I have been a patient of Dr. Gadhia over the past few years. I am getting dental implants and as you can imagine it's a process. Dr. Gadhia and his staff is AWESOME! I had to get bone grafting and a sinus lift done so far and I'm so impressed that I haven't had to endure much pain or swelling during these visits. The price for implants is a little pricey, but they work with you especially if you need multiple things done like myself. Again thank you for the great service, making me feel comfortable, and explaining each procedure in detail. I cant wait to see the final SMILE next year before my BIG wedding day in April.

First and foremost - Dr. Gadhia gets 5 stars hands down! He is fantastic! This review however is based solely on the billing department. The month prior to my initial surgery, I was given what my out of pocket costs were prior to going through with the surgery by Darcy. This was paid on my first surgery the following month (after I was told by Darcy the day before my surgery, that insurance would NOT cover the first portion - thank you for the 24 hour notice). Imagine my surprise when I went back for the 2nd part of the surgery and I was told I had to pay $1,000. What?!? That isn't what you told me in January. Or on the day before my surgery in February. Oh well is basically what I was told by Darcy. So. I was supposed to go back today for the 3rd portion of this procedure. Guess what?!? There is a balance of $384.20 because all my insurance paid did not cover the cost of the full fee. So let me get this straight Darcy. You sat my mother and I down in January to go over the finance plan. And I signed a document that stated my out of pocket amount would be a certain amount that was paid on the morning of my first surgery and has since been so much more than that. If I could give negative stars I would for the simple reason that Darcy flat out lied to me, not once, not twice but THREE times now. So I have had to cancel my appointment. And will have to wait until next year to finish out this damn process because apparently everything left this calendar year (including a cleaning) will be out of pocket.

It has been 24 hours since my procedure and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Periocare. Dr. Gadhia and the rest of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I went in for a dental implant and ended up having to have a bone graft done instead, with the implant procedure pushed out to next year after the graft heals. While it wasn't the best news to wake up to, I had been made aware that this was a possibility. I am just happy that Dr. Gadhia made the decision to do the graft as I trust his judgement 100%. I am happy to report that I have absolutely zero pain today because I am following the medication protocol that the office sent me home with. I highly recommend going to Periocare if you are in need of an implant, they will take wonderful care of you!

**ZERO STARS** Mehul performed a root extraction and bone graph and the bone graph was defective. Then he left a metal object in my mouth and I had to go to another Oral surgeon and undergo another surgery to have the bone graph and METAL OBJECT HE LEFT removed. HORRIBLE WORK, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE*** Also, Julie in the billing department was not honest about telling me one thing and then she would say she did not say that. WHAT A MESS The office looks very nice but don't let that fool you. I woke up in his chair and I felt like I was drowning the assistant was still in my mouth spraying something. I was in the waiting room the week before and I heard a man in the lobby talking to Mehul and he told him, his wife had a problem when she was waking up and she felt like she was drowning. That should have been my que right then and I should have RAN the HELL out of that Place. When time permits, I will post the complete nightmare from hell and all the pain and unnecessary radiation he caused. Stay tune for more to come.
