Dr Jenny and Dr Yvette have an excellent bedside manner, they are very meticulous and the entire staff is clearly passionate about caring for children. They make the little ones feel comfortable right from the start. They are all about patient education, and they have taught me so much about how to care for our kids' teeth. They also put your little one's safety first and do any surgical treatments or anesthesia treatments at Duke. They have my absolute highest recommendation. You will not be disappointed.

This is a *great* Dentist's office. Everyone makes an effort to give your kids a pleasant experience of going to the Dentist (which can be traumatic for some kids) and Dr. Jenny has some fun, creative incentives to help kids practice healthy dental habits. For example, if your child has a low enough plaque score (i.e, minimal plaque) they get a token to get a toy at the end of their visit. If their plaque score is too high, they don't. My older kids saw their little sister get a toy and were very motivated to get one themselves at their next visit. They actually asked me to make them a Dentist's appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Jenny & her team!

We had a great experience. My 2 y/o isn’t on my dental insurance yet so I paid out of pocket. I felt that the price was very reasonable. The dental assistant, Pat, was extremely kind and definitely went at my son’s pace when it came to his exam and care. She is extremely knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and even asked questions to clarify his medical history (this always impresses me because I often feel that no one ever reads the history). Dr. Jenny is professional, kind, and extremely down to earth. She also took the time to help my son be comfortable, addressed all my concerns, and treated us both with kindness and respect. I made another appointment for 6 months from now and will be sticking with Triangle Kids for the foreseeable future. I’m very happy with the care my son received here.

Honestly the best care for my little girl! I was so worried about her first dental appt but the minute I walked through the door they made not only my little one comfortable but myself as well. I was able to talk with the woman at the desk because one of the women was keep her busy playing in the waiting room and then when we went back they went slow and explained everything to my little one and myself! She took the time to explain her findings and show me areas she was worried about. The office manager and front desk staff were also terrific. Very helpful in getting appointments for all my kids on the same day, and the whole appointment was so efficient. We were done much sooner than I had expected. Glad we went to them!

I had an 8am appointment for my 2 kids and was a bit worried that the waiting room was totally full. However, they have a very smooth process and we got called back immediately. No one else was waiting a long time either, everything was so planned out. Every staff person was so friendly and helpful from front desk to hygenists to dentists. Dr Jenny listens to me and doesn't try to push extra treatments. She is very understanding of overwhelmed parents and accommodates to what we are able to do. We started out when Dr Hill was the owner but Dr Jenny and her team have really won us over. I should add that my boys never freak out about going, they even enjoy it (the 5 year old especially) and that includes my older one having had several cavity and sealant procedures.

We live 2 hours away and choose this place because how great there care is because we wanted only the best for our special son! A great place to take your kids! The waiting area is kid-friendly as is the room where they are treated. They offer them sunglasses to protect their eyes from the bright lights and have a variety of shows/movies they can watch. There were a couple of times my toddler was being ornery about being at the dentist and the staff were able to "bring him around" by engaging him. It's clear they know how to work with kids. Dr. Jenny is very knowledgeable and kind as is the staff. Kids get sticker, prize, and the routine tooth health items.

I have had many different staff members work on my children and they have all been loved by my girls. The only reason for the 4 star rating is the limited insurance companies they except. I do get reimbursed in a timely manner, but I wish I didn't have to fork out 400 for a cleaning for two kids when it's covered.

Today we took her to see Dr Yvette And she did a thorough evaluation of my toddlers teeth even though it was difficult. Of course every practice has room for improvement so my only recommendation would be for the scheduler to confirm which doctor we will see as we schedule appt with one dentist and end up seeing another. My 6-year-old son and I had a great experience with hygienist Kellie and Dr. Yvette on our first visit with Triangle Kids this week. After a very short wait, Kellie called us back to begin the appointment. Kellie did a great job interacting with both my son and me. She asked questions regarding my son's eating and drinking habits, but in a very nonjudgmental way. She offered a few tips and suggestions of areas for improvement. She also provided me with a rating of how effectively my son is brushing (on a scale of 0 to 18), which no prior dentist has ever provided. This is important information for her to share, as my son brushes his own teeth (morning and night) and it was good to get confirmation that he's doing a good job. Next, we met Dr. Yvette, who also interacted with both of us very well. She had a chat with me and my son about his thumb-sucking, but she wasn't too harsh about it (as a few dentists have been in the past). She offered that when he starts to lose his baby teeth might be a good time to ramp up our efforts to help him stop his thumb-sucking, because he'll no longer be able to get a very good suction and his gums might be sore. I had never heard of that before, but it makes sense, and it was timely information to share as he has a few (slightly) loose teeth. Overall I was very pleased with our experience at Triangle Kids. I highly recommend them!

