My son is 9 months and had his first cleaning today. He has also been seen in this office for his lip and tongue tie correction. Each time we have been there everyone on staff has been absolutely amazing. The girls who schedule and check in have always been so friendly and inviting. The hygienists and doctors are extra gentle and careful with my little one. They are always thorough in their explanations and advice. Dr. Mason even rocked my 3 month old to sleep after his frenectomy!! Their waiting room and exam/cleaning rooms are sure to keep your little ones busy and calm with the video games, toys and Tv's. Everything is so clean and nicely kept. They even emailed me when it was time to set up my little guys first visit and allowed me to schedule online. I highly recommend this dentist office to anyone who is looking!

Phenomenal dentists here - kids love them :) My 13 year old came out from being seen and told me how much he loved the dentist (Dr. Jackson) and the hygienist. Also, he saw my 2 year old and he was excellent with him. Very caring and spent a lot of time speaking with me. I was hoping they would see me as a patient. MY KIDS ARE LUCKY! I was very impressed. We also have seen Dr. Jennison and Dr. Betty both are excellent as well. I am very happy with this practice. We just started here since we just moved to the area and we are very glad we picked this location!

We love Dr Betty! She was so kind and gentle with my little girl who was not excited for a simple cleaning and the fluoride paste. Dr Betty sang the ABCs in a soft gentle voice that helped calm my daughter! I was truly touched by that. She was also encouraging about the condition of her teeth and did not lecture me about what she was drinking and eating. I hope we see her everytime! We also loved Hannah! She was kind and kept a smile even though my daughter was not the best patient.

I honestly loved this office, the waiting area was amazing. The staff I spoke to while I was there were so kind and helpful. I am giving a 3 star review because DEB in billing was a nightmare when it came to getting our insurance figured out. My husband and I both explained how to contact our insurance company because he is union so it is a little different than most. She said she contacted them but they couldn’t get an estimate in time... my copay she said would be 900!! I don’t even have a copay. My husband then called his trust office who then informed him they were never contacted and a claim hadn’t been submitted. My daughter was suppose to have surgery 02/14/19 and instead of calling like he requested to move things along she mailed it so that we had to pay some crazy amount that doesn’t make sense. My husband had asked for a breakdown of the cost. DEB couldn’t even tell him where the last 150 was going towards. It was a nightmare. In my opinion DEB takes away from the potential the often has! We are taking our business somewhere else!

Dr. Jennison is great. She did surgery on our 2 year old daughter and we were so pleased and happy with how we were all treated throughout the process. Nervous parents at the time as our child had never been in a hospital before (delivered at home) so it was new territory for our child. Dr. Jennison called me a few days before to go over everything before the operation as she explained everything to me again. I suggest seeing Dr. Jennison or Dr. Jackson as they are both great. I would like to thank our Dental Assistant Sarah. She was great with the girls. She walked them through the whole experience before doing anything. This relaxed both of my girls and made the very comfortable with their visit. Especially my oldest who is afraid of everything and a little drama queen. I've been taking my daughter here for a few years now and now my son goes here. My daughter has been diagnosed with ASD. She loves to run back and forth (it's part of her stimming). Before she was diagnosed I took her in for an appointment. I had my youngest with me who was in a carseat and just a few months old. My daughter was doing her stimming of running back and forth and stimmed a few other ways at the same time. I made sure she stayed in my eyesite. The staff didn't get mad or annoyed. One actually made the comment that hearing her feet run back and forth was cute. Some parents gave me annoying looks but we get looks like that all the time because unfortunately others don't understand special needs. With the cleaning they are amazing and do their best to be fast for my kids who hate the cleaning (they are still young) They continue to let my oldest get the rubber duckies (instead of picking out a toy that she wouldn't be as interested in)since she loves them. Yes they make mistakes because they are human after all (but nothing major and they did fix the mistakes.) When I checked in my kids I told them they only had 1 insurance now and told them which one but they left both in the system. I got a call trying to see if I had a new number for the insurance they no longer had. I just called back and told them they no longer have that insurance but still had the other insurance. No big deal because it got fixed and only happened once. Like I said humans make mistakes (I would propably be freaked out if they weren't human). I'm going to be sad when my kids age out. This place is amazing and the staff continues to be amazing to my children.

The dentist Adrian saw was great as always, however the hygienist who cleaned his teeth had very little patience. I don't think she likes children at all. Adrian loved getting his teeth cleaned last time, as he has sensory integration disorder he loves to lick stuff or put stuff in his mouth. As she was cleaning his teeth he was licking the good flavored toothpaste, she held his tounge down which put him into panic mode, he began screaming and crying as a result he doesn't want to go back to dentist. He came home very upset. I only hope he gets the lady he had last time who understood his challenges on our next visit!

Dr Jackson and his staff was amazing with my son. I was told that my son would need his front tooth pulled from a previous dentist so I wanted a second opinion and dr Jackson eased my mind. He now does not have to get his tooth pulled and he took the time to explain things to me . I drove an hour to come see this doctor and I will continue to drive the hour to come bring my son here it is well worth the drive . I highly recommend him

Please be more clear with adults about the procedures children will be undergoing. Describing extraxtions as "tooth wiggling" to both adults and children alike may not satisfy the obligation to provide sufficient information to obtain informed consent. Each parent/guardian accompanying a child should be able to judge how best to present information so that the child/patient remains calm. In the future, please exercise greater discretion in how upcoming treatments are described.

