Their staff is unprofessional. I didn't want to pay extra for a mistake they did. They said "it's for the time spent....." So I said I'm going to an orthodontist. She cut me off and said, "You'd rather spend$500 than $50?" in a snarky tone. I said, "Yes". What did you expect? I was treated like a child with no voice. And I'm glad I actually paid for lot more than that to deal with their staff. A retainer was included in my Invisalign treatment. They tried to"upsell" a better quality one..um, there no such thing. There's only one retainer via Invisalign according to my orthodontist office (and my new Ortho does custom in house). I think I only stayed before because I liked the hygienist but she's gone now. Initially they even gave me 2 different Invisalign prices. They are unorganized. Initially I was hoping for good outcome despite unprofessional staff but once both become compromised,I had to leave. I wish they will improve their practices based on this feedback.

Called yesterday had a temp crown break ( from another dentist) got me in this morning. Made a crown while I waited, did a awesome job! Just...amazing. I dealt with a bad filling for nearly four years. It caused me to clench my jaw and lose sleep, it affected my attitude and my whole life. Two other dentists tried to fix it to no avail. The dental assistant at this office assured me that Dr. Crowley could fix my issues and he did. Before, I had considered getting the tooth removed-I was at my wits end. I’m so grateful for this place! Such an amazing staff! They worked with me on my payments as well. If you’re looking for an amazing dentist that cares about you, look no further. I will refer Dr. Crowley to everyone I know. He’s THE GREATEST! I’ve had issues with two teeth for almost 8 years and I just recently had another dentist tackle them and he made them worse. Dr. Crowley fixed them with ease!! I didn’t feel the numbing shot either. He’s very gentle! Getting a phone call personally from the Dr himself sets him above the bar. Not many do that. I would recommend him and his staff to everyone I know!!

I recently had to have some work done by Dr. Crowley. He had to numb both sides on the bottom which can be very annoying to deal with. Thankfully, Dr. Crowley uses a numbing reversal drug. I had complete feeling back in my tongue and lips in under an hour! This is way better than waiting the 4 hours it usually takes me to regain feeling. I will never have work done again without using the reversal, and so far Dr. Crowley is the only dentist I've ever seen that offers this service! Highly recommend Dr. Crowley and his team at Bluff Creek Dental!

Dr. Crowley has been my dentist since we moved here in 2017. I cracked a tooth and he got me in immediately and fixed it. Each time we visit we discuss what I need, like crowns, and if I put them off ( as I always do) there isn’t any pressure. Today I finally fixed two crowns. I was very comfortable and had gas to help me relax. I listened to my book the whole time. He makes your permanent crown in house, so there is no temp or waiting two weeks with an ill fitting crown. I needed numbing twice ( I always do) and he obliged immediately. He and his staff are very kind and i recommend. If I’ve seen someone once and they continue to keep my business, they’re worth it.

While prices aren't too bad . When the doctor is pushing you to sign consent forms before you even agree to do the procedures . The hygienist was trying to diagnose my teeth. That is something that they are not supposed to do as they lack the education and degree. I got into the medical field to help people , not to price gouge them. I had high hopes for them , but am utterly dissapointed .

Going to the dentist can cause me great anxiety, but not anymore. I have found Dr. Crowley and his hygienist, Betty to be Ah-MAZING! I have not been in to get my teeth and gums checked in a while because I'm terrified. Due to some past dental experiences, it is important to me to find the right people to take of me. Betty (hygienist) had the perfect touch while scaling and polishing my teeth. My teeth can be very sensitive and I usually need nitrous oxide for ALL dental treatment. I told Betty about my sensitive teeth and she was attentive to my concerns. She found a couple of spots while probing that she had some concerns with because they were a little too deep for me to get cleaned adequately with floss alone. So she asked if she could use another instrument to clean out those areas. Sounds like a simple thing, BUT, that allowed me to get ready for what needed to be done. And you know what? It wasn't as uncomfortable as I had expected it to be! When Betty was done, my teeth felt clean and I noticed that I had not had a "death-grip" on the chair the entire time. She even placed fluoride on my teeth to help with potential post-cleaning sensitivity. Then it was time for Dr. Crowley to check my teeth. He was a professional from the beginning. He checked my x-rays and took a picture of a tooth that has been causing me issues. The picture was put up on the monitor so I could see what he was seeing in my mouth. Incredibly, I felt comfortable enough to ask questions about my teeth-such a big deal for this dentalphobe!! I felt involved in my own care. He was informative and his chair-side manner helped me to feel very comfortable during my check-up. I will be going back because everyone here at Bluff Creek Dental seems to care about their patients and their dental health! Thank you, Dr. Crowley and Betty for taking care of me!! * * * * *

Dr. Crowley identified a failed root canal (From a previous dentist) which needed a dental implant. He explained the process and advised me of the treatment steps. I was apprehensive at first, but as the process progressed I became increasingly confident. The implant has been completed for about 5 months and it was a great decision. The new implant feels as if it were my original tooth. Dr. Crowley has also replaced a crown and filling. These have also been better than the original. I am very pleased with all the work he has performed.
