After being less then satisfied with my old dentist I joined my wife at Amundson Dentistry. It was the best experience I have ever had going to the dentist. They took their time with me, explaining everything that they were doing and my teeth never felt so clean afterwards. Dr. Amundson and his staff went the extra mile making me feel like they really care about me and my oral health.

Normally going to the dentist isn't a pleasant experience, but going to Dr. Amundson and staff has been the best experience going to a dentist that I've ever had. They are all professional and extremely well qualified. The other thing I've enjoyed is that we have built a longstanding personal relationship as well and they treat their patients like they are the most important person. I believe they are the most qualified dental practice in our area, but what I love the most is that they do a great job making this the best experience possible. It's like catching up with friends every time I go, and I get the added bonus of being taken care of extremely well from everyone, whether it's the dental work, scheduling, insurance issues or some other area. Just can't say enough positive things about them.

I had chipped my tooth and needed to get it fixed immediately. Being from out of town I had no record with any dentistry in Grand Forks and Kim was very friendly and accommodating to my needs. The same goes for Dr. Amundson. I had my tooth fixed within the hour of my appointment. Very friendly staff and comfortable environment. 5 star experience!

I was very pleased with my experience at Dr. Amundson's office. I randomly found this dentist online when I was searching which dentist offices accepted my dental insurance. Kim was extremely kind and helpful on the phone when I first scheduled my appointment. I was able to make an appointment right away, unlike another office I had called, which was completely booked until October. Kim, the hygienist, was also very friendly and did a great job on my cleaning, being gentle, making conversation, and explaining what she was doing. I felt very comfortable during my entire cleaning. When Dr. Amundson came in, he recognized me from my job at Starbucks and made conversation trying to get to know me a little more. He checked my teeth and after everything looked great, they gave me a little "care package." All of the staff was extremely personable and I would definitely recommend anyone to go there.

I have been a fan of Dr. Roger Amundson for about 40 years! Today I had a check up and cleaning by Dr. Scott Amundson. I have never in my 56 years had a more gentle, thorough and informative experience. I've never been a huge fan of going to the Dentist (due to horrible childhood dentistry exp.). Young Dr. Amundson is fresh out of Dental School and is WONDERFUL!...do NOT hesitate to book an appointment!

Kim was so kind to get me in at a moment's notice when a couple of my teeth were messed up. She got me in quickly to see Dr. Roger, but also the next day for an emergency root canal fix. Dr. Roger has always been so kind and he is an excellent dentist. Kim is one of the nicest receptionists I have ever met. Kristen, one of the staff assistants was also cheerful, kind and competent. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

Hands down the best service I have ever received from any dentist or medical provider of any kind! From the moment I called to set up an appointment till the moment I left every interaction was great. Kim had a great attitude on the phone and I could tell she truly wanted to get a chance to earn my business. She emailed me a reminder before and a thank you after as well. Right when I walked in the door, Kim was quick to welcome me and had a very positive and almost contagious attitude. She even came out from behind her desk to shake my hand an properly introduce herself. Bree did an excellent job through the entire process as well, explaining everything she was doing along the way and why she was doing it. She was very polite and caring and was able to keep as much of a conversation going as you can with someone getting there teeth cleaned, which really made the cleaning go by quickly. Dr. Amundson rounded out the experience with a quick visit and look over at the end and he was very interactive and continued to ask questions simply trying to get to know me and my concerns. He showed sincerity and a clear desire to build a relationship with me as a customer not just get in get out and take the check. I could just tell the entire staff was very customer/client focused and they simply wanted to do their best to do what was best for me as well as earn my trust, and they certainly did!

Dr. Amundson has been my dentist for many years. I clench/grind my teeth in my sleep and have done so for as long as I can remember. This causes headaches and jaw and facial pain, but has always been a normal thing for me. Throughout my 3X/year dental visits, my hygienist Kim has gently encouraged me to have a night guard made, but I just never did. This fall, Kim made the suggestion again, and shared additional details about the serious damage nightly grinding can cause. I try to always take very good care of my teeth, so I knew it was time to protect them better. Dr. Amundson made me a night guard, and since getting it, I never miss a single night using it. It is small, comfortable to wear, and I no longer have a bit of face or jaw pain. I've been extremely surprised and pleased - I only wish I'd decided to have it made long ago! Thank you, Dr. Amundson & team!

I just went to Dr. Amundson for the first time this week and loved it! The office is clean and inviting, and the staff there are great - I felt completely comfortable the whole time. After my cleaning, my dental hygienist stayed and chatted with me while we waited for Dr. Amundson to look at my x-rays and then check my teeth, which was only a couple of minutes. I would highly recommend Dr. Amundson and his team for any dental needs - he and his team are genuine and professional. You'll feel welcome from the moment you walk through the door.

I'm an out of towner with no dentist in Grand Forks. Imagine my surprise when my crown fractured! Dr. Amundson and his staff welcomed me into their practice so warmly and were so generous in providing the repairs I so desperately needed. In addition, the entire staff were kind, caring and thoughtful. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Amundson's dental practice to anyone, and in fact, have done so already today and will continue for this rest of my stay in Grand Forks. They certainly made a wonderfully warm impression of North Dakotans on this New Yorker! Did I forget to mention that they saw me for an emergency (no-appointment) in LESS than 3 hours??? Great service!

During my visit, I was helped by Kim, Rachael, and Dr. Amundson. They were all wonderful, caring people, and very helpful throughout the whole process. They had me in their office within an hour of me calling, and I received a temporary filling to even out the jagged edge of my chipped tooth and alleviate the pain in my tongue. I have been going to this dental office for a couple of years now with my husband. I was a little apprehensive as my last dentist was rough. Upon first walking in the door, Kim at the front desk was amazingly sweet and kind. I walked back with another hygienist who has since retired but was equally sweet throughout the whole process and told me all about Roger before he even walked in the room. Roger was gentle and caring as well. He took very amazing care to help correct issues and always explained things I didn't understand. Every single time I go in, I know I can expect the same service from everyone on staff. They are always warm and welcoming. Every time you walk in the door they know your name without having to look and they remember previous conversations and will talk with you about it. I have honestly never seen such amazing service anywhere else.
