I was way too overdue for a dental evaluation and now had a cracked tooth. I was nervous both physically and financially and going to Mundo Dentistry completely alieved my fears. Arrived at 2:45 for my 3pm appointment and filled out the 1st timer paperwork. Was taken back at 3:15 for X-rays and put in an office. Assistant asked some questions and left around 3:30. At 4 pm I walked out having not gotten any update from ANYONE! Found out there was one Dr. working and the implant specialist wasn’t in at all. So my appointment would have been a waste anyway. I cannot comment on the care, but the office management, if this is a repeatable example, is pathetic. I suggest you find someone that cares more about you and your time.

I had just moved from NY and was overdue for a cleaning and had a tooth that was bothering me. Finding a new dentist was a bit scary for me because my teeth are extremely important. I found Mundo online and was impressed by the services they offered, the technology, the location was perfect, and the reviews were good. The staff was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I couldn't get over the technology they used. They took x-rays and images of my teeth and were able to generate a 3-D model of my mouth on the screen and zoom in and out of all my teeth - I was beyond impressed. The cleaning was great and they were able to quickly identify the issue I had with my one tooth and fix it right away. I felt very welcomed and even left with a nicely wrapped gift for being a new patient! I would highly recommend them :)

I was pleasantly surprised at the technology and knowledgeable staff. I just picked the first dentist's office who accepts my insurance, so I had no idea what to expect. They are well suited to serve English or Spanish speaking patients, as well. My dentist pointed out things about my teeth that no other dentist ever noticed, mainly because of the technology of their X-Rays, but I was impressed nonetheless.

I have had horrible experiences with dentists, until now! Because I have pushed off going to the dentist for a long time I have several things needing to be done. I have had an issue with one of my teeth and called yesterday morning because it was causing a lot of pain. They were able to get me in yesterday morning and Rebecca and Jessica were as pleasant as always when I arrived. Aldamir and Dr. Dan kept me calm through the entire tooth pulling process. Even the Novocain injections were ok! By last night my mouth was much better and pain free. Mundo Dentistry has my vote and business!!!!!!

I switched to this dentist office because I moved to Steele creek to be closer to work and this office is not very far from my house or my office. I think they are wonderful, professional, more than qualified and more than competent dentists. They are also very patient with me! I missed my appt last week because my alarm for my appt was never set and they rescheduled it without a huff so that was nice and I really was as stressed out as I sounded because time off isn’t easy to get at work. They’ve only had to do cleanings for me because for once my teeth are “healthy” and don’t need any extra work and I think that’s bc of this office and a prior dentist I’ve seen in Charlotte. My past experiences with dentists in the hometown I grew up in ended with poor dental hygiene practices by me because of lack of education and their desire for money. I lost a tooth because of a money hungry dentist and these guys ARE NOT like that at all. They really do care about what they do and are really kind, especially the hygienists. Thanks for being so patient and awesome!

Karla, Yessenia, Doctor Amy, and the entire staff were very welcoming from setting my appointment to coming up with a treatment plan. I was very nervous about coming because it has been a long time since I’ve been to the dentist. Everyone claimed my fears and were very kind throughout the process. This has been an extremely pleasant experience! I read one comment that said “the primary language is Spanish so if you’re bilingual this could be good for you”. Everyone i spoke to spoke clearly and I had no trouble understanding them or them understanding me. Most everyone I spoke with were bi-lingual but spoke Spanish and English perfectly. I can only draw the conclusion that the person who wrote that review was biased. My experience has been one of kindness, patience, understanding and support. They were clear, concise and kind.

Sadly this was my worst dental experience ever. They called me 3 hours before my appointment and asked for insurance details when I’d been scheduled for weeks. The customer service was poor. Spanish is without a doubt the primary language. If you’re bilingual then this is for you. If not there will be a language barrier and communication clarty can be frustrating. The technology is up to date this is what made it a one star instead of a zero and my dental hygenist was a Christian.

I visited last week for a broken tooth and the staff and dentist were wonderful. They welcomed me as a friend and listened to my needs. They explained my options and were very understanding about my choice. The dentist was ever so patient and explained everything he was doing. My procedure was less involved than anticipated so they told me they were going to refile and I may be entitled to a slight refund. I asked them if I could just put any refund to my account and they said that'd not be a problem at all. When I left they thanked me for coming and wished me a good day. It was the most pleasant dental visit I've had in a very long time. So happy to have found them. Looking forward to a prosperous and healthy dental relationship going forward.

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service! Lack of compassion for those in pain! My husband has had 3 appointments for the SAME TOOTH and has received no help from this place! APPT #1: Was told he could not use our Care Credit card because it had my name on it. We are married, this is a mutual card and our last names match. Okay, still understandable that they need to verify this. So he made a 2nd APPT at a time that I could be present. Our work schedules differ greatly, so this was an inconvenience in its self, but we made it work. APPT #2: We arrive, I pay with the care credit card, for the initial $75. THE GIRL DID NOT EVEN ASK FOR MY ID!! I had to tell her that I had it for her to review to match it to my card. Then, my husband is back there for an hour and a half and they DO NOTHING FOR HIS TOOTH OR PAIN. Instead, they say they don't have enough time. Frustrating, but okay. So he sets another appointment for today. I told her I could not make this APPT and would send him with out care credit card...no issues were reported. I even sent him with a letter to call me with any questions, in case they forgot. So what happens?! My husband arrives at his appointment, and they will NOT ACCEPT OUR PAYMENT. This is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! I don't even have this issue when using his cards. They check my ID, I say this is my husbands card and they check the last names and let me proceed. I find it to be absolutely ridiculous that he has wasted all of this damn time on this incompetent office! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! This POS place gets 1 star because I cannot give less!

This place is unbelievably wonderful!!! From the friendly and professional front desk staff to the awesome hygienist I had (Jenny)who I laughed and talked with the entire time, to the Caring and kind Dentist. They accepted me on short notice and I was able to get an extraction the same day. They had a special going on for $19.99. Unbelievable! I came in for a tooth extraction and xrays which I got quoted from five other offices for $400-450. They only charged me $150 for everything!!!!! I’m still speechless on how professional and kind they were to me. It helped me so much. I’m usually so nervous but they didn’t even give me a chance to get nervous lol. They really do care for their patients and aren’t all about the dollar. I’m referring every friend and family member here.

Dentist howell is a rude man. Do not go here he will give you infections ignore your needs the staff laughs when your in pain. He is smug and dishonest. I would go to a vet before I got any work done by him
