We have been with this practice since my kids were in preschool--they are now in high school and still LOVE coming to see Dr. Goldenberg and all of his staff. My oldest will be going to college next year & has no plans of switching to a more "mature" practice. Dr. Goldenberg makes everyone feel like they are his only client. He and his staff Always take time to answer questions and give superb care. We recommend this practice to everyone who is looking.

Our son genuinely gets excited about the dentist. He adores the staff but I secretly think he goes for the train. The doctors always take time to talk to us and our conversations never feel rushed. The wifi for parents as we wait in the lobby is an additional perk. My only wish is for this to be a family practice so I can care for my teeth at GCPD too!

My 15 year old has been seeing Dr. Goldenberg since he was 5 years old and my 8 year old since his first dental appointment. I cannot say enough good things about this office and the staff. Everyone is kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. As a child and into adulthood, I have had a fear of going to the dentist due to some experiences as a child. I am beyond happy that my children have no fear when they have a dentist appointment, even when they need fillings. I know it is because of Dr. Goldenberg and the amazing staff here. They continue to exceed my expectations.

We took our 3 year old daughter to this dentist and were so happy that we did! She can't stop talking about how much she loved the dentist and wants to go back. The staff are kind and were great with her. We had a question that both the hygienist and dentist spent a lot of time explaining. We would recommend this practice to anyone with small children.

This is the BEST children's dentist! I went here along with my 2 siblings when I was a child and now I take my son here. My son has needed A LOT of work done on his teeth because of lack of natural enamel and they were amazing! This is the only doctor's office my son actually enjoys visiting (mostly because of the train set they have in the back) but also because they make him feel comfortable and safe while hes back their with him. They explain everything to me in a way I understand completely and I can always trust they are doing what's best for my son. Even when I moved farther away and there were a lot closer pediatric dentist locations, I still made the drive to Greensboro to take my son here. All of the dentists here have worked on my son and I HIGHLY recommend all of them at this location.

My 2yo daughter loved this dentist office so much that she threw a tantrum when it was time to go! The staff is very friendly and there are lots of toys in all of the waiting areas and kids movies playing. We were there to figure out a somewhat serious issue with my daughter's teeth and the team of dentists worked together to determine what may be happening. Then they called our pediatrician directly to discuss our next steps. I appreciate everyone's hard work and we will definitely be back!

Dr. Goldenberg has been my son's dentist since he was about 3, today was his last check-up with him after 13 years, he out-grew the practice. A sad day today having to say good-bye to Dr. Goldenberg and the staff. Coming to this practice was the best decision we made and we appreciate all the years with them.

Dr Matt Applebaum and his team were so great with my son during his two most recent dental appointments. Sam had two baby teeth extracted a few weeks ago and then two more extracted today ... and he is smiling!?! Dr Applebaum made my son feel completely at ease during the procedure by talking to him about things he knew were interesting to Sam and by getting the extractions done efficiently. My son reported that he did not even feel the injections! And the dental assistants were super friendly and empathetic. It is so important to us that our child have positive dental experiences while he is young so that he grows up to become a good dental patient, free of anxiety and fear of the dentist. Dr Applebaum and the entire team at Greensboro Center for Pediatric Dentistry are clearly committed to this mission as well. Thanks again for the great experience!

Our children love the Greensboro Center for Pediatric Dentistry. A bright colorful lobby welcomes and invites children. The dentists and hygienists are friendly, competent, and so patient. They truly understand the trepidation some children feel about dental visits—and they work through it with patience and compassion. Our sons enjoy playing in the back with the train tracks, dinosaurs, and stuffed animals. We are grateful to be in the care of Dr. Kate Pierce, she is a gift to pediatric dentistry —and so is this practice.

Dr. Goldenburg is so wonderful with our kids! He has got it all figured out, down to the friendly staff, toys in the waiting/treatment area, and treasure chest with stickers at the end! They are never scared to go to the dentist and I know my children are in good hands especially since my husband and myself went to him when we were children. Best pediatric dentist around!!

