So I saw a video today of Dr. Constantine dancing. He makes me want to make sure I keep up with my dental appointments. Do you accept out of state patients say from New York? One must be willing to search for the best medical care when needed and I have no doubt this Dr. can take care of my mouth and fillings. This is a serious inquiry.

the root canal went just fine with Constantine. Having to make a post and build up the root plus create a cap for the tooth,by Dr.Glymph took more time than I expected, but i am home and all is well. Constantine and Glymph are very thorough and you will get the best I did suggest that they have a beautician available for all the ladies. We need to look our best when we leave their office.

Dr Constantine office visits have been pleasant which I do not typically say about going to the dentist. He is nice and explains what needs to be done. He is working to keep my smile which I rather like. As you walk in friendly staff greets you and waiting room is comfortable. Before I have never felt comfortable in a dentist's office. Savannah is great, enjoyable and she helps you relax. Brooke the hygienist is the best I have EVER had. Never once did my gums bleed or any part of my mouth hurt. Margie if you have no insurance she will work with you on a payment plan. This is my third visit. If I could I would give them 10 stars. Highly recommend them. Laura

Best dentist crew I’ve ever had! They remember you. The receptionists greet you as you enter and make you feel like you’re a long-time friend. They are quick and on-time. I have never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. Once in the back, the hygienists are not only efficient and knowledgeable, but also personable and friendly. Lastly, the dentists are phenomenal. They do a great job of explaining things and have great recommendations. Highly recommend this office for any and everyone.

Both my wife and I are now former patient of Dr. Constantine. We were new patients about 4-5 months ago. We both had him do fillings for us after our initial dental cleaning/exams. We were originally given an estimate for the filling services by his staff. These estimates of out of pocket expenses are all we as customers have to go on when deciding to have elective work done. We both decided that we should have the elective work done because we could afford the costs we were estimated. We then paid the estimated out of pocket costs the same day, before leaving the office, that we had the procedures done. Now 5 months later I am receiving a bill, for the first time since the appointment, stating that we still owe an additional amount for those services and the account is past due. I could understand still owing a little due to some slight changes from the insurance but the total amount we are now being told we owed is 227% of of the original estimated out of pocket cost. That is absolutely ridiculous, 2.27 time as much!!! We have dental insurance through my wife's work at Prisma. So I'm guessing they see quite a large number of patients with the exact same insurance as us. How is it possible that they could be so far off on properly estimating a customers out of pocket expense? I'll go ahead and answer that. It's either that they made a very large and grave mistake or it's a very shady business practice their office implements. If it's the first and not the latter we should be able to talk about it and come to an agreement. So I called their office yesterday and spoke to a receptionist first. Who was very nice and helped answer a few questions about why I was just now receiving a bill but was unable to help me with further questions and transferred me to the office manager. The office manager on the other hand was rude, interruptive, and compassionless. Lecturing me how it is not their responsibility to even give us an estimate in the first place. I thought maybe we could have talked about this issue and come to some mutually beneficial agreement but that didn't seem to be the case. Since we are good people we will take care of paying what we owe but we will no longer be patients of Dr. Constantine if their office is going to use shady business practices to up sell patients on procedures their insurance aren't actually going to cover to the degree that Dr. Constantine's office says they will.

Dr. Constantine is fantastic! My favorite part of the visit is that I never have to wait, but even if I did I wouldn't mind. The office is comfy and inviting instead of lined with cold, hard chairs. It's a place where you can relax and not get wound up about a dentist appointment. Too bad he's always on schedule. Dr. C treats myself and my husband and has since he opened his practice. I haven't had a good experience at the dentist since I was a kid and I have an extreme fear of needles/surgery (much more than anyone else I know). They made an extraction/bone graft as easy as it could possibly be. Everyone here is so nice, and I have no reservations about going back to get the rest of my teeth taken care of (and it's a lot because I avoided dentists like the plague for a decade, so, if they cured my fear of the dentist they have moved a mountain). They explained my treatment plan in detail and outlined the cost so there were no unpleasant surprises. I would recommend them to everyone.

I opened a doggie resort called Learn Play Stay Doggie Resort where we board, train, groom and daycare , just wondering if Dr. C loves dogs ? The office is very nice and modern, with the ability to watch your own TV as you are going through your dental procedure... Never had that before! Dr. Constantine is great and very professional, while also being very calm and laid back. The staff and Dr. Constantine explain everything that is going to be done and there are no surprises. They genuinely care about their patients and it shows from the moment you walk in or talk with them on the phone. Definitely going to be the only dentist I go to as long as I am in Greenville, SC.
