I found my new dentist! I have been looking for a dentist for awhile but had trouble finding one that is open on Fridays, I feel comfortable with, etc. This place is decorated beautifully and gave a nice first impression. Literally every employee I came into contact with was nice, personable, and genuinely enjoyable. Mary Kay, the dental hygienist, KNOWS HER STUFF. I felt comfortable and very well taken care of. This is my place!

The staff is very nice and make you feel comfortable during your visit. Dr. Gavin explains what she is doing along the way and listens when you ask questions or have concerns during the procedure.

The worst dentist office you could visit honestly I went here last week and got wrongly diagnosed with 8 cavities that needed filled and gingivitis I have never had a cavity in my life but hadnt been in years so I called 2 other places and got 2 other dentist opinions both said I was completely wrongly diagnosed and they were charging 3 times either place charges for a cavity filling I had 1 small cavity and decalcification not gingivitis please do not go here they are trying to scam people into getting stuff they do not need at all!!!!!! STAY AWAY THEY ARE SO UNPROFFESIONAL

The staff here is very welcoming and kind. With most offices I've been to, especially with the last appointment slot, I feel rushed and not very well taken care of as people are rushing to get done with their day. I did not feel like this at all with this office even though I was there until past 730 pm getting work done. I especially am very thankful for Dr. Gavin, as she did my cleaning when her hygienist was on vacation (which most dentists would not do). The entire staff was diligent and very meticulous. It's also great they explain clearly and precisely in plain terms to the patient what they see on each tooth. I've had a great experience thus far!

Great 1st visit to determine what needed to be accomplished. 2nd visit, two teeth extracted & some bone grafting in prep for two implants for a bridge. Great explanation of all processes so I knew what was happening & was confident. Made sure I was comfortable for both my trips. I'm absolutely happy with Dr. Gavin and all her staff. This is now MY Dentist office of choice!

I had a very good experience at Olentangy Modern Dental. The dentist and the staff were very friendly and they made sure I was comfortable. During a very difficult procedure, I felt no pain nor did I focus on what was being done because they provided some Netflix movies to watch. As a result, my fear of going to the dentist was diminished.

Wow what a difference having a dentist (and her staff) that cares and takes the time to make sure everything is correct. My previous dentist retired and I really liked him. When I came to this office I was surprised that they quickly fixed an issue that my previous dentist said couldn’t be treated. I hadn’t seen a dentist in quite a while so we have some catch up work to do. All of the work done so far has been relatively pain free and I feel cleaner than ever. For me having a relaxed environment where you are not rushed is important. This absolutely is the place to go.

My kids don't know what it's like to be scared of the dentist because they get to watch tv in the chair and get a toy afterwards! If you don’t have a dentist, or are looking to switch to someone new, you HAVE to check out Olentangy Modern Dental! The entire staff there was very warm, welcoming, and made me feel like we had been good friends for years. Also, throughout the entire visit, the staff made sure I knew what was going on, explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. They were extremely knowledgeable, and constantly asked if I was comfortable or in any pain (which they made sure I never was). Not only was Dr. Gavin and the rest of the dental staff amazing, but the front end staff was also awesome. The receptionist personally walked back into my exam room and wanted to explain the breakdown of my insurance coverage and make sure I was alright with costs and coverage before she went ahead and filed anything. I was extremely impressed with this dental office, and my experience there in general. I can’t recommend them enough!

Been coming here because it's really close to work. The staff are incredibly friendly and talk with clear, layperson words and without medical terminology that is confusing to ensure you understand. I've had terrible experiences with dentists that have left me DREADING even scheduling a cleaning. Once I schedule it and I explained my past experience they were incredibly reassuring and understanding, and even got a referral out to a dental surgeon so I could get completely knocked out and not have to worry...which made me really happy. Since then, I've been coming here quite regularly and plan on continuing until I move.

After my 1st appt with Dr. Gavin, I switched the entire family immediately. She’s the most thorough dentist I have ever had. She and her staff do everything in their power to relax you. I love watching Netflix while she had to drill for my fillings. I have a ton of dentist and drill anxiety and Dr Gavin and the assistants and hygienists worked with me to ease that anxiety.
