There are nine people in my family and none of us has ever had a problem. They are very patient with the children, e.g., my kids have thrown up there multiple times and it doesn't phase them. I had a dental appointment to have my teeth cleaned today 12/04/2014 and had a wonderful experience.My dental hygienist was Kim and she did a fantastic job with educating me about good dental health. She also explained things to me before she did them and what the reason was behind it. Excellent work. Part of the dental check up involved taking x-rays and fluoride treatment. I told Kim at the time that I did not have enough money and that I would come back once I got paid from work. She worked things out for me and I was able to successfully have x-rays and fluoride treatment the same day and would be able to pay a day later. I also got checked over by Dr. Kim who does a very thorough dental inspection of teeth and the inside of your mouth. He is an excellent and caring dentist. A+ and 5 stars to Dr. Kim and the staff who are great and professional group of individuals. I am treated like part of the family. They really care!!!

I was very nervous about having my upper teeth extracted and getting a upper denture. It's been 3 weeks now and I have to say it was nothing to worry about. Dr. Kim went over everything with me from the cost of the procedure and what to expect in the following days and weeks. I have to say it didn't hurt at all and I am so happy that I got this done. Dr. Kim and his staff are always asking you if your having any pain and ready to answer any questions you may have. If your sitting there in fear of the dentist do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Kim he is awesome!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Kim for nearly 2 years. He and his staff have been genuinely friendly and patient. The most recent procedure was for implant supported upper dentures (the original dentures were done previous to my finding Dr. Kims practice). I was not looking forward to this from all the horror stories I have heard from friends. I go in and Dr. Patel took care of me. She did the most amazing job I think anyone could do. I've been going to Dr. Kim for as long as I can remember (over 10 years, and I'm 33) and it's always been a wonderful experience. I have had the best dental care imaginable and all of the hygienists are so sweet, nice, and very gentle on your teeth. I recommend A Caring Dental to everyone! I've had sealants, a million cleanings, and whitening done under his care and I always come out looking and feeling like a million bucks and am never nervous. I've been to other dentists who rip your gums apart when they "clean" and that has never happened to me here! If you want top of the line dental work and a celebrity quality smile, call Dr. Kim! EDIT: 2 years later and I have converted my husband (who hasn't had his teeth looked at in years) to this office. My husband comes to regular appointments on his own without any complaining (and he has for the past year and a half) which is nothing short of a miracle!

The staff was nice enough but the dentist wanted to charge me $500 for a single tooth extraction. Paid $35 dollars to sit in a chair for 45 min. Just to have her try and get me to finance a tooth extraction. Don't waist you're time go to Ridge Rd family dentistry.

The staff is great, the hold times are not long at all but, I feel that if you need serious dental work done, you should always get a second and third opinion. I may need a crown but the dentist told me in addition to that a majority of my fillings were no good and I hap several forming cavities. When I went back a few months later, he said my teeth were fine except that I still needed a crown and that it'd cost me a little over $1200 (with no insurance) with insurance it would be around $700. I got some dental insurance and went to 2 other dentists who would do a crown for under $500. They also kept pressuring me to apply for the care credit which is a credit card. *********Update, Response to owner: My name is Robert Edwards, I'm for certain I'm not confusing this dentist with another because I literally live around the corner from you guys.

Dr Kim and the rest of the staff are great! My first visit there was a few weeks ago. I went there because the last place I went just wanted more money from me and told me I needed all these additional things that I didn’t need and no one was friendly or let me even ask questions. Just rushed me in and out. This office is the complete opposite of the last one. Very first visit today for a cleaning. They took xrays plus color pictures of, supposedly, MY teeth. How do l know the pics are mine? Dentist comes in and claims 3 of my back teeth are CRACKED and if l sign the papers RIGHT NOW, RIGHT THIS MINUTE...he will take 5% off my bill of over $3,000. You will never find a more caring, (no pun intended), dental practice. Dr. Ben Kim is very kind and gentle. Dr. Kim's staff is friendly, welcoming and efficient. We have never been stuck in the waiting room (great coffee by the way) past our scheduled appointment times. Prices are much better than any dentist we have been to in the past. Honest upfront discussions on their costs and how much your insurance will cover. Their facilty has the latest equipment making it easier for the patient. For example, mobile x-ray machine comes to the patient instead of shuffling patients around like other pratices. We look forward to our 6 month cleaning appointments and our annual appointment as much as you possibly can look forward to going to the dentist. It is no longer a brutal necessity. I’m not sure if we made best decision. We’ve gone to appointments and end up with two or three new issues and MORE money. I went yesterday and had the staff walking back and forth looking in while doctors giving me grim news on teeth. It seems that the photos, X-rays and working with me and my husbands teeth for the duration of time should not have caused us to get two different procedures that cost us much more than first told. I’m really disappointed and now feel uncomfortable with if I made the best choice. I seems there were some existing issues that were not discussed that caused more money and possible issues with the rest of my teeth. My husband and I are questioning our decision to be a patient.

