The professionalism of Dr. Bogan and his staff was immediately obvious, and the tasteful, modern office is quite comfortable. My teeth are happy with our decision to make North Orange our new home for dental care, and I suspect your teeth will be pleased as well.

Great experience. I broke my tooth on a Sunday night. I hadn't switched to a dentist yet that was close to my home. I looked on our Facebook Community Page to see who others were going to and was ranked high by their patients. I found North Orange Family Dentistry through this search and I am so glad that I did. I called on Monday and they got me in to see Dr. Bogan, that afternoon. Dr Bogan and staff got a temporary crown made for me that day and the next day, they had my new crown ready-to-go. One important thing that I would like to convey to others, is that they make sure that you are comfortable and are pain free while doing a procedure. That is great for me because I do not numb easily. I can't say enough of how comfortable they made me feel. It was as if I had been a patient for years! Keep up the great work!!!

Very bad experience with the cancellation approach.Even though we call one day a head to reschedule,i'm billed for cancellation fee..saying that less than 24 hrs...they go by minute by minute not by day.and they open in specific times within that 24 hrs time frame..eventhough we left voice msgs to cancellation within 24 hrs time frame they dont consider and you will get charged!!Treatment is good i have to say..and i will be honest on this..but hmm.

Not a good dentistry. Had 2 fillings with dr Cynthia Ellinger. Both the filling not done properly There is a hollow space on the first filling. I took chance and went for second filling after few month. Now second filling also gives problem and some pain. Avoid dr cynthia ellinger. She may fit only for cleaning teeth Service for cleaning is good and people are polite

My first experience here is great. Only several minutes waiting time. Then they cleaned my teeth thoroughly and let me know what I need to do next. And they did not persuade me to make a schedule for that. Will come here next time for my teeth cleaning.

I was referred to North Orange Family Dentistry by Dr. Fred Alger. Dr Alger is a Dentists who specializes in periodontics. Dr. Alger has his dental work at this practice. I lost a filling , & called for a 1st time appointment. Kayla, answered the phone and set me up right away for my needed repair. Staff is excellent!! I showed up 15 minutes before my appointment. I immediately received service. My Dentist was Dr. Cindy. She did a complete check up & found 4 additional cavities. She made the time and fixed the lost filling & all 4 cavities. Service was just way above and beyond. If anyone is in need of a Family dental practice, This is the best service , & best performance possible. 5 star rating is not high enough. Norm Fountain

Where do I start?? I have a mouth and set of teeth that I don’t let just ANYONE touch. I just moved here from Buffalo, NY and finding a dentist that was comparable to ones back home was a hard task. First, when you walk in, the lighting shines down upon you like a light from Heaven – very warming. The receptionist was like an Angel – her teeth were perfect, like mine, which makes sense because she works at the best dentist in town! Growing up, I was afraid of two things – Dentists and Clowns, but this was like going to a spa for your teeth. You walk in with your teeth feeling fuzzy, but leave as if they each had a magical massage. With immense detail shown delicately to each individual tooth. I leave feeling as if my teeth are treated as part of the NOFD Family!

Unfortunately I had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment, but the staff was very apologetic. I don't recommend getting X-rays here because the plastic mouthpiece cuts the bottoms of your mouth.... but apparently it's the only way to do it. So take your chances and hope you have a large mouth.

We were on our 3rd dentist for our oldest. She had a hard time with different elements of the dentists and the other dentists would not listen to me to help ease her into her appointment. I was at my whits end, I know dental health was important but it was traumatic for all involved. We were recommended to NOFD by a friend and they did not fail. Doni was super patient with our oldest and built trust with her. That was so important! She even got her to get x-rays! I was so happy, I cried tears of joy. Appointment scheduling is a breeze, and your insurance coverage (and out-of-pocket costs) are explained upfront. Modern equipment and a really pleasant open-office concept. They really make having healthy teeth easy!

Super friendly staff and the office is really nice. Dr. Bogan is very easy to talk with and thorough on his explanations. He also isn't pushy and doesn't make you feel like you're going to die if you don't have some work done. You don't feel like you're being sold what you don't need. All the chairs have a TV in front of them so when you're waiting you can watch whatever you want. I recently had to have two crowns put on. At first I had a temp crown while waiting on a root canal and the temp crown broke over the weekend. They got me in on Monday and fixed this issue. Super easy. Highly recommended.

Dr Bogan and his terrific staff continue to perform an excellent job! Everyone on the staff is incredibly friendly, efficient, but most importantly, caring about their patients. I can’t help but notice a large portion of the patients are children, and the effort the office staff puts into making these kids feel at ease (dare I even say, make sure they have fun?) is wonderful to see! This was my first visit in several years, so in addition to the normal cleaning I also had a series of X-rays to accomplish, yet my total office visit time was well under an hour. There was virtually no wait; as soon as I checked in I was in the back getting X-rays. Immediately after I was having fun conversations with my hygienist before Dr Bogan came in for a thorough look over, and before I knew it, I was on my way home! I’m very happy to see Dr Bogan is moving his office to a larger building next door this summer; with the way his practice is growing, i have no doubt they need the additional room! Thank you Dr Bogan for offering an outstanding service and having such a wonderful staff on hand! Best of luck moving into your bigger office!

