Total Shoddy work. I have had 1 crown break after 14 months and another come off before 2 years and my husband has had 1 come off twice now. Also she lied to me about the color of my front crowns and refused to give me my records. They told my new dentist that I hadn't had x-rays in several years which was a lie! I requested my records 4 times and her receptionist, Jenni Cox refused to give them to me. I had to call the Ohio Dental Board then she told them that I refused to give them my address. As if they didn't have my address or email (I got emails from them all of the time) Dr. Khetarpal is an arrogant incompetent vain jerk. The only reason she'll take you in quickly is because she sucks and isn't successful! I filed a complaint with Delta Dental and was reimbursed. NOW my husband will be filing a complaint too. Untrustworthy!!

From the first time I walked in the door everyone greeted me with such pleasure and you can tell that they really cared. They talk to you and explain things very well and make you very comfortable. I would recommend Dr Khetarpal and all her colleagues to anyone that would ask me.

Dr. Ruchika Khetarpal and her staff are very knowledgable, helpful and friendly. Dr. Ruchika Khetarpal herself is easy to talk to, has a sense of humor and yet she's very professional. The office is clean, modern and welcoming. I love that I can comfirm my appointments and pay my bill easily online. Overall this is a great office I will recommend.

Khetarpal DDS is pretty awesome she uses technology from scheduling, to reminders. to calendar invites to your gmail. Which I love.. She is a very nice lady who seems to really care about her patients. Her staff is seems to be a reflection of her personalty which is really smart, nice, and caring. She is an exceptional Dentist who I come to trust. I have never heard of someone having a good time at the dentist and never thought it would be possible. My daughter is a teenager and she said it was funny they would be asking questions and laughing while she was getting a filling. She forgot about the procedure. I highly recommend DDS Ruchika Khetarpal she is best dental office I have ever encountered.