I truly wanted to love this practice but it wasn't for us. They were all very kind and welcoming but they told us our daughter had 2 cavities. We sought other opinions and were told our child has no cavities. When they told us she had cavities, they listed a bunch of foods we should cut back on, but we don't eat any of those foods. I think their intentions are good but we left feeling really guilty about our child's teeth and really confused about how such a small child could have 2 cavities. I'm glad we followed up with other practices since filling cavities would have been really expensive and put our kid through unnecessary worry.

My six year old daughter recently joined Triangle Kids practice, and I had the opportunity to bring her for her first filling. This was my first visit to the clinic, and I was deeply impressed. The entire experience is catered to children. I remember dreading the dentist as a child, but my daughter could not be happier to go to see her dentist. I heard her laughing the entire time she received a filling. This is the most caring, open, and thoughtful dental experience for children I have ever experienced. I have not mentioned the dentists yet, but they are great--but they are not the focus of this clinic, your child is. We had a great first trip to the dentist with my son. The hygenist, Pat, was so kind and gentle with my son. She made him feel comfortable and prepared for when the dentist came in. Dr. Yvette was great. She was also gentle with my son and got him to open up his mouth to floss, brush, and count his teeth. No tears and he actually enjoyed his first trip to the dentist. The highlight for him was when Pat let him pick a prize at the end. I definitely recommend this practice to any parent.

We moved to NC in July and have two kids. We loved our pediatric dentist back home and were worried we might not find another one that we meshed with as well. Triangle Kids came highly recommended and we went to our first visit today. We are super pleased and our kids loved it! As a parent, it was really hard to hear that one of my children had cavities (they’ve never had cavities before) but Dr. Jenny explained everything really well and even showed us the areas on the x-rays. Her delivery of this news definitely helped take some of the sting out. The staff was super friendly and fun (everyone was dressed up for “pajama day”) If you have kids and are looking for a pediatric dentist that still takes their time to address their patients personally and is patient in helping parents understand their child’s dental needs—I highly recommend Dr. Jenny Citineni at Triangle Kids - Pediatric Dentistry.

Hands down the best pediatric dentistry office! Everyone of the staff members are so friendly from check-in to check-out at both the Roxboro and Durham office. The convenience of being able to take my children for routine cleanings in Roxboro instead of commuting to Durham is a huge plus. Dr. Jenny, Dr. Yvette, and Tracy have been exceptional with my children. Highly recommend!

My 4 year old son experienced his first dental visit at Triangle Kids Pediatric Dentistry. He is typically introverted and skeptical of new situations. Dr. Jenny and Ms. Leah did a great job of making him feel comfortable and he was compliant with all requests. He actually stated that he had fun! The compassion, care and professionalism demonstrated to us was worth the visit and very appreciated. We will definitely be long term patients at Triangle Kids Pediatric Dentistry! Dr. Jenny and her staff saw all three of my children at once yesterday for a first appointment in her office. We found them all to be kind, patient and very informative. Our children were treated like they were their own, especially our youngest who had not been to the dentist before. We received information on diet, dental hygiene and what to expect in the future regarding orthodontics. We were also not asked to remain in the waiting room, but were invited into the treatment area with our children. Our baby cheerfully left the office saying "I want to come to the dentist again!" I highly recommend this practice for their knowledge and dental care, but mostly for their way with children and their encouragement of parents to participate in the appointment. Excellent all around!