I went in for the $35 consultation and x-rays. The facility was extremely nice, clean, and modern. The staff was pretty friendly. If you have good dental this place is great. But I would advise you to stay away if you have no dental. Also, they only gave me a crumpled piece of paper when I tried to bring the X-rays elsewhere. I needed full X-rays when I went to the next dentist. I felt that their quote on my crown at over $1700 was high. They had some strange discount structures to their procedures that felt like I was at a car dealership. Also, despite voicing many times of wanting to go home and weigh my options the dentist kept urging me to set an appointment and open a credit card. *Edit: The $1700 was the cost I was quoted and I have it on a quote from the company. Also the tooth needed to be extracted not crowned* I got a second opinion by a local dentist that would save me over $500. Then I got quoted by case dental school for a fraction of the cost. I decided in the end to go to the case dental school because it's a lot more affordable.

I love this dental office! Albany cleaned my teeth, and she is the best hygienist! She is very thorough and very professional. Dr. Kim and Dr. Patel are amazing. They actually showed me pictures of my teeth so I could see what was going on in my mouth. Then the financial coordinator explained all of my options to me. The people at A Caring Dental Group are fantastic! Dr. Kim is personable, caring, and thorough. I hadn't been to the dentist in a couple of years. I had a missing tooth and was traveling out of town. I really wanted to replace the tooth quick, fast and in a hurry. When I went into the office I received an x-ray and had a cleaning (by Ashley). From the x-ray Dr. Kim saw that I had a developing cavity so I needed a root canal (more than I bargained for). Needless to say, the root canal was done, I was measured for a partial, I went to my follow-up appointments, and had my smile back all in a matter of three weeks, and the partial looks great! In between time Ashley, the dental hygienist, mailed me the most beautiful handwritten note after my cleaning. I can't say enough about A Caring Dental Group. THANK YOU!

I really liked the dentist office because the dentist and assistants really made it a pleasant experience. I have been terrified of the dentist after having a bad experience as a child and avoided the dentist at all costs for a good decade or probably longer. I eventually had to go in because I was having pain that I couldn’t stand any longer and had so much anxiety leading up to the appointment that I was debating on trying to just deal with the pain. Dr. Kim as well as the female dentist (I forget her name unfortunately, she is so so wonderful). The assistants were also so friendly and went beyond what they needed to help me stay calm. They keep you informed the entire time and show you pictures of the before and after so you can see what they are doing. It was a little pricey but considering I waited so long and the procedures I needed done, it was not that surprising so I would say pricing was fair in my case. I believe it would have been much cheaper and more manageable with pricing had I kept up with the dentist over the last decade and not waited so long. For being terrified of going to the dentist they made it as pleasant of an experience as possible for me. Will be going every 6 months. Would recommend.

A bunch of crooks and criminals trying to get you to sign up for dental work that you don't need and at points, you feel like they might not let you leave the office if you don't agree to get the work done!!! They use pressure techniques and worst case scenarios to get you to schedule for work and pay them TOP DOLLAR to get it done. They charge for everything under the sun including the gel foam they put in your tooth after they extract....call and ask any other dentist to see if they charge for that and they will say N. O. because it's highway robbery!!! Also, I read the reviews of this office (sadly, I read them AFTER I made the mistake of going....live and learn!) and there are people lamenting that they got treated this way and the person responding is BELITTLING them and screaming their PRIVATE RECORDS over all of Google????? Have you ever heard of HIIPA Dr Kim? And did you know you could get in major trouble for your staff announcing what people are and are not getting done in your office? Please get it together and stop pressuring people because it's not a good look!

