I have gotten the same 3 fills done twice at this location and the pain never goes away. the sensitivity never goes away. its been 3 weeks now since the second time and I cant eat on the right side of my mouth,which is where they did the work. Before I had the work done I had no pain what so ever with my cavities. Its funny how when it was "Fixed" not once but twice the pain is unbearable. Make good decisions don't go here.

The worst experience I have ever had. Got an extraction when I was clearly not numb. I have never screamed like that at the dentist. Comfort is not a priority but you will be in and out fast. Also no pain meds or antibiotics afterwards. I am truly traumatized now. I will not ever go back.

This was the second wisdom tooth I've had removed, and it was much better than my last. They took a good enough x ray that they knew the root was curved, and waited till the part was numb. I gave them a five star rating since the procedure went off without a hitch.

I was well informed about my upcoming treatment plan and Dr. Jackson took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the future treatments by answering all my questions and concerns. The staff was very friendly but when it came time for me to get my teeth cleaned and other things. They didn't really have any respect towards me because it's been a long time since I have seen a dentist and they told me to be a tough girl. But my teeth are sensitive I can't help that.

Yeah y'all thought I couldn't hear you well I did and now they won't send my x rays over to have my teeth pulled or worked on and I'm in severe pain and my face and throat is swollen! I have been a patient at Friendly Dental of Winston-Salem for 3+ years and I have always had an pleasant experience accept for one time. I expressed my concerns via email to the appropriate individuals. They responded quickly and corrected the issue. They were very apologetic and cared about the quality of work that represented Friendly Dental. The staff is amazing, friendly, professional, and very approachable. I can tell they really love what they do and it really shows! Maritza is always professional and friendly! She informs you of your expense before any treatments begins and has several options to accommodate your needs. Heidi the amazing hygienist has decreased all my dental anxiety, and my oldest son! Going to the dentist is now therapeutic for us. Heidi is very thorough and explains all procedures to your understanding. All the Doctor's I have seen has always been amazing, especially Dr. Ash. I appreciate him being up front with me when I come in with a difficult situation and referring me to a Specialist or someone else. This speaks volume of his integrity because he desire to ensure all his patients receive quality work and have the best experience possible while attending the dentist. My youngest son was referred out and I appreciated it. If you are looking for a professional Dentist in Winston-Salem please call and schedule you an appointment and create your own experience, you will fall in love with attending the Dentist! Dentust Dr Webber is absolutely AWESOME. He has so much patience, kind and most of gentle. He does NOT throw your head back & pry your mouth open and start working. He will make you aware of each of his steps through a tooth extraction. I've been to several dentist in Forsyth County and Dr Webber is on point 1000% The Clerical Staff is on point also explaining the cost, prescriptions, and etc. Everyone encourages questions so that it will clear comprehension on the behalf of staff and patient. Doesn't deserve 1 star. Staff needs customer service skills. A patient in pain should be allowed to ask questions without being disrespected, especially when expected to pay $1000 for work needed. Glad to be dismissed from this place. I ultimately found a more professional environment with cheaper prices.

I went because no other dentist had an appt and my teeth were sensitive to hot and cold. I ended up coming back again to try to correct the problem--I fel tthey only made it worse. I wasted 200 dollars. Look elsewhere. The dentist, a younger male--was the most socially awkward person I have ever met.

Our 2nd visit for my 2 young daughters was today. We sat in the waiting room for 1 and a half hours, i went to the receptionists to ask how much longer. I was informed by them the dentist didn't feel comfortable working on my young children and we would need to find another dentist. Very unprofessional very rude staff

Agree with other ratings below that staff seriously needs customer service skills. First, I wasn't seen until 45 minutes past my appointment time... then they wanted full xrays. Since my orthodontist recently took a full set of xrays I asked to decline, they could review the xrays from the orthodontist if needed... they then refused to clean my teeth. Seriously? I never saw the dentist, only other staff who weren't reasonable. Addendum: response provided below is not factually correct and also likely represents a HIPAA violation.

I was seeking a new dentist for my son. The dentist seems to be reluctant to work with children. She recommended me to seek someone else for my 5 year old son because of the work he needed done. I believe that if you except children you should try to assist the patient before you recommend to someone else or increase the age of the patient that you prefer. I have sought another dentist.

Extremely friendly practice; dentists, hygienists, business admin all included. Also they have done a great job cleaning my dirty teeth. They even gave me a Maryland bridge (because that’s what I asked for against their advice) on my missing tooth which most dentists don’t do anymore because it’s outdated, and it is still holding strong years later.

Called about app to let them know that I was running behind was told nomore than 15 min late ok so I got there on time at 12:15 they waited 35 min to let me know I had to make another app because no one came in from time I was there talked down to me and when u call to make a appt it is not what time is best for you it is what time is best. I am not one to go to dentist and I was out of town and had tooth to break . I called Friendly Dental to see if they could fit me in as new walkin patient with emergency. Staff was super friendly and they was able to take my tooth out. The assistant and dentist had best chairside manners. I HIGHLY recommend them. We are 45 minutes from them but this is the dentist my husband and I will travel to for our dental needs.

I am 70 years and have never had anyone turn in a bill for a collection. They did this to my wife's account. We received one bill in April about the same we got the call from the collection agency. So I paid the bill and now they want me to come in so they can finish my cleaning which I paid for because they were going to turn that in too. No bill.My insurance kicked in a little to. I think the place is a scam.
