I am very happy with the care I received during after a tooth extraction. Dr. Brady and her staff are always friendly and caring. Plus when I had some issues with bleeding after the extraction I was worked into their schedule and taken care of. Thank you Dr Brady and your staff.

Had my first ever visit today and it was way better than expected. I'm used to a white, hospital-like facility that smells sterile and feels cold. Ideal Image Dentistry and Spa was the complete opposite. They have a very friendly staff and an inviting office. I especially like the modern look and the windows in the rooms make me feel less confined.

Had a root canal done, which was $1800+ With the crown- after the root canal still had pain, so after a lot of hassle and complaint about the tooth was seen for a “follow up” apt. I was given a rx of antibiotics and said that it would take time to heal. Fast forward a year or so, I switched dentist because I knew something wasn’t right with the tooth I had a root canal on, and ideal image kept blowing it off like no big deal. My new dentist did xrays and sent me to a specialist for a root canal on the same tooth. The specialist said that it was the poorest root canal he ever seen done and roughly only half the root was removed. That cost me an additional 1900 dollars, and a lot of pain and suffering.

Very unpleasent experience. Called and schedualed appt ahead of time. Showed up today and was refused service because they didnt want to accept my insurance card. Wasted time out of my day. The front desk lady marlys is also not friendly at all as she refused me service and i was given wrong info. They tried to tell me i had to pay bill in full today. I will never go back

Just finished another "visit to Ideal Image Dentistry and Spa. I have been a patient since before it became Ideal Image and I have always been impressed and pleased with the service, the staff and Dr. Brady. My experience and contacts have been great and actually, I didn't think it was possible, continue to get even better. The staff is friendly, caring, professional, and super competent. Dr. Brady sets the highest standards for her office and profession. And she is right on top of the new technologies. I am grateful for the awesome care and services.

The appointment was great! The staff and Dr. Brady were so friendly and knowledgeable! I loved that they also recommended treatments without pressure and they were sensitive to peoples budgets. The reception staff was very friendly and provided a bunch of information for us. She also reviewed the invoice and billing thoroughly. The paraffin hand treatment was a great perk :) In full disclosure, our appointment started late but I left feeling well taken care of and special so that didn't even bother me in the end. Thank you! I'll definitely be back!

I have been coming here for years. It’s a friendly, professional environment and all of the hygienists I’ve seen are wonderful. I currently see Stacie and absolutely love her! They switched dentists years ago when the former dentist retired. I was very happy with him and am equally pleased with his replacement. They have a customer for life.

My 3 yr old twins had a fear of dentists. When we took them to see Dr. Brady and staff they cried and put up a horrible fuss before could get them into the exam room. That was 6 months ago. Earlier this week they ran into the office and when their turn was called they ran into the exam room. That kind of change happens ONLY when the doctor and staff are great and make people comfortable. I can't thank Dr. Brady and staff enough for making my kids so excited to come and see them!

I use to hate going to the dentist and than I came here and it totally changed my prospective on a dentist and they are so nice and gentle and patient and made me feel really comfortable and safe.
