Expressed that I had just gotten insurance and needed a dentist that would take me as I chipped my tooth. The person on the phone was very judgemental and annoyed at me. I got off the phone and went elsewhere. Big red flag for me, I won't work with someone who looks down on me.

We visited for the first time this week for my six-year old daughter's appointment. Hygienist Walter explained everything to her thoroughly in a fun way and Dr. Mack was very kind and took the time to get to know me. We will be back for my husband and I to get x-rays and a cleaning!
