This was a great visit to the dentist! Yea, I thought I’d never say that. Lucy and Liz were amazing assistants and the dentist herself was great. The girl at the front desk as well, sorry i never got your name but you’re also great. I did not have an appointment and I’m uninsured but I was seen within 15 minutes, no hassle. Thanks so much, I’ll be back soon! Hopefully not too soon, but soon!

Dr. m and her staff are kind, caring and attentive. Dr. m explained all my treatment thoroughly through x-rays and I completely trust her. I've had a tooth pulled there and a root canal done and a crown placed and I'm really happy with the all the treatment! Lucy the assistant is great! I highly recommend this office!

Been going to the Brooklyn Dental Center for 4 years now. Truly they are very professional, clean, friendly, efficient and fast. Most times I am there, I wait for no more than ten minutes until I am called. The ladies at the front desk assist you with whatever you need; they share information about available insurances, if you don't have any. The dental assistant is nice and the dentist is very friendly. She makes sure that you are comfortable during any dental care process. They truly make you feel at home. I recommend Flatbush Dental Center to anyone.

Dr. Mahadkar is really great and so are her assistants. Dr. M is really gentle while working in your mouth, and if it seems like you are in pain she'll make sure to check in with you before proceeding. The best thing about her is that she's never in a rush or impatient with you; she actually pays attention to her patients which is nice and unfortunately kind of rare. Everyone who works here is really nice and helpful, I'll be recommending you to other people at work!

Earlier in the week I booked an appointment online for Friday at 10AM. I received an automatic email stating that the office will call me to confirm this appointment. By Thursday I don’t hear from the office, so I visit in person. They don’t have my online appointment on record, so I make an appointment again for Friday at 10AM. I appear at BDC at 9:45AM on Friday, but the office is closed with shutters down. I wait around and notice at 9:54AM staff rolling up the shutters, opening the office, turning on lights, etc. I had my forms filled out and ready from the previous day in order to start my appointment promptly at 10AM, since I had other commitments later that morning. I felt uneasy about a medical office that opens an hour after their stated opening hours, or in general is rolling up shutters 5 minutes before a patient has an appointment, so I left. At 11:30AM I receive a call from BDC stating that I had an appointment and whether I was still planning on attending. I repeated the aforementioned, the staff member tells me their hours start at 10AM on Fridays (official website states 9AM), and does not seem to notice what is wrong with a medical office rolling up shutters, turning on lights, etc. 5 minutes before a patient has an appointment. I was sincerely looking forward to supporting a local dental office right around my apartment. However, considering the competition of other nearby offices that value honesty in stated opening hours and prompt service for their patients, I will unfortunately look elsewhere. This review only comprises the appointment booking process and the opening hours of BDC, not any of its services.

Her staff is very friendly and takes an interest in who you are as a person. Liz was very nice and helpful with my kids. I recommend everyone to visit Doctor M, and her staff. I had a bad experience before with another office dentist that I will never go back. I am so happy that I found Doctor M. Thank you for being so nice, patient, friendly and much more. This Dentist is like the mechanic that gives you a bad job to keep you coming back..PROCEED at your own risk!..Her office is filled with the most vulnerable elderly Caribbean population and yes she has a plan. Every patient is told their last Dentist was not good... Yet after her procedure you are guaranteed to return with a complaint that she will address..Unless you prefer dentures over your own teeth , Do not go there..look at her website you will see she has a target ...The most vulnerable...Do not let her touch your mouth....
