My entire family are patients (my wife and I, her parents, our children and grandchildren), so we have a broader, more comprehensive view than most. The dentists and hygienists are terrific: competent, capable, courteous, personable, totally professional. The office staff goes above and beyond, and tries to accommodate any special needs for the elderly, younger children, etc. In my opinion they and among the finest I have ever experienced, and strongly recommend them for all your dental needs.

I have an unrealistic fear of Dentists, not so much fear of pain, but fear of the unknown, of costs, procedures, and mainly embarrassment, because I had put off going to the dentist for so long, until I had no option due to pain from a broken tooth. I no longer have dental insurance so fear of cost was a very real fear. I explained this when I called for an appointment, they were very understanding and were able to give me the exact cost and what they would do on the first visit. The day of the appointment, the staff was, helpful and friendly, there was very little wait time, and minimal pain, they were able to give me several treatment options, with clear costs. In other words most my fears and pain were taken care of by a kind and professional staff and I will not be afraid to make my next appointment.

I cannot heap enough praise on this dental practice! For no good reason I have high anxiety when visiting the dentist and have never ever received such good care and understanding as I have had at this facility! They literally work at making my anxiety go away and at the end I always leave wondering why I was so nervous in the first place! I highly recommend!!!!

Love advanced dentistry of Blakeney! Dr. Betancourt is a wonderful dentist that took great care of me even when I had to call super early on a weekend! Highly recommend! Dr. Pinnix is also wonderful and caring. The whole staff make you feel very comfortable.

I've been seeing Dr. Betancourt and hygienist Amber for about 3 years and have been very pleased. Always prompt, courteous and honest. They also don't try to oversell you on things that you don't need like gum work, filling replacement, etc. as so many dentists these days do.

They have taken care of each of our individual needs and are great at explaining and showing what exactly is going on with our teeth. They take an interest in you and how you are doing. They never push you to have anything extra done to your teeth and if something needs to be repaired, they show you and explain why. We have been very happy with Advanced Dentistry.

Dr. Pinnix is so easy to talk to and explains any issues in a way that is easy to understand. I recently had to have a partial crown to repair a broken tooth and was very impressed with the technology used in their office to create the crown in just a matter of a few minutes!
