Both kind and professional. They rescued me from another dentist. I received quality care and everyone from the front desk to the dentist was so caring. Maple Family Dental is now my forever dentist. I live a little ways away but I would much rather drive farther and receive the amazing service I got at Maple Famiy Dentist than go back to Fargo Moorhead Dental And Dentures. I was also impressed with their thoroughness. At the other place I felt like an assembly line product.But not at Maple Family Dental. I couldn’t be happier. If you are looking for a dentist that practices gentleness, caring and professionalism then Maple Family Dental is worth the drive.

Had a really great experience today at Maple family dental. The dental facility is very nice and immediately child friendly, which is a huge plus for our family! My hygienist (forgot her name) did an excellent job and was super nice. She explained what was going on throughout the cleaning and just made an excellent overall impression. Dr. Bultema was great and actually went above and beyond to take care of some documentation requirements. We will be going back!

I have been terrified of dentists for years, causing my poor teeth significant problems and pain. They literally made me feel at ease. They answered all my questions and didn't make me feel afraid in the least. I actually look forward to my upcoming appointments to do my work I have neglected for so long. Beautoful office, doesn't smell all dentisty! They even have a playroom for kids. I would reccomend them especially if yiu have dentist phobias. A plus!

This is a great practice with great people. I appreciate how every hygienist there is considerate with your teeth and the possible pain factor involved with what they're doing. Everyone there is also very conscious about saving you money and explaining what your insurance may or may not cover and then offering alternative options. They also have a babysitter on certain days in their play area. I love this place and I'm so glad we switched my family to here.

Second time visiting-first time I wasnt even a patient I just live in Horace and had a chipped tooth late Friday afternoon. Dr came in on his off time and fixed it right up for me! I'm now a patient and had my first real visit today. Christy was awesome, so friendly and felt like we had been friends how nice she was and how easy convo was with her throughout the appt. She always made sure I was doing good and I'm not one who enjoys going to the dentist. I've now switched my entire family over! Thanks Maple Family!

I’m away from home working, and I had to find someone to get into ASAP for a tooth that is broken and was causing me pain. From the moment that the email request to be seen was sent there was prompt follow up (on Labor Day) and a phone call at 7:00 a.m. the next morning just like they said they would do! I have 2 dental offices that never even bothered to follow up. I was pretty much going first come first serve, and I was super lucky that Maple Family Dental ended up being the choice. I’ve obviously never been there, but they made me feel like I’d been a life long patient. Thank you so much to everyone who helped me today. Now let’s hope my pending root canal experience at the referral office goes just as well!

Good things pop up in smaller places. Just on the outskirts of the small village of Horace, you’ll find Maple Family Dental. And within their walls, you’ll find professionals who know their stuff and care about you personally. I have seen all ages there when I have been in for cleanings and needed work. They obviously are doing something right. My favorite on staff is Christy Ambrose. She makes a routine cleaning seem like a coffee break with an old friend. Well done MFD!

I had such a positive experience at Maple Family Dental! They were so accommodating, and their in-house childcare is so convenient. The whole office is super kid-centric, while maintaining a professional atmosphere appealing adults too! Both my 1 and 2 year olds had their first dentist visit, and even though one was not complient, they were so good with him. They also explained the work I needed done, and provided a care plan, with estimates, for different options! I just can't say enough good about my experience- keep up the good work!

Absolutely love the staff and Dr Bultima! Have tried 4 different dentists in Fargo looking for a new one and stopped looking after I tried him! Honest work, does not look for the opportunity to add on unnecessary work and will work to find options that meet the need but are cost effective! Been here for over a year and have converted my family to him too! They are also very active in the school district to bring awareness to the kids-my elementary child tried some really cool brushing tests that she brought home! Highly recommended dentist (and I'm picking!)!!!

This place is just the best. It’s got sparkly new building (with an fun LEGO mascot), and all the new gadgets like TVs on the ceiling and standing X-ray machine. But the best part is they really have their stuff together. You walk in and the dental assistant remembers you and your family even though it’s been 6 months!! That’s pretty welcoming. Plus, the dentist takes time to explain what he’s looking at so you aren’t confused. I just can’t say enough how much I like it at this place. No wonder they keep getting awards. Keep up the good work guys!

Maple Family Dental does a great job educating students in our community. The kindergarten and first graders at our school were engaged and thoroughly enjoyed the dental health presentation they gave. So many great visuals, active involvement, and a song that made learning about their teeth fun! Each kid left with a new tooth brush and smile on their face!!
