Absolutely great staff! Dr. Gould goes over your treatment plan and takes time to listen to what your issues are. If you have dental anxiety or fear, this is the place to go. He understands situations like that and has compassion for individuals who do. Highly recommend this business.

Dr. Gould did my gum grafting surgery for my recessions, (many years ago), and he did the most beautiful job. My daughter will be going to see him for the same thing soon. The most recent experience was just last Thursday, as I have been in pain from a molar that had many things done to it to save it, but I was still in pain. The pain got to an intolerable level and I wanted it out ASAP. Well, I called and although they did not have anything open to see me, they said they would try. I was ecstatic when April called me a few hours later (she was looking out for me, thank you), and had an opening for the next morning. I am out of pain now! So glad. Dr. Gould is very smart and he is also personable and patient. I totally trust him and knew I was in the best hands. Thank you to everyone at the office, April, Yvonne, Ashley the assistant was so great too. It was a good experience. I feel so lucky. Shelley Keenan

Not a good experience. 1) Didn't pay attention to my medical history and prescribed narcotics I can't have 2) After getting a second opinion, I learned my root was NOT fractured and the recommended extraction/implant was NOT necessary. I almost spent $5000 for nothing.

While I can't say I love having dental work done (ha), I will say that Dr. Gould and his team are excellent. From the front desk service, to our pre-surgery consultation to my after care. At each step I had top notch service. Every step and option was laid out and discussed....no surprises! I highly recommend!
