Very bad experience today. I had my appointment for cleaning and check up with Brittany booked six months in advance. Arrived today a little earlier than my scheduled appointment time, waited for 15 minutes, and then called in by someone (Diane, I think). To my question about there is Brittany I got an answer that she is with another patient now, and if I want to wait for her it will take about an hour, but meanwhile Diane can start the cleaning, but she cannot finish because she is an assistant and she cannot do scaling. What?! So what is the whole point to book an appointment? Further questioning revealed that they regularly practice to book two people at the same time to the same provider, one gets the service, but the other goes to "the overflow room", an assistant starts the cleaning, and that person in the overflow room waits till the hygienist is done with another patient booked for the same time. So basically, several different people work on your mouth taking turns and you wait in between. It was supposed to be my third time getting cleaning there, and I never experienced something like that. They did not ask me if I agree to get my cleaning done by the dental assistant instead of a hygienist, they just assumed for me that I'm fine being part of their manufacturing line and time effectiveness agenda, because that is definitely not a service, useless to say not "a high quality personal service" the practice claims to give to their patients. After a couple of minutes of conversation with Diane, Dr. Stapleton showed up with suggestion to reschedule an appointment and they can make a note that only hygienist will do a cleaning next time (next available will be at the end of May). No apologies for my lost time. Decided to switch to another practice, there are a lot of other options available who can provide a good and timely service, and not just claim that .

Any procedures are always explained; questions answered in layman's terms so I've got a complete understanding of it all. The staff is professional and friendly which contributes to a pleasant environment . Dr. Stapleton is efficient, knowledgeable, caring and pleasant. Dr. Stapleton's practice was recommended to me by a family member who was super-impressed by the care he received. I was hesitant due to horrible experiences I have had with several local dentists, but did eventually call her office after hours and left a message when a surgically implanted post came out while I was eating dinner. I was so surprised when she called me an hour later at home and assured me that she would fix my issue as soon as the office opened the next morning and even though I was not technically her patient yet I knew that she truly cared and would not be satisfied until my problem was resolved. This is a great dental office. My second visit for cleaning. The office staff were really friendly and welcoming. Robin, the dental hygienist, was great. My teeth felt super clean afterwards. He took the time to give me tips on how to brush and what I need to do to protect my teeth from cavities. Dr. Stapleton is so wonderful. Really happy I chose Dr. Stapleton, and I would highly recommend her to anyone. I had not been to the dentist in a while, and she really took care of some issues that I did not know I had. She is very nice, and seems like a gentle and sincere dentist. I did end up needing to buy a nightguard from them but the doctor explained why I needed it and how it would help, and I did not feel pressured to buy anything but rather felt like I had someone in my corner trying to improve my dental hygiene. She even took the time to answer questions and talk about concerns I had weeks after my initial visit. Thanks Dr. Stapleton!

He invited me to watch as he created the crown on the computer and then to watch the machine actually make the crown. I've been to 6 other dentist in my life so far and aside from my dentist I went to while I was a small child in State College, PA Paula and her team at Stapleton Dentistry are the best. When you come in you are greeted promptly by the office team and are offered water if you have to wait. After you fill out your paperwork, you'll have your x-rays done (if needed), cleaning done by the hygienist and then you'll be checked by Dr. Paula Stapleton. I've had two dental hygienist over the year I've been going here and both dental hygienists were awesome! They both cleaned my mouth well but were very gentle and explained what they were doing. Also they chat with you while you are being cleaned, but frame the conversation very well so as not to make you feel like you need to answer or respond while they have their fingers in your mouth :) I love going to Stapleton Dentistry and unlike some dentist I've been to, I highly recommend them!

Oh. My. Gosh. Best experience at the Dentist EVER! For starters, the waiting room is the cutest thing I've ever seen, and the Doc said she did it all herself! The staff were SUPER friendly and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Being new to the area, I was sure that I was gonna end up at a dentist that was pushy about cosmetic procedures that I don't wanna pay for, but they weren't like that at all and were very up-front and transparent about the procedures they'd like to do. 10/10! I had just moved to the area and was nervous about finding a new dentist. I stumbled onto Stapleton Dentistry and went in for a check up where they told me I had not 1 but 8 tooth softenings and cavities! My first thought was that this is a load of bull****, but I contacted my childhood dentist who only then told me "oh yeah, you need those filled we've known about them for a while but haven't said anything". I went back to Stapleton and they outlined an entire plan for me, with no stress and told me I could do it any way I wanted to (or not if I choose to take that change). I went in for my first ever tooth filling last week and they were SO re-assuring and calming. They even called me after the filling to make sure everything felt alright! I could not be happier with my decision to make them my new local dentist and I HIGHLY recommend them.

I had a cracked tooth and needed a crown to save it, so I was dreading the whole ordeal. It's been over 15 years since I had to get a dental crown and boy have things changed! It is so much easier now with same day crowns. I really was shocked at the simplicity of the whole process. It was very easy, no pain, even the shot was no big deal! Dr. Stapleton is very gentle and quick. I was there for less than 3 hrs including check in and check out time and the 40 minute break to play on the office wi-fi while I waited for my permanent crown to be made. I couldn't believe how fast it was and how easy it was, too. I went in at 10am and ate lunch afterwards at 12:30pm! Even the numbing shot is different, now. I remember having, pain, swelling, drooling, etc. in the old days, but this was a piece of cake! I couldn't believe I could go straight out to eat afterwards. The times they are a' changing :-)

Everyone is wonderful! The receptionist is warm and friendly. The hygenists are thorough, patient, and supportive. Dr. Stapleton is very detailed and takes the time to show you everything you want to know. Feel free to ask any questions you have, she makes you feel right at home. I am very happy to have found her. We called her office, asked if they were accepting new patients, and yes they were. They also accepted my insurance. I would definitely recommend her.
