DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!!!! They are over-priced for their work and I have had to go back twice for my fillings that they repaired. I have spoken to my colleagues about where they go and their prices have been much lower than what I have paid.They also are not upfront with their billing. The only positive experience I have had with Earp and Gamboa was their front desk staff is very nice and polite. I will be searching for a new dentist after they fix the problem they should have fixed the first time.

Hated going to the dentist and went way too long without going. Went here because my tooth broke and they were so nice! They talked me through everything when I ended up needing a root canal which helped my anxiety a lot. Emily, one of the hygienists, always makes me feel at ease! My 3 year old had her visit today and they were wonderful with her! Still hate going to the dentist but it helps when the staff are wonderful!

They quote you a low price to get you in to get the procedure done. Than you get surprised with a big bill doubled the quoted amount in the mail. This is a very shady business practice.

I love going here! Getting work done, the ladies are very nice and the receptionist are very very friendly and the work I've gotten done is great. Nothing has come apart or even fallen out of my mouth.

Horrible Customer Service. Tried to get implants done. Was promised entire procedure (of 1st set) would be done before I flew out of town for a wedding in July 2015. That never happened. They hadn't even taken the mold impressions. they finally did, lost the set, had to re-do it. Nothing was completed until November. then when insurance had billed ( I have 2 insurances), my FSA account had been spent elsewhere and I had to pay out of pocket. When I was late, they threatened to take me to court. (Even though THEY were late with my procedures). Website features a wild-west theme - which shoots LIVE GUNSHOTS LOUDLY whenever you log in (not something for a workplace environment). Appointment reminders were HORRIBLE - would get 7-8 calls in one day (some automated, some not), even AFTER calling to confirm the appointment. Horrible experience overall.

Had a fairly good relationship with this office for almost a year. I had even started letting this practice service my childrens' dental needs. Unfortunately, I apparently made the mistake of asking too many detailed questions about my personal treatment plan and pricing options. After speaking with the office manager, who was supposed to call me back after talking to my insurance company about two Gingival Flap procedures, I received a letter in the mail from Johnathan Earp, kicking my kids and I out of his practice - no explanation, no prior incidents, nothing.They quoted me a price of over $600 each for two Gingival Flap procedures, and I when I asked what the insurance rate would be, the office manager told me that she would contact the insurance company and call me the next day, and also reschedule my appointment with a different hygienist. (Another long story behind that incident) I am at a loss as to how we got here, other than the conversation that I had with the office manager about inquiring about treatment pricing options through my dental insurance company. I believe that everything happens for a reason. So, "Thank You" Johnathan Earp for doing my family and me a favor. I do not see the fairness in it now, but I'm sure it will be revealed in time. Update - Too expound on the hygenist, who feels entitled to an apology. I made an appointment to have part of the procedure, that Johnathan Earp recommended before my insurance benefits ran out, and was going to do the other half, the following month when the new fiscal year kicked in. Yes, I was attempting to use my insurance benefits wisely. That's why I pay the premium every month and have it in the first place. However, when I arrived for my appointment, the hygenist told me that rather than doing half the mouth, as I was quoted over the phone, she stated that she was only going to do one quadrant, and quoted me a different price from the price I was quoted when I made the appointment, which started me asking questions, which apparently isn't Ok with Earp and his staff. I have NEVER been rude to anyone in that office, even when I was overcharged on a previous visit. (Yes, I did get my payment back some months later, but no apology or explanation as to why I was overcharged $50). The hygenist kept blaming the appointment person and calling her incompetent, stating that she didn't know what she was talking about, even though the same person kept putting me on hold to ask the hygenist what the charges would be before the visit. I could go on and on, but who cares at this point. Sounds like your hygenist concocted a sob story to cover herself in an attempt to discredit my honor and save her job - not that it was in jeopardy anyway. I was being charged an astronomical fee for a gingival flap procedure and I simply asked if the charge had been approved and/or adjusted by my dental insurance company. I was not trying to usurp your suggested dental treatment plan, I was simply trying to protect myself from unscrupulous billing. Your office manager gave me a song and dance in her office and kept pretending that she couldn't get through to the insurance company, and told me that she would call them later and then call me back to answer my billing questions and reschedule my appointment with another hygenist. (I asked your office manager if I could reschedule with a different hygienist because your hygienist was being unnecessarily rude and aggressive with me.) Of course, that didn't happen. What I did get was your very "transparent," professional, and courteous letter to my kids and I, leaving nothing but questions. Dude, come on - really? The only thing that I'm going to apology soundly for is being naive, and not doing better research when picking a dentist. From the looks of a few other Google reviews, no matter how phantom they have been made to appear, I'm not alone.

I went to their office in Plymouth because a wisdom tooth was killing me and had to be pulled. I have a great fear of a dentist and have not been to one in 17 years. Dr. Earp and his assistant Rhonda were awesome. They made me feel very comfortable and the experience was nothing like I was thinking. The entire staff is very friendly and I will probably go back soon for a cleaning.

Patient beware! Can't complain about their dentistry but their administration needs an overhaul. Expect to pay double the estimated out of pocket and wait months for a call back to get to a resolution.