I wish I could be more articulate in explaining the greatness, professionalism, caring attitudes, and thoroughness of the staff at Centerville Pediatrics but basically: WE LOVE THEM. My 4 year old has been going since she was 2 and my 1 year old just had her first visit. Despite the usual screams of our youngest, we felt entirely at ease through both appointments. Our hygienist was so so so sweet and nice to the girls, making them laugh and comfortable to the best of her ability. The doctor's are great with the kids and parents, explaining any issues with a warm demeanor and not the coldness I've experienced before. My wife and I could not recommend this office more.

The staff and Dr Jackson were so nice! They made my daughter feel comfortable with every step in the process by showing her the tools and explaining what they do. The waiting room had plenty of stuff for the kids to do. The exam rooms all had TVs with Netflix so the kids have something to watch while their dental work is being done. Also, when I called for the appointment they could have gotten me in the same day but I chose the next day.

The dentists here and the care they give is great and they were great with my kids. However the office staff leaves much to be to be desired. I just received a letter dated Oct 12 stating as of Oct 12 my kids will no longer to be seen at this office. No warning, just a generic letter, not even saying we had a balance. So I called the office and was told we were being discharged for a $20 balance. $20 dollars, a $10 copay for each kids cleaning. Way to be committed to kids health. I knew I owed $20 dollars and was going to pay it on our next appointment, however did not know they would go to this extreme over $20, since I've paid them thousands dollars over the past 2yrs.

The office was very kid-friendly ! My daughter played a video game until her name was called. Once back in the chair, she got to pick out a show to watch and was given headphones! I was impressed by the TV on the ceiling for when the kids lay down in the chair! The hygienist was very friendly and explained everything to me. Although I am in the healthcare field, she helped me understand what was going on with her teeth. The dentist was VERY friendly and warm. She made sure to talk to my daughter and helped her understand caring for her teeth. Great place!

My son was seen in their office 3 years ago and i loved Dr jackson she was amazing. I called at the beginning of the year an was told he was not a patient an had never be seen. when they were told he was in fact a pt they then told me he would be considered a new pt and couldn't be seen because of the insurance he had. when asked to speak to the office manager the lady told me i'm the lead coordinator hes gonna tell you the same thing i did. She transferred me to his vmail and i never received a call back.. Fast forward i called today and tried to make an appt he now has a primary insurance which they do accept but told me because he still has a secondary he cant be seen. its very frustrating because hes been there before an every time i call an make an appt they make an excuse of why he cant be seen. They are contracted with medicaid and shes on the medicaid provider list so she does in fact take it!!!!!!!! an its even more frustrating because his primary is not medicaid! her receptionist is very snarky and its unfortnate because shes a great doctor! i will not be referring her to anyone

Phenomenal first experience! Everyone in the office is very kind and helpful. You can tell that they all care about the children and took extra time whenever my son started getting even the slightest bit anxious. My son had some trouble with getting x-rays and so they found an alternative resolution which was much easier for him and less strenuous. I took my twins here for their first ever dentist appointment and I will never go anywhere else! The staff was very friendly and patient with my kids (seeing as to how they were skeptical.. considering it was the first time). The place was super clean and they have cute little “prizes” for kids after they see the dentist. They also have a “no cavity club” that your kid gets to put their name in a jar and participate in the drawing for a chick fil a gift card. It was a great place for kids. I would recommend them to every parent.

My daughter is 3 and still getting used to going to the dentist. This usually results in a lot of crying. Each time we've been in the staff has been very calm and understanding. They were eager to make it as easy as possible on me and my little. The dentists are always so friendly and great with my daughter, even if she is scared or crying. Their front desk staff is always friendly and they text me notifications for her appointments so I don't forget.

My first visit here with my child seem to have been OK staff was very busy looks like some of them had called off they were very under understaffed and behind in schedule I witnessed a lot of patients in the waiting room complaining about their wait time also the receptionist seem very frustrated and seem to be having a bad day I waited about half an hour to 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time once I was taken back but don’t touch on the six way that they were behind and they apologized overall experience was great and they were very friendly definitely will be coming back hopefully next time we’ll have more stuff on

Dr Jackson and his team do know what they are doing. I never had any issues with the office before and my kids like going there because of the TVs and waiting area.

The staff was very helpful and so nice to my daughter Kinley and I. I brought her in for her first cavity and I liked how all the options were explained clearly to me by Dr. Jackson and the front desk girls, they made sure I clearly understood before I left. I also like how they show movies while your child is being taken care of and also how it is even visable on the ceiling when they lay back. When you are placed in a room they don't just put you there and leave you, the dental assistant actually hangs out with you while you wait. I'm so glad my daughter who is 3 had a good experience and hopefully won't be frightened with her future visits. Thanks again, keep up the good work!

Dr. Jackson is by far the best when it comes to listening and explaining. Instead of just telling me this is how it is, he listened, explained and gave options. I have had some poor experiences elsewhere requiring upfront fees to even set up the appointment! I really appreciated the time he took with me to go over everything.

I've taken my children to Centerville Pediatric Dentistry for three and a half years, and every time we have an appointment my kids get so excited they talk about it for days beforehand. The staff is fantastic and they always accommodate my large family. I highly recommend this office.
