I have been going to the Lifetime Dental Health team (and taking my kids) for a over five years now and they are all great. I have had not just my regular cleanings but a few cavities and even a crown done. They have been great at working with me to strengthen my gums and teeth and enabling me to eat with confidence using my whole mouth without pain or the fear it. The estimates are well defined for what is covered by my insurance and what is my part to pay. The front office staff is very helpful and flexible with the payment options and working with me and the struggle I have with my Flex-pay provider. My hygienist is wonderful and is truly interested in our conversion of 'catch up' of how things have been since my last visit - not just my teeth but job, family and such! My Dentist, Dr. Love, was very calming and attentive to me when I called the emergency number when a tooth broke one Sunday night. She got me worked into the schedule the next day and got the crown process started, not fun but I felt at ease knowing that I was in good hands. I have recommended a number of family and friends to these folks and will continue to do so.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I call Thursday morning at 8:30 with a broken tooth and by 10 was sitting in their office. They accepted me as a new patient, recognized my DMO transfer to their office within minutes of changing it online (other places in the area wouldn't make an appointment for me until the new monthly rosters came out. A month with a broken tooth? Nah.) The entire staff was extremely friendly from the very first phone call to the call after my appointment when the pharmacy was having troubles with me prescription. I felt valued as a person, not just a seat occupant. Dr. Richard Barry, Lindsey, Sam and Michelle were all very kind, understanding and professional. They answered all of my questions with sincerity, no hint of condescension or annoyance at me asking. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

I have been going to see Dr. Berry for 4 years now. When I first went, it had been 6 years since I had seen a dentist for a cleaning. Over the course of treatment, I have had my gums come back to a healthy state and my teeth are fully healthy. Every time I have had a non cleaning procedure done, Dr. Berry has taken time out of his evening to call me and make sure that what I had done is working. My hygienist Michelle is the best, she even sent me a card to congratulate me on my engagement. And I have referred 2 people to them and received gift cards as thank you gifts for the referrals. And when it is all said and done and you are ready to leave, it is Brandi that makes you feel the best. She always has a smile on her face and she seems to really love her job. All around, I could not ask for a better experience. It may be hard to find people that care as much as this dentist office does. Thanks so much to everyone there for doing such a great job.

Fantastic experience every time I go in. The best part of the experience is getting a phone call a few days after having a procedure done from Dr. Berry. He follows up every time to check up on you, your bite, any pain or issues with the procedure. That's something you don't see everyday and is very valuable!

Finding a great dentist with a great staff is difficult, and that's why my husband and I are willing to drive from Lancaster to stick with Dr. B and team. The facility is awesome, everything top of the line, and yet they are always conscientious of what insurance will cover. Dr. Barry is kind, gentle, knowledgeable and skilled. His entire staff, from assistants to receptionists, are professional but extremely friendly and courteous as well. I seriously have no complaints... except that they aren't in Lancaster.

I first started coming about 9 years ago when I lived across the street. I moved downtown but have continued to drive up north to see Zara, (the best Dental Hygienist ever!). After years of coming here, Zara feels like family. I know that sounds silly, but I mean it. She, among other staff, are very friendly and I have taken an interest in me personally, and not just as a customer. Dr. Barry and his staff are great as well They're very friendly and it's obvious that they're happy at their jobs. The staff is thorough in explaining what type of work was just done on my teeth. Dr. Barry actually sat down and showed me x-rays accompanied by an explanation. I never leave with any questions unanswered. Aesthetically it's pretty beautiful too. I feel like I just walked into someone's home.

The staff in the office is very friendly and cheers you up which we all need when we are in dentist chair :-) Talking about price as usual you might need to have insurance plan paying for the service, and the office accounting dept is very helpful with working with insurance, as well. My experience here was awful! First time when I went there, the nurse asked me the person who referred me here was my husband or not. It was so awkward!!! Why this person cannot be my boyfriend or just colleague? Second time when I was there to clean my teeth, I was choked by water twice.... While, what made me really angry was the third time, when I thought I was there to get my teeth extraction. Previously, I have already talked with them about what I wanted to do with my teeth and made an appointment at 12pm. On that day, I went there at 11:57am, but they made me wait until 12:30pm!!!! I was pretty angry by then. Then one of the workers took my profile and repeated the things we talked on the phone before, and she told me I needed to make another appointment for teeth extraction. I was totally shocked. My friend and I drove 20min and waited 33min, and you talked to me 3min about what I already know and let me go??? The worker said she was with other customs. I don't think this can explain. If they cannot handle so many customs as scheduled, then please do not! We all have work to do and time is precious for everyone.

