?). After I left the practice I luckily had the opportunity to contact a family member who is a dentist in Chicago, having practiced for 25+ years. I scheduled a visit with him while in town and was informed that while I did need dental work, six fillings would suffice (not my best day!). This was a fraction of the cost of the massive work recommended by Cross Timbers and two months later my mouth feels great. TL;DR I would not recommend this practice, in my opinion they seem to be two very new dentists who are more concerned with making money that acting in the best interests of their patients.

When I originally went to this dental practice a few years back, they had a different dentist. I hadn't seen a dentist in over 7 years and only twice in the preceding 15 years. The dental hygienist who has cleaned my teeth every time is very nice and does a very good job. The two new dentists Dr. Kaur and Dr. Nguyen are very nice as well. For full disclosure, Dr. Nguyen was Salutatorian of my class in high school. He is a highly intelligent individual who will certainly do the best job that he can for you. I don't know Dr. Kaur very well, but she seems to be nice and know what she's doing. She has helped with my Invisalign several times.

I wish I could give Cross Timbers 10 STARS because of how great they are with kids! My 4 year old and 11 year old daughters had their teeth cleaning done by Tara and they were so comfortable I didn’t even have to go into the room AT ALL!! Dr Wedel did my oldest’s daughter’s exam. Her reassurance helped me feel at ease by giving me the info I needed to help prevent some future issues I was worried about. Dr Langford did the exam on my 4yr old and I could over hear them the laughing and talking which made me feel so happy to know they were having fun! She even had alternatives for a small cavity that helped avoid a filling until she was a little older. I’m so grateful for the Cross Timbers team! They help me and my girls feel safe and ensure our oral health is tip top!
