I was in ND visiting my family and I was woken early one morning with a HORRIBLE toothache! I was miserable! My sister told me to call her dentist and I was sure that they wouldn't help because I lived in FL. To my shock they got me right in and in a matter of about a half an hour the work was DONE! The staff is AMAZING and Dr. Hoerner was fantastic, professional and caring! They literally saved my vacation. I cannot be more grateful! If I didn't live 2000 miles away my entire family of 6 would have a new dentist!

I had a routine checkup,, cleaning, and x-rays plus elective dental work that involved 2 teeth(repair a cracked filling and replace a crown). Kristi, my hygienist did, what I feel, was a thorough job and was very personable and answered all my questions. Dr. Tony was very gentle with the Novocain, and was very concerned with every detail as he performed his work. I'm very satisfied with this office.

I had my annual cleaning and films done. I go once a year and always have Holly as my dental hygienist. Dr. Frank came to due his exam and everything was good. I would recommended A Lifetime of Smiles whether you see Dr. Frank or Dr. Hoerner.

I have had wonderful experiences at A Lifetime of Smiles! I hadn't been to a dentist in a few years and my hygienist, Kate, did an amazing job doing a deep cleaning on my teeth and she is always teaching while she works which I love. The staff has made me feel very comfortable and I can tell they truly care about me and the health of my teeth. For me, going to the dentist had always been something I dread, but when you have awesome support from your dental care team it makes it so much more bearable!

My initial visit was a nightmare with the front office help. The underlining concern was not my mouth and the pain I was in. The subject was clearly financial which I had no problems with. It was when you took me in the back sat me down wrap me up in my little apron and the office lady enters my room with more financial concerns again, I reinsure her that it was okay. She left my room look at the dental assistant and states "it's a go, it's a go." Right at the doorway of my room. I was going to consult with a dentist while i was there because "I dont like my smile" and see what he could offer me, but when he came in and didn't even offer it to me, would be the last time I walk through YOUR doors. Pulled tooth = 460$ I won't be back.

Worst dentists office ive ever been too. The first time my teeth were worked on the cut the back teeth too much and now i have permanent jagged teeth the cut my tounge. when i asked them too fix it they said its normal. I missed my very first appointment due to illness. a month later after 2 ontime visits i realised an hour after my third appointment that i forgot about it. called it in and they refused to schedule me. tried explaining that ony reason i missed was i was off buy a day i thought it was the 9th. ive been stressing due to an eviction and planning to move. the woman on the phone was blatantly unwlling to even try working with me claiming that they had to put of "emergency clients" till tomarrow. I have a gaping hole in a molar from an accident and now i have half my mouth worked on and half of it not. on top of that during my last visit the dentist was watching tv while working on my teeth and randomly got up to go work on another client leaving me sitting there with my mouth pried open. worst office do not go.

Filling out the paperwork was plenty enough for us!!!!! I will never again step foot in the. Lifetime of Smiles Dentistry after how the women at the front desk tried to make me look stupid in front of other patients & workers there at the time. All because I sign my rights of acknowledgement diffetently sense thats my right to & cuz that's what I was raised to do those 2 women went back & brought 2 more employees to front also cuz none of them understood why I sign things the way I do so I told her the law number to look it up on the internet & they just couldn't seem to get what I was saying!! Besides i told them all i needed was to get this painful infected tooth out as soon as possible they saud they wouldnt take me unless i signed differently. Really!!! Wow people are seriously that rude, pathetic & disrespectable!!!! All 4 women stood there talking back & forth loudly & very rudely trying to act like they are some high class important women ha. Well apparently they need to sit down n remember that they are there for the phone & to try using a computer, their not anymore important then any of us. I have never experienced anything so terrible!!! Those women were the most unprofessional ppl ive ever seen all I needed was a tooth pulled & antibiotics right away, not like they were paying the bill for me ya kno. Already started legal action against them. Nobody's else need to be mistreated in any way esp like that from anyone!!!! Esp a dental office!!!!!!

Dr Frank and his staff are always excellent. They’re friendly and welcoming, very informative and helpful with your payment options and scheduling, and great at addressing any questions and concerns. They also take your preferences into consideration when referring out. The office is always clean, also. All in all a really great place to go!

Dental visits aren't my #1 option but this office makes it more than tolerable. I needed a few teeth fixed so Dr Derik put me to sleep and got it all done. Don't remember much from the whole appointment so it couldn't have been too bad lol

I loved how quickly I got in with how much pain I was in, the reception was wonderful and friendly and the nurses were great. I found the dentist to be mildly condescending and in a hurry to through his patients. During my extraction he spent his time talking to the nurse not his patient and it has been a week and I am in more pain now then I was before. I can literally say I have the worst headache of my life. As far as dentist mine was quick and efficient but was lacking in a bedside manner and I believe that that is what left me in so much pain, there was not a gentle touch there at all. Use them if you want speed and results.

Dr. Frank has been our dentist since 2013 and we could not be more pleased with the dental office, with his assessment of needed treatment, and how personable and reassuring he is during that treatment. Christy is just the best dental hygienist. It should be noted that we never have to wait more than a minute or two for our appointments. Our decision to become patients of Dr. Frank was carefully thought out and we have nothing but good to say about him.

My little brother had a cavity and they said then were just going to put a silver cap on it. I was fine with it but 2 days later my brother is eating and chokes on the silver cap. I feel like he wasn't properly worked on and his tooth under the cap is all chopped up.

My dental hygienist is wonderful. Very personable and she does a great job!! And Dr. Frank is very capable and good at what he does. He really cares about making sure that you are comfortable and he doesn't try to push procedures on you that insurance doesn't cover. He will cover all different options with you and then let you choose what you want to do based on your insurance coverage and/or willingness to take care of.
