Any time I encountered an issue, such has losing a set of my invisalign, they were incredibly accommodating and always made sure to work within the parameters of my hectic schedule. I loved Garrett Orthodontics!! The office staff and dental assistants were so comforting and nice, and actually asked me about my day and had conversations with me instead of going straight to my teeth. And when then they did work on my teeth, nothing was uncomfortable or hurt, and they made sure that it didn't. I hated the way my teeth looked before they put my braces on, and now towards the end, I love them! Before they proceeded with any kind of treatment or change, they would always ask me or my mom if it was okay that they did that and if we wanted it. The overall office vibe is really fun loving and nice and I enjoyed the cookies that they always had waiting for me in the waiting room!

It was a very satisfying experience for the two plus years I was actually in hard braces. The results were very personally gratifying and very satisfactory, particularly with correction of the front teeth in my lower jaw. He took the time to be "involved" with me each time I returned for an appointment, and let me know what he perceived was happening and how he was going to address the changes necessary to embellish the final outcome. He was patient with me and explained the "whys" whenever I asked for more information and reasons related thereto. To me, while it was not really an enjoyable experience, at least he made it acceptable and as tolerable as possible with little or at least minimal trauma.

The staff are courteous and always smiling. Office is bright and inviting, staff is knowledgeable and even came in on a weekend to fix a broken bracket! I highly recommend Garrett Orthodontics!

Dr. Garrett has been amazing. I couldn't have asked for a more skilled, or persistent orthodontist. My case was a pretty complicated one: bad overbite and overjet, was previously treated by a practitioner who did not do a good job with my teeth, to complicate things further, my teeth are really stubborn - they refused to be moved. Every time we hit a wall in my orthodontic progress, Dr. Garrett would come up with different techniques to get my teeth moving. He is creative and will never settle for anything less than perfect. I have learned so much about my teeth and orthodontics through his patience in walking me through my treatment. Dr. Garrett is thorough, attentive and extremely sharp. Dr. Garrett genuinely cares about his patients and his work. He delivers excellent results. I have high respect for what he does and am confident that he will always exceed your expectations.
