The Bronx Dental center is most unprofessional dental office I've ever been to I was referred by my friend I ask myself why is she coming to this office the staff were so sweet while I was getting my paper work filled out I needed help and the girl in the front stop what she was doing to help me but when I got to the dental room I wasn't what I aspected I'm in the room waiting to get seen after my X-rays and all you here is the doctor talking to his employees in a very unprofessional way I really don't know how he has anyone working for him with this kind of attitude the doctors look so young and they talk horrible to top it off I waited 2 hours to get my teeth cleaned if my appointment is at 1:30pm it shouldn't take until 3:30pm for me to get seen worse place ever won't go back nor would I recommend anyone to this office I really don't know how anyone can go here.

I absolutely HATED the dentist, I can't stress that enough, but I don't mind coming here at all. That says alot. I have searched high and low for a good dentist and landed here one day. Since then I can't see myself going anywhere else. Prices are good, staff is stellar, clean facilities and they know what they're doing!!! I'd give a sixth star if I could. The service as always was great. The ladies in the front very nice..very professional. Loved them. The dental hygienist needs to work on her bedside manner.i was trying to explain that my teeth are sensitive but she didn't listen. Then she was a bit bothered with having to give me a deep cleaning. She said " ugh. You need a deep cleaning" . Through out the procedure .my face kept getting wet...her excuse was ...she couldn't control the water pressure.. highly disappointed

I was not attended as fast as the last time as my appointment was at 4:00 pm but was not called until 4:50 pm. As last time, I needed to pickup my daughter from school at 5pm. The cleanup was done quick and I was only 15 minutes late for pickup.

My crown fell off and I was told I have to pay $2,200 that my insurance does not cover it. Well they never called my insurance because I was told I am covered. This facility does not work with you instead they scam you by suggesting that you take out credit to pay for the bill. Shame on them.

Two stars only for the good experience I had with the dentist on my prior visit otherwise I would’ve prefer to give it no star. Came in with a confirmed email appointment along with several text confirmations to hear that they do not have my appointment. Even though I showed my confirmations they were unwilling to accommodate and simply said their system is down and so they haven’t received it and basically an “oh well, too bad” kinda attitude and didn’t even apologize. Simply wasted my time and couldn’t rectify an error on their end. The front desk lack the simplest form of good customer service skill. You’re better off going somewhere reliable as this place clearly isn’t.

I went to this dental office when I used to live in NY because it was close to home and one of my friends recommended it. On my first appointment, Dr Sarowitz educated me on my options. I had not taken care of my teeth when I was young so I needed to get implants so I started the process. After 6 months of beginning the process my job relocated me to Cincinnati. So I had to pause the process for a while and they were very understanding of my situation so we kept scheduling appointments a head of time so can book flights and keep working on my procedures. Throughout the whole process the staff kept in touch and Dr Sarowitz was super great educating me on how to best care post surgery sending me instructions through email and making sure nothing went wrong. I recommend this dental clinic and the all the dentist are all super professional and truly care for the patients. I am all done with the dental procedures and I had an amazing experience with this practice.

Please be careful! The most unprofessional criminal place ever! This place lies to you about how much they take from your credit card and steals your money! They made me short of $3000. Dealing with them is a traumatic exerience .. they stole my money and forced me to pay for services i never received .. then when i tried to approach them they did not want to deal with. Theres a case in court against them now! For fraud and stealing peoples money. Look it up!

My experience with The Bronx Dental Center was nothing short of exceptional. The staff was friendly and professional. After filling out the necessary paperwork to become a new patient, I waited no more than 10 minutes to be seen, which generally takes much longer. My visit with Dr. Sarowitz was far and above the easiest and most comfortable trip to the dentist I've ever experienced! I'd been having a hard time finding a dentist in the city that I felt comfortable with, but Dr. Sarowitz put my mind at ease with his very obvious skill and attention to detail. He melded just the right amount of humor and conversation without making me uncomfortable with forced small talk. I felt that he was extremely professional and very knowledgeable about the best treatment option for me. Because of the apparent ease with which he performed the work, and his genuine care for me as a patient, he'll be my first choice for future visits.

First walking in, the women at the front are rude and do not greet you until you greet them first. Went in for pain in my mouth because of a cracked tooth. however that was ignored, instead they focused on fillings that did not need to be bothered and now I still have pain there, when I never did before. They ignored my receding gums, honestly did nothing to help me. But 2 of the guys did manage to argue above me while working on my teeth. Deciding to go to another dentist I needed my xrays sent to the other office, and basically refused to send them. I had to constantly call just to get my x rays. Never going back.

At first it went well for example the cleaning part it went good. But they have a way of scarring you into making decisions you really don't need in an emergency. They said I was going to loose my front bunny teeth and I ended up doing a four root canals with four crowns mind you it was only one bunny tooth that I had a problem with. A year later I ended up going to another dentist bc I had a feeling they were going to come out with another story which they did. Well here I am at another site and very happy with my new dentist. BTW the crown didn't last on that problem bunny tooth and the root canal wasn't well done either. Very dissatisfied

2015: dentist is nice, but this is the 3rd time ive been waiting for them to call me back when my teeth are done. They did a fitting and said it should take a month, it has been 3 months, I called and they said "oh yeah, its been in, we forgot to call you". horrible may 25th 2018: staff is very friendly, its a shame they are located in a scary area, that's why I won't go back there, I feel like there's always going to be a shooting.

Great Dentist in the Bronx. I went to get a root canal and a crown placed on top of it. I had this procedure done, and I was fearing the worst, pain wise. The root canal went off without a hitch, and a temporary crown was applied over the tooth. A week later i returned and had the permanent crown installed. It fit great, matched in color, and has held up nicely. The staff at the Bronx Dental Center is courteous, punctual, and kind. The Bronx Dental Center is clean and neat. Anyone looking for a skilled dentist, with a great staff, should definitely call the Bronx Dental Center. They also do Cosmetic Dentistry, family dentistry, and pediatric dentistry.

I had an emergency on a tooth and they would not treat me until I paid for a full set of X-rays. They doubled the fee for a filling and tripled the price to pull a tooth. They have no standard billing fees and charge various prices for the same work. I would never go here again.
