Dr. Rob always does an outstanding job keeping my two year old calm and engaged during our appointments. I appreciate that he also always takes time to explain to me how my son is doing and any areas that might need extra attention. The staff is also extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. They always go out of their way to speak to not only me, but also my son. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist.

Dr. John is a wonderful pediatric dentist and orthodontist. He is professional, calm, fantastic with children, and provides excellent dental care and advice to parents and patients. His staff members are very accommodating, friendly, and make each visit something both of my young boys look forward to every six months. They have been seeing Dr. John since their very first dental appointment at 2 years old. As a mother and a healthcare professional, I was anxious about their initial experience with THE DENTIST. However, Dr. John and his staff have consistently created a fun and relaxing atmosphere that makes each visit more than enjoyable for both mom and child. Also, Dr. John's "No Cavity Club" is a great motivator as are the “sunglasses” during the check-up and goodie bags at the end of every appointment. Thank you Dr. John! I am sure you will find a way to make even braces seem enjoyable in the near future.

THE most amazing customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. My son had an accident. The front desk asked for pictures and communicated with the dentist and me multiple times. They scheduled an appointment for us for early the next morning. I had to bring all three kids along. The staff entertained my two youngest children so I could pay attention to my oldest and the dentist. The whole appointment was handled with such ease. I couldn’t have had a better experience!

Dr. Felicia has magical bedside manner. My 3 year old daughter experienced trauma due to an accident when she was just learning to walk. Since that time, she's had a shaking fear of the dentist office. Dr. Felicia and her crew were able to get her calm and in the chair, then were able to give her a full examination with no crying! The entire visit was positive and my daughter walked out smiling and laughing. We had wondered if our girl would ever be able to have an affirmative experience at the dentist, and - thanks to Dr. Felicia, she has. You will not find a better team anywhere. My experience with Dr. Felicia is professional, comfortable and warm. I wholeheartedly recommend Durham Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics.

My daughter goes there for dental services. We just had a visit today and I am very happy with their help. Lori was really patient with little kid and instructed her on every step. They always answer my questions and address my concerns promptly. I would recommend them to my friends.

I always feel heard and feel as though the office staff goes out of their way to ensure we are satisfied with our daughters' care. Personal Experience: Dr. John and the other staff members here have kids and families of their own so they understand how to communicate and work with children and parents alike. Both of my daughters have responded to Dr. John and his office staff VERY well. I was quite worried my 3 y.o. would never lie still or let anyone get in her mouth, but with their guidance she does a great job with the exams and the cleanings. Both of my daughters look forward to going to their dentist appointments and take great care of their teeth at home – because they have learned that oral care matters! Oh and did I mention FUN! They make the whole experience fun J.
