Dr. Pritz works part time at a dental practice that I otherwise love. Saw him for the first time recently for a probable abscess, and it was far and away the worst experience I've had in a dental office. Even though it turned out to be an abscess, he told me it wasn't, poked around for five seconds with a touch slightly lighter than Atilla the Hun, and then declared, "I want to send you to a specialist," and promptly walked out of the room. He is young and clearly inexperienced; but it's pretty rudimentary to avoid telling the patient it's not what he thinks it is, say in a concerned manner that he wants me to see a specialist, and then leave before offering any reassurance or the opportunity to ask questions. Dr. Pritz seemed generally annoyed that he had to deal with a patient at all, and was condescending and short in response to most of my questions. He has the personality of a piece of plywood, and the bedside manner of an angry young man uninterested in the comfort or peace of mind of his patients. While I will continue to go to the office, I will never be seeing Randy again, and recommend all others do the same. AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Passionate and well rounded 3. Availiable And takes his work with pride . I went in for an emergency visit and Doctor Pritz was a referral from our school nurse. I knew from how she described her experience that I was making the best decision . It was great to see YOUR DENTIST ...everything I would hope for in a DENTIST ! He is;passionate and professional, sweet and caring and has all the right answers and takes into consideration pricing and insurance . I am a highly passionate and experienced special education co teacher and it is as important that our students and family ; feel confident and comfortable with the work I do daily and that each day ..I go in wanting the best for each student and in making sure they leave wanting to come back to school the next day , as I come in loving the work I do and the students and families . Passion is key !!! And Doctor Pritz has Passion for his work . Can’t wait for my next visit

I recently saw Dr. Pritz for my first visit. I was in pain and he took care of me right away. He immediately knew what was wrong and got me out of pain. He has a great bedside manner and is friendly and funny. His assistant Melinda was great and super friendly. The office is modern and clean. I would recommend them to anyone. See you in 6 months!

I highly recommend Dr. R.Pritz He did an amazing job and gave me back my smile !!! Very professional, trustworthy, friendly and kind he knows how to put people at ease and he was very careful not to cause me any pain. His assistant and staff are very nice and friendly as well.

Switching to a NYC dentist wasn't easy for me but once I met with Dr. Pritz and his team, I was hooked. Everyone in the office was warm and friendly, the office was clean and I enjoyed my interaction with Dr. Pritz, in particular. He was professional, had a great attention to detail and I booked my bi-annual cleaning right away.

Dr. Pritz was great! For someone that typically hates going to the dentist, I was surprised at how comfortable Dr. Pritz made me feel. The office was clean and the staff was friendly, I will definitely be back.
