The office is extremely neat and clean. There was no wait time. The room had a tv - I put on my own show. This distracted me, almost making me forget I was in a dental office. Pretty simple digital check-in and it's especially fast when you reserve via Zoc Doc. Didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes for me to go in for a 5pm appointment on a Tuesday. After going through what seemed like a maze of halls/ offices, I was situated in a room with a chair that had a TV mounted with the news on. The tech took 20 minutes to take my X-Rays which I suppose was ok since my mouth was numb from biting down so many times - it was more her smell that was bothering me I think. Tricia Quartey, the DDS however was nice and pleasant. I wasn't very chatty because of a long day but I heard that she had to sort of give recommendations to the same assistant, so it was pretty clear she wasn't responsible for the hiring nor the training. I'll come back in six months to see Tricia, but will hope I'll get someone else to help.

**BEWARE** They practice unethical billing tactics and what they say you will have to pay cannot be trusted. I was referred to this dentist and wish I could give them five stars. Everyone I dealt with during the service seemed pleasant and the routine cleaning seemed pretty thorough. When I set my first appointment, they verified that they accepted my insurance and the cleaning would be covered and that they would accept what insurance pays them. They billed my insurance, insurance paid them about 75% of what they billed and that was that, never received a bill from the dentist as they stated. Fast forward 6 months later, I schedule my routine cleaning and have them confirm if my insurance was still accepted and that everything would be covered. I spoke with Alissa who confirmed everything would be the same as the last time and not to worry. When I show up for my appointment, I check one more time with Alissa at the front desk and she looks on her computer and confirms once again that everything should be covered and I would not be billed, same as the previous time. One month later I receive a bill for the balance that insurance did not cover. When I called and spoke with Alissa, she remembered our conversations and said she would check with the dentist. A month goes by and I do not hear from Alissa but receive another bill saying my payment is past due. I checked with insurance just to be sure and the dentist indeed billed the same amount as the visit 6 months prior and insurance paid the same amount as 6 months prior but this time the dentist is charging me when they said they wouldn’t?? When I called to speak with Alissa again, they put a gentleman on the phone who was very rude. When I explained the situation, the gentleman admitted that their office provided me with false information and even though they accepted what insurance gave them 6 months prior and told me they would do the same again, I still had to pay. I explained that what they were doing was extremely unethical and unprofessional and the very least they could do is work out some type of compromise. The gentleman doubled down and stated that it did not matter what they told me that I should not have believed them and that they will not budge. Needless to say they have lost my family as customers. I would not recommend them based off their dishonesty when it comes to what they will make you pay for no matter what they actually tell you.

After a year of living in New York City, taking the painstaking steps of finding new physicians, I am happy that I found Dr. Quartey. She and her staff are extremely professional, pleasant, attentive; listening to your needs. This was a routine visit and I went there for a general cleaning. She took her time to take x-rays, and gave one of the most thorough cleanings... I left knowing and feeling that my teeth looked great! I am definitely making another appointment to see her again in six months and recommending her to all of my friends! Pros: Calming office colors, great sense of humor, TV in each exam room, amazing staff, great location, offers a lot of services, and takes my insurance!! Cons: NONE!

Dr. Quartey is a great dentist-- she is good at explaining dental stuff and is clearly passionate about her profession. I've been here two or three times, and its always kind of fun! I enjoyed talking to the staff since they were so friendly and personable (not in a fake customer service way, either, just professional and open). I've never felt any kind of dread about going there-- I sincerely feel like these folks are looking out for my health and wellbeing. For example, I asked Dr. Quartey whether it's better to floss in the morning or at night, and she gave me a really interesting answer about how the saliva is better for the inflamed gums at night, but she also said something funny like "but I have this other patient who gets too tired to do it at night, so I told her, 'as long as you're sticking a floss between your teeth I don't mind!" lol! Please go here if you are more interested in learning and laughing about floss than having nightmares about root canals.

She and her staff are extremely professional, pleasant, attentive; listening to your needs. This was a routine visit and I went there for a general cleaning. Dr. Quartey is a great dentist-- she is good at explaining dental stuff and is clearly passionate about her profession. I've been here two or three times, and its always kind of fun! I enjoyed talking to the staff since they were so friendly and personable (not in a fake customer service way, either, just professional and open). I've never felt any kind of dread about going there-- I sincerely feel like these folks are looking out for my health and wellbeing. For example, I asked Dr. Quartey whether it's better to floss in the morning or at night, and she gave me a really interesting answer about how the saliva is better for the inflamed gums at night, but she also said something funny like "but I have this other patient who gets too tired to do it at night, so I told her, 'as long as you're sticking a floss between your teeth I don't mind!" lol! Please go here if you are more interested in learning and laughing about floss than having nightmares about root canals.

I came in for an exam, cleaning, and to get my retainer removed. This was my first time to this office and I wish I had waited until the dentist came back from vacation. I was asked to sign a number of documents blindly, meaning the receptionist explained what I was signing, which made me very uncomfortable. I only went forward because I needed this retainer removed. I'm very familiar with dentists appointments. First you receive treatment, then you pay for the services rendered. The receptionist kept pandering me about the $100 charge for the removal for the retainer, which I was already aware of. She stated I had to pay before having it removed. I know I was being racially profiled by this woman, so I ignored her and continued to my cleaning appointment with the hygienist. The cleaning lasted for about 10/15 min, and she polished only some of my teeth. It was pretty much a half done job. As soon as I came out the room, the receptionist doesn't even ask how was the experience. She brashly say "That will be $100." I felt like, because I am a woman of color, I was treated like I was going to leave without paying. The only reason why I came to this doctor's office because I thought I would be treated with respect, instead of being undermined by someone who made me feel like a thief, and to receive a sub par cleaning.

Dr. Quartey's warm bio reassured me that I would be treated like a human being and not just a mouth with problem teeth. Dr. Quartey's team members were just as delightful. Of all the dentists I've ever been to, I LOVE this office. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, fun to talk to, and seem to remember everyone by name. Not only are the doctors incredibly competent and know what they're doing, they make every visit a really enjoyable experience. Would recommend them to everyone.

I had an overall wonderful experience with Noble Dental. I needed to find a new dentist in Brooklyn and the receptionist - as well as being incredibly kind and sweet - was able to get me in for an appointment the following day. I had Jennifer as my hygienist and she was fantastic - kind, a great listener, and incredibly thorough (which is what I wanted!) while still being gentle. The dentist was also fantastic - funny and kind. My teeth looked amazing after! I will definitely be going back.

Absolutely in awe of how well the patient care of this office is. Dr. Quartey and staff are very professional and easily going while educated. They make sure your visit is well understood before providing care to your teeth and resulting in bills which you are unaware of such services. Definitely recommend this dental office if you care about your oral hygiene!

This place was amazing! I was able to do all the new patient paperwork online as well as scheduling my appointment online too. Staff was very friendly and courteous, and the hygienists and dentist were great at explaining what was going on the whole way through. Quick service, and didn't push any extra procedures on me that they didn't think we're necessary. A fantastic dental experience, highly recommend!

Beautiful, clean office - and they are up on their technology - like the forms you fill out are on an i-pad or (online in advance). The hygienist took her time with me and was really nice AND gentle (like my mouth wasn't throbbing afterward from wild misstrokes of dental picks), I watched Friends on a tv better than my home tv while I got my teeth cleaned - the doctor was awesome and did a thorough check of my mouth - I came out feeling like I was actually taken care of and not just run through the mill like I'd felt at my previous dentist office. Thank you Noble! I'll be back in 6 months for some more Friends viewing lol :D
