They were able to get me in last minute for an emergency extraction and handled everything better than I could have ever imagined. They took a very difficult situation and made it go as smoothly as possible. They also explained the charges with my copays and deductibles with my insurance very clearly. They are very affordable. I will be bringing my whole family here from now on.

1. I absolutely hate going to the dentist. Unless I am in pain, I will do anything to avoid having to go. Well, turns out THAT was a bad idea and I had to have some serious work done. I was so scared, nervous, dreadful.... I had nightmares. I called numerous times prior to the "big day" with questions and worries. I was reassured and told it would be ok. I didn't believe it would be as easy as they said it would be. Oh my goodness... these ladies weren't kidding. It was a breeze and all my stress seems ridiculous now. They are amazing!!! I will never doubt them again! 2. My daughter has dentist anxiety from previous dentists. It has caused so much anxiety that even I cant barely stand to watch it. Dr. Berg and ALL the wonderful ladies here walk her through every step, show her the tools they are going to use, and cheer her on when she's getting work done. They are so quick and thorough, she cant believe she's done when it's over! I cannot thank these lovely ladies enough for the care and compassion they have. They are really THE BEST!

They do a great job! I had work done when I was in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy and laying flat too long would cause me to become lightheaded and close to passing out but they were able and willing to work with me. Little by little we were able to finish what needed to be done

Very happy with my visit to Bridge City Dentistry! They we're very gentle and reassuring during the entire visit. The fact that they we're so informative and explained everything in detail was so refreshing. Not once we're they pushy or forceful with any of the work I need done. I really felt like I was in the driver's seat with my dental benefit's and they gave very helpful advise on how to use them to there potential. Bridge City is so great. I've always had anxiety with going to the dentist but once I switched to bridge city, my anxiety has calmed immensely. I've had a lot of dental work done and Dr. Lagein has always been patient and kind. Both she and Dr. Berg are extremely knowledgable and excellent at their job. The rest of the staff have always been friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommended!!

Although I was here when they first opened. I did like the dentist she was cool. However, the staff was rude. My appointment was scheduled in the dead winter. I had car issues and a newborn and Was trying to reschedule. She stressed that i needed to make it and the doctor wouldnt reschedule. So i ended up canceling the whole appointment. The next week or so they tried to ask if I wanted to reschedule i was so unmoved that i found another dentist who actually told me my tooth that they were trying to pull was fine. I grind my teeth and he recommended a mouth guard piece-helped me out alot.

AMAZING OFFICE!!! Arrived with all three kiddos in tow--ages 13, 9 & 8----apologetically, we were 5-8 minutes late & they were so understanding!!! They were professional, processed insurance well (including helping us find our insurance plan number...cheers to the office staff...they were diligent!).....dental staff and Dr. Berg were stellar with each of our kids & explained future needs well....&......drum roll please....kids have been brushing & flossing 2x/day, happily, since our appointment to avoid the yuckies!! I have had nothing but excellent service from when I walk in the door to when I leave from my appointment. Their kind reminders a few days ahead to the smile on their face every time you walk in the door is so calming. Who really likes going to the dentist??
