Dr.Samir Patel and staff did a great job! I was super nervous and they did the best job calming me down. They were extremely professional and friendly in updating my family member after my procedure. Dr Patel even called in the evening to check in and make sure everything was okay!Never experienced that from a doctor before; even after more serious procedures than the crown lengthening I had today. Overall, I thought I was going to feel miserable all today, and so far, so good, very minimal/bearable pain.

Dr. Gadhia was amazing! He took his time with my procedure. Explained everything ahead of time and also spent time explaining what he did while I was recovering to my mom. He made my whole experience as best as it could be. He also called me on a Saturday to check in and answer any questions I had. Would highly recommend he and his team! Thank you Dr. G!!!

I had an appointment at 9:00AM, i called and informed that i'll be late by 15mins they said it is ok. When i arrived by 9:19AM i was told that i need to reschedule it. Had driven 25mins one way to get there.

Dr.Gadhia and the staff here are wonderful. My first appointment was to show me in depth what a crown lengthening was, the entire process and my recovery. The staff called me about two weeks before my appointment and discussed my dental insurance and helped me get through that whole process as well. I just had my crown lengthening this morning and I feel fine. I can't say I'd love to do this again, but if I ever had to Dr.Gadhia and his staff are my first and only choice.

12hrs past surgery on a Friday night and DR Gadhia just called. I had 8 implants put in and 6 teeth extracted and from the time I walked into his I knew out of the other surgeons (Dental Implants) office the assistants were well versed, comforting and explained my options. They gave me 4 options and told me what the pro's and con's were and I felt very comfortable with them. He also referred me to an excellent Dentist who he trusts/works with as that's just as important Dr Rao Cedarwalkdentistry. It's just as important to get the right dentist who will make your new teeth on top of the implants so I highly advise you go see Dr Gadhia. Professional, Candid, Caring and does a great job! Can't wait to have my million dollar smile when I'm on CNBC or FOX in the future.

Absolutely love this office and Dr. Patel! Prior to seeing Dr. Patel, I was very afraid of dentists and experiencing pain. Dr. Patel definitely changed all of that! He made my entire experience an incredibly pleasant one. Dr. Patel was very attentive and caring. He made sure to address all my concerns and took his time to make sure I was satisfied at each visit. He wants nothing but the best for you and your oral hygiene ! I can definitely say QUALITY over QUANTITY. It is a great feeling to trust someone with the care of my teeth. Thank you Dr. Patel and PerioCare.

I have been going to Dr Eddy for over 12 years now. I go here for cleanings, having bone put into jaw for implants, teeth extracted. I have always been given options about procedures and never had a procedure pushed on me. We have always waited until no other options were available except for the procedure or surgery. Most periodontal work is not covered 100% by plans and I don't blame offices for not waiting for payment from dental or health insurance companies. They file as a courtesy and you always have the option to wait for a pre-treatment estimate before scheduling surgery or can pay upfront and have procedure and take what is due back from insurance. I have had my insurance company pay them back instead of me and always was reimbursed within 2-3 days of them receiving the check. You always can call the insurance company yourself and get info on what is covered ahead of time too. The only reason I go to a dentist anymore is if I need to get the implant. I have had a few emergencies come up and they have always accommodated me last minute either at Rock Hill office or Ballantyne even skipping lunch time to get me in. Prescriptions have always been submitted ahead of time to me before procedures with plenty of time to get filled. I have never considered going anywhere else or even thought of seeking a second opinion.

AWFUL and DISGRACEFUL...This office gets the 1 star from me because I will say it is very clean and the staff appear very knowledgeable. Beyond that, I am disgusted. I received a consultation for an infection from a bad root canal done years back...this has caused quite a bit of damage and will require an extraction, rebuilding the bone in my jaw and then a crown. After my consultation, the office admin proceeded to tell me that the insurance company always takes several weeks to let me know how much will be covered/out of pocket but went ahead and scheduled me for the surgery (I found this weird b/c I have worked with other insurance in the past and it never takes SEVERAL WEEKS to find out how much of a procedure can be covered but I chose to go with the flow). On THE DAY OF THE SURGERY, after taking time off of work, they advise that the insurance wouldn't cover much ($200) and that I would have to pay almost $3000 out of pocket before the surgery can be completed. No payment plan option, which I honestly can't argue with but the kicker is that they never told me that the insurance wasn't covering much because they are an out of network provider. Additionally, she became very short with me when I asked if there were any other options, such as a payment plan...she responded with "The doctor cannot lower the amount any more than he has already"...this wasn't what I asked for. It was a far cry from the friendly customer service I was provided when they thought they would be able to get my money...when she realized I didn't have the money to pay out of pocket at the moment, the friendly customer service went out the window. Now I have been walking around for months with a very uncomfortable infection in my jaw and feel like my back is against the wall with no way to pay for a remedy. Thankfully, I thought to look into the insurance before taking on a 2nd job to pay for this! and found that I could just go with an in-network provider and have MUCH MORE covered. This office chose to be sneaky about the insurance from the start and allowed me to continue with this pain because they would have preferred to profit from my situation than to just tell me that I could go somewhere else and get the help that I needed and that I deserve, being that I have been paying for this particular insurance for several years now. It may sound naive but it still saddens me that there are still businesses out there that do not see the clear difference between a business making an honest profit and just plain shadiness!

I highly recommend Dr. Patel at Periocare. Before, during and after the procedure, he was incredibly informative, friendly, professional and thorough. Even my regular hygienist (my dentist referred me to Dr. Patel) was impressed with how everything turned out. I couldn't have been happier with the results and i felt fantastic the day after the treatment. No major pain or discomfort AT ALL...WHAT A HUGE RELIEF! I would not hesitate to return to see Dr. Patel if I needed periodontal work in the future! Hopefully will not need it though....