Our boys have been patients of Dr. Goldenberg since they were infants -- they are now 20 and 17. They looked forward to going to the dentist as children and as a result of the positive experiences they've had, they have good dental habits as adults. The staff is friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is fun for kids, and Dr. Goldenberg is very thorough and caring at every visit. It breaks my heart that my oldest has aged out, and my youngest will soon. We're going to miss you guys!

My daughter needed an urgent extraction done, and Dr. Pierce, being out of town, made a call for us to get our daughter into another surgeon that morning. This was Dr. Pierce's day off, and I was so impressed that she went out of her way for us. So thankful for her care over the phone and willingness to meet with us if needed.

Dentist is great but the billing department is very incompetent. My kids are double insured and had a service in May of 2018. They love the Dentist, however the billing receptionist is terrible. They stated at first they could not bill more than one insurance policy and decided to bill the one that they thought would pay. That was the first error. If you have two insurance policies one is primary and the other is secondary. If filed correctly they would both pay, it is done all the time. However this lady stated that they will only file to the company that they wanted, which ended up being the secondary insurance. When the secondary insurance company denied the service due to having a primary, the receptionist stated that they would file it with the primary. The issue became that they never filed the primary until January of 2019. The whole time they stated they had sent claims in, but they were never sent. They stated they sent the claims to me but they never did. They lied countless times and refused to take ownership in their own incompetence. It's very unfortunate that because they don't know how to file insurance, and their patients are asked to do their jobs for them. Again i have no problem with the Dentist, he is excellent, however the billing department needs to be retrained on how to be transparent, ethical and how to file insurance to get paid. It should not take 8 months to file a claim for a routine visit. My insurance company received the claim and processed it within 29 days, but they want to blame the insurance company for not receiving a claim they never sent. Terrible !!!

My children first saw Dr. Pierce at age 4. We have been happy patients for over 10 years. As a parent, I love the kid-friendly setting for younger children. The employees in this office are welcoming, cheerful and comforting - from the reception desk to the dental chair to check-out. We highly recommend this practice!

From the moment we arrived at the front desk to the time we walked out of the door our experience was nothing short of warm and amazing. The front office staff were very knowledgeable and helpful since it was my son's first visit. Then we got called back and the woman that did his teeth cleaning was awesome. She made my son feel so comfortable and made him aware of every step. I think you could say he even enjoyed his time getting his teeth cleaned. Then the wait for the dentist was great too since they had toys and coloring for the kids to play with. The dentist was also super nice and very informative. He made my son feel comfortable by telling him how much of a big boy he was being and how handsome he was. I would recommend this office to any parents looking for a dentist for their children. The best place in greensboro. All the staff seemed to be very genuine and sweet.

Dr. Pierce and her staff are amazing. You will not find a more caring and nurturing dental practice. Dr. Pierce truly cares abot the kids and it shows with her passion. She and her staff are very thorough and always go the extra mile. My daughter went to two other dentists and she hated going. Once we found Dr. Pierce she doesn't mind going at all. And my son has always see Dr. Pierce and gets excited to go see her. Our best dental experience hands down.

My 6 year old developed a fear of the dentist since she last went 6 months ago. They were so patient and caring with her and allowed me to come back with her for the cleaning and xrays. Yvonne was her Hygienist and was so sweet and caring towards her and me. Dr Piece was equally understanding and caring. I definitely recommend the Greensboro Center for Pediatric Dentistry.

My 5 year old daughter has had several medical issues so going to the dentist had been pushed to the back burner. To say the least she does not like going to any doctor. She needed extensive work so we were referred to Dr. Kate Pierce and I could not have been happier. From the moment we walked in my daughter was put at ease. Although, there were some tears she fought back her fear only because the staff and Dr. Pierce talked to her and loved her like she were their own. Will absolutely recommend any of the Dr's here at The Greensboro Center for Pediatric Dentistry