This practice is the most professional and patient centered dental practice I have ever had the pleasure of attending. The staff are 110% there for you. Dr. Barry is gentle and always making sure you are comfortable and pain free. Our entire family, six of us, are part of the Lifetime Dental family of patients. I say family because that is how you are treated. Billing is always clearly explained BEFORE any procedure. If you have an emergency, you will be seen that day. Dr Barry will also personally call you the night after any complex procedure to make sure you are comfortable, he even gives out his personal cell number to patients. I love Lifetime Dental. I avoided going to the dentist for years after a bad experience at another practice. Everyone at Lifetime made me feel really welcome and comfortable as soon as I got to the office. I was sure they were going to judge me for not keeping up with regular cleanings but it was just the opposite. I didn't feel judged at all and it felt like they understood my fear and went out of their way to help with my anxiety about dentists offices. It went so well that after the first cleaning I made an appointment to get a chipped tooth fixed that I had been dealing with for a long time. I couldn't be happier with the results from that. I opted to try the sedation when I had this procedure done and it was absolutely amazing. No pain. And I barely remember anything. I would suggest Lifetime Dental Health to anyone.

The staff and doctors at Lifetime are great! That being said, after every appointment we were hit with charges. During the appointment they'd tell us a procedure would cost X amount and that our insurance would pay Y amount. However, we'd get a bill at a later date for a much higher amount that we would have to pay. The most frustrating part was that the bill would typically come 6 months after the appointment. It happened regularly whether the appointment was a check up or if a procedure had to be done. It happened after every visit, except for 1. The 1 time it didn't happen was the time that they made a mistake and had to redo a procedure for my wife. We started going to a new dentist and they are just as nice, but they don't hit us up with additional costs 6 months later (we are still on the same insurance plan). Overall the staff is nice and caring, but I wouldn't recommend them based on their billing practices.

I had been searching for a new dentist now that I live in Columbus, and went this office because the reviews were really high and figured it would be a good office. It has been a horrific experience. I was having dental complications after a procedure and called their offices many times, where the response from the receptionist was rude, and out of line. I was told I would receive return phone calls and never did. It was at the point where I was unable to sleep through the night, for months.. I wish i was exaggerating here. I finally went to another dentist where the issue was resolved because this office would not help me. Outside of this, I paid way more than what I should have, because they did not accurately check my insurance, or give me the option to have a different version of the service that my insurance would actually cover. This experience has been nothing short of horrible. I am sharing this now, in the hopes that no one else has to go through what I did with this staff and office. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE.

Dr. Barry displayed a cruel and arrogant side when confronted with valid questions and concerns during my visit. That of course represents a total failure on his part in both customer service and basic respect towards his patient at that time. While he has indeed done work on my teeth, I won't say what it was here- you see, it has become clear to me that dental and medical 'professionals' in Columbus (and this may or may not include Dr. Barry) put the word out to their peers when a patient proves 'difficult' for them. Information that was made available during my own experiences revealed this to be more than mere paranoia. Be wary and do not dismiss what I'm saying out of hand. I believe it is important that other potential customers of Lifetime Dental Health be aware of the fact that Dr. Barry performed work on me that was, in fact- faulty, and it directly led to greater dental problems. (this has been confirmed by other dentists of equal or similar skill) I believe it is also important that potential customers (or patients if you like) be aware that Lifetime Dental Health has engaged in some shady practices towards me in general, but again I can't go into detail. Take what I've said here into consideration, please- before you simply throw your money at someone who is only good so long as you shut up and do as you're told. Supposed skill and experience do not necessarily negate an atrocious bedside manner. And, as in my case- mistakes may be made (by the dentist) that could cost you. Kudos if you had a good experience at Lifetime Dental Health- but I hope your luck doesn't run out!

She told me not only is the office space beautiful, modern and high-tech, but the doctors and hygienists are extremely knowledgable, caring and professional. She NAILED it! Lifetime is all of that and more. My first time visiting I was fitted for invisilign. My first consult was with Rachel and Dr. Barry, who are both incredible! They talked me through the entire process and made sure I understood everything before committing to it. They made me feel like a priority so I knew I was in good hands! I left so excited about getting my new smile, I even gave Dr. Barry a big hug! At my second appointment, I received my invisilign retainers. Rachel put the buttons on my teeth and constantly made sure I was comfortable and told me what to expect before everything she did.