I was so impressed with my visit yesterday. I had to have a filling replaced, which is always traumatic for me. I don't mind a lot of procedures and don't get worked up about doctor visits, but dentistry is hard. I have tooth sensitivity and I never get fully numb for fillings. So, I expected to just have to deal with pain at this visit. And, this was my first visit at North Orange for anything outside of a cleaning since we switched dentists two years ago. Dr. Ellinger must have remembered my conversation from my Dec cleaning when we decided to get this filling done. She came in and spoke in depth to me about how she planned to ensure that I was fully numb before the process began. She talked me through the whole procedure and gave me plenty of time to let the Novocaine work. Once she began to remove the old filling, I was prepared to feel it. But, I didn't!! Not a bit of it!!! I had a fast, pain free experience that she walked me through each next step as she worked. AND, she got my bite correct the first time. I didn't have to go back once I could feel again to have an adjustment on the filling level. This was such a great visit; I was so happy!! I want to thank her for caring enough to make sure I had no pain or discomfort and for not minimizing my fears of how traumatic tooth work is to me. Thank you, Dr. Ellinger and staff!!

I can’t say enough about North Orange! They are the absolute best in care & concern for their patients’ well-being. My family goes there (husband, 9yo son & me) but I also sent my mom there. She is a very sick lady suffering from many chronic diseases and taking lots of medications. I called ahead to discuss her history with the staff before asking if they would take her on as a new patient and the time that was dedicated to the discussion & care plan impressed me so much. The care & detail dedicated to my mom was demonstrated furthermore when she arrived. She is in chronic pain and always feeling poorly - they gave her warm blankets to help with her shaking and made her some coffee & a bagel because she was nauseous. They went above & beyond, more than I could’ve asked for. They are also working closely with her heart doctors to proceed cautiously with the dental treatment she’s in need of. Thank you, Dr Bogan & the entire North Orange staff, for treating my mom like the precious jewel she is! You will always be my 1st recommendation.

My daughter and I both had our first appointments at north orange family dentistry today. We both had really great experiences. The employees we interacted with were all very professional and friendly. Scheduling our first appointment was very easy and filling out the new patient paperwork online prior to the visit made checking in a breeze. We were notified via text, which I loved, that 2 appointments had opened up earlier than our original scheduled appointment. I was able to accept the new appointment date and handle some other correspondence with the office - all via text!! They suggested me for root canal for one teeth and extraction of back teeth for the convenient of root canal. I was really unhappy because I didn't want to extract my good teeth in order to complete root canal for another teeth. I just switched to North Orange Family Dentistry about 6 months ago and was pleasantly surprised. I was forced to switched due to healthcare plans and was not very happy about it at first. Since then I have come to love their staff and drive from Dublin up to North Orange for the great service. They are gentle with cleanings and sensitive to people who, like me, are nervous about procedures such as cavity fillings. I would 100% recommend them.

I broke part of my tooth on Sunday and made an appointment on Wednesday at 10:45. I was given an evaluation and was told that I would need a crown. They were able to prep the tooth and gave me a temporary. I returned at 4:15 p.m. and was fitted with a permanent crown the same day. Dr Ellington and the north orange dental staff were awsome! Stellar service. I've never felt more at ease in a dentist's chair. Everyone here is very good at what they do and, what's more, they all seem to genuinely like their jobs. They are professional, focused and very kind to their patients and each other. Dr. Ellinger (assisted by Tracy) performed my root canal and installed a crown yesterday (on a barely there tooth) with such perfection, leaving me unable to see or feel the difference from my original tooth. I chose them based on reviews and proximity but I would recommend them to anyone - even if they're out of the way.

The whole experience was more than I could ask for. I didn’t feel the Novocain being administered at all. That is a first for me and I have had more than my share of Novocain over the years. So there was no pain during the procedure. Dr. Bogan knows his stuff - he took off two crowns to prepare for the the bridge and with the help of his assistants - “made my day”. They made me a great temporary bridge (this was for a front tooth so I was really concerned). There is a lot of team work here and they were concerned for me and always checking to make sure I was ok and asking if I needed anything. My experience was exceptional and so is this dental practice. Most of all talent of the pros that work here are exceptional (and they are all nice). I can’t wait to see the finished product!

Great service, friendly staff, great location. I needed to chose a new dentist practice as my previous one was not covered by my new insurance. So I searched online for good practices within the area that also took my new insurance. During my first visit, we did many things related to examining my teeth, some of which I never have had before such as the gum measurements and the panoramic head x-ray. I have had this done before but not with a dentist. Mason was my hygienist during my appointment. He was really kind, thoughtful and great at giving the details of what we were going to do. A bonus is that North Orange recently moved into their new building at the time of my visi . The TVs in the exam rooms were a plus. Watched fixer upper whole getting my teeth cleaned!
