I have not been here in over a year and a half two years. They contact me telling me that they have an outstanding bill for $80 and that the receptionist and Bookkeeper they had did not do their job and I owe this money. I told them I had paid up all the bills when I left there dentistry. This dentistry cannot manage their billing. I would not trust them for anything else.

Let me begin by saying, I have the worst fear of dentists and after coming to this office, I would not mind coming back every single day. Dr.Ramos is one of the best Dentists I've ever seen, he is gentle, has a great personality and is very attentive to detail. His assistant is also amazing. She was super patient, walked me through everything and made me feel comfortable. I haven't met such a great staff in a while! Will for sure come back to see them!!

He is amazing......I did multiple caps within three months and it was seamless and painless (for a dentist visit). He explains everything and his hands are extremely gently. You would never know you were at a dentist getting major done. He recommends what is needed and does not just recommend services for no reason..... His entire staff is extremely professional and warm........I would recommend Dr. Bajaj as your dentist for life....great office as a whole.......

I could not ask for a better dentist. When I say all of my dental needs are being met, they are. I never wait weeks for a appointment, it's the same week. Education is always key, and that is not lacking here at Charlotte Dental Esthetics. I'm a licensed Insurance agent and out of the 30 customers I've referred, not one have a compliant.
