They worst dentist I've ever been to. Need to get your teeth cleaned? Expect only half of them to be cleaned and have to schedule another appointment. Have a cavity? Expect to schedule MULTIPLE appointments. I don't know how you can even call that good customer service.

As usual, Rachel, the dental hygienist, at DDA was on time and provided an excellent service, beginning with a review of my teeth, followed by the actual cleaning procedure, only interrupted by Dr Stevens who thoroughly inspected each tooth as well as other aspects of my oral health. Once the dentist was finished, Rachel picked right up where she had left off and finished her tasks. Another pleasant visit to the dentist!!! At another time: I broke a tooth last Friday. On Monday, I called the DDA and asked for an appointment. The DDA representative scheduled me for an appointment the following morning. Upon arrival, I was taken immediately to the cubicle and seated after which my tooth was photographed and Xrayed. Soon after, Dr Stevens came in to evaluate the damage. After some polishing, I was on my way. Quick, competent, and completed with confidence.

I have been a patient of Dakota Dental and Dr. Bothun's since he graduated Dental School. I'm always impressed on how he continues his education and is up to speed on the newest techniques and technologies. Those techniques and technologies benefit me, the patient. Through the years he's done crowns, cavities, cosmetic work, TMJ treatments and even diagnosed a blocked mucus duct! My time is valuable. Waiting for Dr. Bothun is minimal and I appreciate he can do some procedures in one visit. His sense of humor and warmth puts me at ease while I'm in the chair. I trust him and it shows. I have a beautiful smile that I'm very proud of and love to use ;0D.

I was here to have a second opinion on which tooth was causing me pain for the last 2 months. Dr. Cummings tested the tooth I thought it was and came to the conclusion it would likely be a root canal. My fourth one. Never fun but at least I know now. I need an implant as well in a different spot and was quoted 6k elsewhere. Finding out it is only about 3k was enough to make my day.

The cleaning and care was wonderful. The seating was comfortable. My only complaint is the feeling of judgment i got from the receptionist. If you arent well coiffed and stain free... i get the feeling she wishes you gone. But the hygienist and dentist did not seem to be as judgemental. They were very kind and professional.

I would give this dentists more stars if I could. I called and told them I was having issues they got me into the soonest appointment they could. I called back the next day to tell them I was in severe pain and they got me in within one business day. I even showed up late due to road conditions they still got me in as quickly as possible. Great modern dental office! The staff is always very friendly and good at explaining things so one can understand what they are doing! The office is set up to do ortho as well, so when an issue arises with my permanent orthodontic work, Dr. Bothun is able to fix it immediately. I've also had Dr. Stevens for check-ups and she is great! I have always been impressed with the amount of technology in the office from scheduling to x-rays, it really seems to speed up the visit!

I have very bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist and Dakota Dental and all the staff have made me feel comfortable there. Although I have only been twice, both times have been pleasant! I would give a full 5 stars but I am saddened that they will no longer be in my insurance network after May first. Otherwise I highly recommend them and will still continue to see them out of network! UPDATE. I just got a crown replaced and it was by far the most pleasant experience and I have severe anxiety. THey were so accommodating and sweet about everything!!! I wish I would have been seeing this facility my entire time in grand forks

I'm impressed. I visited today for a cleaning and x-rays. The facility is very welcoming and so is the staff. I was impressed by the use of technology in every aspect. Patient history was done via a computer rather than that dreadful paper and clipboard. What I really want to talk about, though, is my Dental Hygienist Amber. Her interpersonal skills were great. She was always paying attention to my comfort as the patient and she was very skilled at her job. Amber made it the most comfortable and by far best visit I've ever had at the dentist.

I called this dental office to find help for my daughter who had a cracked tooth. I made it clear that she was in pain and would need treatment that day. After their assurances that she could be helped that day I made an appointment and paid $138.00 up front "for records" they told me were necessary. After taking X-rays and meeting with the dentist she was told that she would need to come back in two weeks to get the tooth repaired. I reminded them that they promised to do the repair today and that she was in pain. The receptionist told me that was the soonest she could be helped. I specifically chose this office because the website said they offer emergency care. I ended up taking my daughter to a different dentist the next day who repaired her tooth.