I was overwhelmed going to other dentists when they talked about treatment plans that would cost thousands and thousands of dollars and never followed through. The manager arry? tried to act like she didnt know what I was talking about. Dr. Kim, Dr. Adams, and the staff are awesome! I've been a patient for a long time. A few years ago I had to find a different dentistry office, because of the work commute I had at the time. I hated having to go anywhere else, but I did. I went to a well known chain in the area and I was told by the dentist that I had about 7 cavities. That came as a shock, since I had never had a cavity before! It also seemed strange that I wasn't shown x-rays to prove it. They were pressuring me to get fillings done right away. I hesitated, because something didn't feel right. I ended up going back to 'A Caring Dental Group' and Dr. Kim confirmed I had NO cavities. I can't imagine how many people may have had work done at the other dentistry, without really needing it, and the expenses they may have paid falsely. Fast forward a few years later. I finally got a cavity for the first time and the Dr. Adams did an amazing job with the filling. He was so caring and made me feel at ease about the whole thing. I had a dental exam at A Caring Dental Group and Dr. Benedict Kim told me I needed 4 root canals. I found this hard to believe as I was in no pain at all. I went to another dentist for a second opinion and they showed me I did not need any root canals with their x-rays. Dr. Kim seems to be quite money hungry as there was an $8,000 difference in price.They also said they offered free fluoride treatment at no cost only to find out they tried to bill my insurance for it. I would NEVER recommend this place.

Dr. Kim and his staff are top rate. I can't think of anything negative about this office. I have been going to see A Caring Dental for almost 10 years now. My previous dentist (Today's Dentistry in Brooklyn OH) screwed up my teeth so bad.....he just wanted my money and I was in my early 20's and didn't know better. After being drilled to death a friend recommended Dr. Kim to me and I have never gone anywhere else. If nothing is broken, don't fix it, which is exactly what I want done for my teeth. I have been 'blessed' with terrible teeth. I take care of them - brush 2x day, floss, mouthwash - and still got cavities. Thankfully they are all taken care of now, but I can honestly say I will never consider going to another dentist. My family of 6 all see him and I am 100% pleased with my service. Also, Dr. Kim is not so arrogant that he feels that only he can preform significant tasks. When I was pregnant, one of my back teeth completely broke in half - it came out on a piece of ginger chew candy I was eating to help with my morning sickness. Instead of doing the root canal himself - he sent me to a specialist since I was pregnant and he didn't want to risk anything going wrong. That impressed me significantly - and the issue was handled promptly. If you are looking for a dentist, look no further. This is the best office in the greater Cleveland area!

I neglected my teeth for 20 years. If they don't hurt don't fix them, right. But then a year or so ago they did hurt bad. My wife had good experiences with Dr. Kim and I was desperate so I called. Dr Kim took me right in and took the pain away. I felt his observations were truthful and accurate and I agreed to begin the work he advised. Some teeth had to be removed and replaced with implants, some crowned and cavities filled. A lot of work! I think I've spent time in the chair with everyone in his office but mostly Dr Kim and his associate Dr Adam. I can tell you they are the best. Real artists. No wasted time. I can chew again and the teeth look great. We've finally come to my front teeth and I'm so excited. I've been ashamed to smile for years because my neglected front teeth were so ugly but in another few months Dr Kim will have put the smile back on my face. Is this too much? Sorry but it's the truth. 5 stars.

I was so happy when I found this group. I had a bridge fall out when two supporting teeth broke off underneath. No dental insurance. Was totally concerned what I would do. Living on social security and a widow. The bridge was four teeth right next to my front teeth. Dr. Kim had me come in to examine and explore the options. A very far price for first exam. Took rays, and gave me options. Also what it would cost up front. Thought I was going to be sick. But you can make payments. WOW. Was I grateful !!!!!! I must say the work was top guality. All state of the art equipment. Gave me q-tip to numb mouth before giving the shots. If he felt I was felt pain stopped procedure to help block pain. Had to have two root canals of broken teeth. Was a BREEZE. Came back next appt. And he put temporary teeth in. AGAIN WOW. Was I happy. Had teeth again. Next appointment got beautiful new bridge. What a great team they have here. Dr Kim and his staff are kind, patient, friendly, and caring! I came in as a new patient with a loose crown (after not having gone to a dentist in a couple of years). After the exam I learned I needed 2 new crowns and root canals on both teeth. I was so scared! The staff reassured me and provided very individual attention. They also moved up my scheduled appointment when I suddenly developed horrible pain in the area a few days after my first appointment. I had the work done 3 days ago, and though I am still recovering, I couldn't be happier with how well I am feeling now, my overall experience, and the work that was done. I was kept comfortable during the procedure and everything they did was clearly explained to me before, during, and after. Also, the hours at A Caring Dental Group are much more accommodating than most dentists' offices. Like many people, I work Monday through Friday and they offer evening and weekend appointments that most dentists do not. I have had many good and bad dental experiences through the years since I am 73. I am so glad I decided to go get a second opinion from Dr. Ben Kim. I had been suffering with a toothache on and off and was given one diagnosis by a dental group that didn't seem right. Caring Dental Group took X-rays and Dr. Kim showed me the abscess and prescribed antibiotics before the extraction. The procedure itself was totally PAINFREE. I am not exaggerating.
